Respected sir,
I have swiped andhra bank card for rupees 2500, it showed declined and after 30 mins i received a message saying the amount has been debited and i have transferred other 2500 rupees through bhim upi payments, it said currently the bank services are offline and then i got a message saying the amount has been debited. I totally lost rupees 5000 today. Can you help me with this and return my money as early as possible.

    Iam s.prasannakumar i have did the online payment for the paying of traffic department e-challana the amount wasRs 2740/-.In my account my amount was debited but showing that your not paying the challana and I informed to the bank they told that that is your zaakpay payment problem please go throgh our problem this was did in[protected].This was did from Andhra bank from old gajuwaka branch i have kept the copy from the bank given to me.Kindly request you to verify my problem.

      For sake of his salary he is working not doing his duty always chit chat with his mobile phone. And comes to bank late. After coming he used to take rest. I visited him on thursday to get informations about my accounts and used to do fixed deposit. I aksed permission to enter his room he is on phone call. He said i am busy wait out for a while he said. I waited for an half an hour and entered his room still he is on phone call he is not even noticed me. I asked him to first consider me and you can make a call later. He asked whats the matter i said i wanted to do fixed deposit. He than laughed and asked wow are you capable to do deposits. What the amount you are able to deposit,? Is this way to treat senior citizen. I feel very sad for the situation i faced. I wanted you to take action against him and i want apalize from him.

        My profession is business i used to do get my payments by check. Recently i got andhra bank check i approached andhrabank to get my payment but manager asked me where did you got this check. Did really someone given you? I was shocked for his question and i asked what do you mean by that, he told you dont look like such a person to get check from some one.. Is this way to treat? Yes i agree i am poor, poor people will not checks? He asked me as if i stolen it some where. I feel so sad for the situation i faced.. The pain which i experienced should never get experienced by any one. I do request you to take action against him. Never make anyone suffer for his sake.. He is treating poor and rich people differently. He asked rich ones to be seated and poor to be stand.. We feel sad to born as poor for his sake.. My humble request you to take severe action against him

        Andhrabank manager mallam i feel insecure sharing my account number with you please try to understand me. If the manager has taken revenge i feel insecure there is no one to support me. Please understand me. I really thank you for your immediate response. But one thing he is not fit for such manager post he is treating poor as SLAVES to him and rich ones as kings. Please do justice. I feel asshamed of MYSELF being poor for his sake. please transfer him to zone where he suits he does not suit for this village. he is hating villagers and their dressing please do some thing and take action against him. please transfer him its not only my problem, its an problem faced by my entire village .we all request you to do something. we all will be happy if you take against him we all beg you for this to do justice to all

          Dear team,
          I hv made an online purchase on paytm mall site, which i cancelled later and i hv done debit card transaction. From paytm mall site the money has been refunded and they told to confirm from bank since the day 06.03.2018. Still it has not been updated. The money has not been credited yet. Pls look into the matter.

                I went to the ATM on 8/3/2018
                I tried to withdraw the amount 1500 from my account in lajapathiraileta palakol.
                The amount was cut in my account and not came the amount from atm.

                    First of all this page is having some issue. I am entering my ac/no and it says invalid account. I am indeed an existing customer. I am having this acc since many years with Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore branch. Due to bad internet banking service I have not been able to operate my account since quite a few years now. I am trying to use the internet banking forgot/rest password which says OTP sent to registered mobile but never received. I also tried TEZ mobile app but asking for debit card validation, which I do not have. My last debit card I had surrendered to my home branch about 3-4 years ago for issuing a new one but never received. My mobile number is registered... Please investigate and help me with my Internet banking service. I being out of the town can not visit branch to get this rectified however in the past I have had given several application to my home branch but nothing done. Now I want to use this account to apply for my Home loan hence need your immediate attention. Call me if you require any details.

                        I used Andhra Bank ATM for a card payment at an retail store, amount got deducted from my account but the payment transaction got failed, please refund the amount earliest.

                        POS tran of Rs.4369.05 is done on Card XX6314 on[protected]. A/c Balance is Rs. 134736.94.

                          I tried to add money to my paytm wallet on 05.03.2018 at 07:30 pm. Initially it shown under process but money debited from my bank but not credited to my paytm wallet. Later it shown the transaction failed even though my money not reversed to my bank. I contacted paytm they told that your bank is not responding and then wrote a mail to andhra bank since they are not accepting calls but no reply from mail too.

                            Yesterday when i swiped by card twice for the same amount of rs. 684/- at shishuka pharmacy at around 12pm, it gave some error like transcation declined both the times. Hence i had use some other bank atm card. Again around 12.45pm i swiped andhra bank atm at maruthi medicals for an amount of rs.649/-. I got error message telling transaction declined here also.

                            But later in the evening i got a message from the bank mentioned that the amount has been debited for all the three swipes. Shishuka pharmacy says they have not received this amount. Iam not able to contact your toll free number either. Please let me know how to get this amount back.

                            In total i have lost rs. 684 + rs.684 +rs. 649 = rs. 2017/- from andhra bank. I need this issue to be fixed at the earliest. I am worried to use my andhra card if this is the case.

                            Mode of transcation - Debit card swipe on a swiping machine. Iam not sure if this is the transcation ID. This is the number I got from the statement. I had swiped Rs.684/- twice and this was on Mar 5th around 12.5 PM at Shishuka and on the same day at Maruthi Medicals around 1PM for Rs.649/-. All these transactions during that time showed the message ""Transcation declined"" on the swiping machine. Due to this I used my other bank debit card to make the payments.                               I done my payment towards excellence bill payment worth 588.82 rupees through andhra bank debit card in online pay.                                     I tried to do a online transaction on Paytm a Today and it says you are blocked as you tried to do multiple transactions with incorrect details. I know I haven’t done this nor some tried to as there were no OTP messages also. Why was my card being blocked from online transactions even if I didn’t enter any such wrong credentials.
