        Irregular and irresponsibly answered and clerks and manager both involved with this forgery. They are manipulating us and

        Saying they are not responsible for this. How could they sanction loan without checking proper documents and sites.
        I am going to send a legal notice to the concerned part and branch manager and also in coming monday going to collector

        Grievance cell to file a complaint. Before that take some action.

          Dear sir...
          Andhra bank staff has misbehaviour and harressing on rural illetrate customers. Attender doing over action. Please replace that type of attender as soon as possible. Some staff not working and misbehaviour on women customers. Attender name narasimhulu. He his not respond for any enquires about banking system for how deposit money and withdraw. So please remove that attender otherwise bank will be closed in my city.

            net banking issue: not able to view or do transaction

            Hello,

            Recently i have opened an account in andhra bank, hyderabad. Today i registered for net banking. And i am
            Able to login with my customer id (User id) and password. But i am unable
            To view or do anything there related to transaction even after successful login. Its never happened with any other bank.

            Error: 'the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be...

            I approached andhra bank manager to get check book. He said i am busy to acess you check book but i requested him i need it in emergency.. He says pora nayana.               Hello

              We have placed land doc's for the reference of loan about a long ago. Recently we have paid the loan amount but we didn't get the land doc's back as they are saying that they don't have doc's and tell us to contact another branch to get the doc's.
              We went to that branch regarding the doc's they have said like they have doc's but it will take time. We walk for 10 days around the bank for the doc's but now they are telling they don't have them and told them to contact previous bank.

              This is how your bank giving assistance to the people who doesn't educated.

              Please at least answer them reasonably.

                I made a transaction of 1000₹ in andhrabank upi application dated 09/12/17. I complainted to customer care on 12/12/17. And i filed complaint at branch on 02/01/2018. Its more than two months still i didn't get any refund... And any reply from the branch... I am bearing account number:[protected]... If you want any other information you can contact me on [protected]... I don't want this type of service to customers by any bank. Its too frustrating with the branch employees behaviour... And its still not yet resolved... I hope this will be resolved as early as possible

                    As per the new rbi rules, pan number of the lender bank should be disclosed on the provision certificate and andhra bank is not ready to provide the certificate with the pan details. This is causing a problem while submitting the tax proofs at the year end.in my organization payroll is not accepting the format given by the bank as valid provision certificate. When all banks are providing i still do no understand why andhra bank cannot do it the same way

                      But the branch reply is you should maintain monthly 10, 000/- rs regularly
                      We are middle class families how can we maintain that much of amount,
                      Now days banks are giving cheque book when we opened new a./c.
                      So, this is unfair.

                            To increase my crop loan i approached bank and asked manager him to increase my crop loan he verified my documents and accepted to increase he said to first clear the loan and i will increase he said, beliving his words i arranged money and cleared my loan and went to manager he said to bring all required 1b papers and stamp by next with all required documents i approached him. He then told it is not possible to give. Then i asked why he responded me in a unethical behaviour. What my problem to get loan?? I am eligible to get loan but why he is not giving me?                               Dear customer care team,

                              On 29th jan 2018 i was hospitalized in the early hours due to skided in the bath room. I was admitted in the svs neuro hospital at esamia barzar hyderabad. The hospital authorities asked me to pay the caution deposit rs. 30, 000/- then only they are going to start the treatment. So, i have made the payment through my debit card then the transaction is failed and the rs.30, 000/- deducted from my account and received the sms also. So, my son paid the amount. When i discharged from hospital and updated my passbook i saw that the rs.30000/- is deducted and failed transaction amount is not reversed in my account.

                              I have lodged a complaint ata customer care the complaint no is:[protected], the customer care people said that it will take 10 days of time to verify and process. Till now the amount is not reflected in my account.

                                Hello team, i am an andhra bank debit card holder. I have done payment in payumoney using my ab debit card on 12.02.18 where my transaction was unsuccessful but money (Rs.1059.38) was debited even on the unsuccessful transaction... How can i get my money refunded? And this is first time am facing such a kind of issue with andhra bank... Hope i will get this solved as soon as possible...

                                  I tried to make a transaction for rs240.50 two times as my debi tcard was showing error message.

                                  But after that i saw that money was deducted from my account. So i kindly request you to seek this issue and send my money back to my account.

                                    I got my ATM card 1month back and i didn't even changed the PIN, I withdrawn money only once using my ATM card PIN and it was fine but the second time when i used the same PIN it didn't work, i tried many times to change my ATM pin through the ATM machine instead of that i couldn't received any OTP on my registered mobile number.
                                    could you kindly look after about my needs.
