I am applying for vit. During transaction i got my otp and i entered it but after that it is saying that my transaction is failed and iam using this card for first time i have tried this for many times i need a quick solution so that i can apply for my concerns i got my otp in message then why transation is not done and how to know my userid in internet banking...

I made a purchase in chennai recently on 19th december at thakurdas choithram.
The first transaction number 44001955 showed failed. Amount 5135. The second transaction number 03072442 went through. But i see there is deduction twice. I request you to refund the amount of rs 5135 against transaction number 44001955 to my account.

I lost my atm card in bus at 7.00 pm kukatpally jntuh.And i called to the customer care of andhrabank to block my card and they didnot respond for 2 hours and also i did message and for that also they didnot respond .by that time they drawn rs.10, 600 from my account.so iam compaining on the management of bank if they respond in right time my money will not be gone.My account no is[protected]...

An amount of rs 4990/-was transferred from my account no. [protected] at andhrabank, akkayyapalem br, visakhapatnam on 19/12/17. Time 19-24 hrs. The transaction happened when a fraduster tricked me to reveal my atm card number. However theatm card expired on 12/08 and as such no online transactions shall be allowed. Hence the bank take responsibility for the transaction and credit the amount to my account. Myatm card number is 4688 1701...

Cust. Id:08346220, i wanted to urgently transfer funds to other bank customer, saved the details, and submitted activation. Activation did not take effect and i am put to high inconvenience. Please do the needful immediately as i am in the usa and the transfer to uaefs is urgent to get reload o[censored]s dollars for my use urgently. Thank you,

Hello this is kadali vamsee pratap. I tried to add 500 to my paytm account. But it is failed, and the amount got deducted from my account. Amount is 500 rs. Bank account number is [protected]. I checked my paytm account too. Even though money got deducted it is showing up in the account. So please resolve the issue as soon as possible

Was debited with rs 3552.00 inr in 30/11/2017 via making transaction with debit card but the transaction failed receipt came out, money debited from my account has still not credited back in my account,
Already written to bank grievience but money not refunded nor any response received...

Hi sir,

I have taken home loan in andhra bank and i am paying emi every month with out failure.

I would like to move my home loan to another bank when i asked for "list of documents" and "foreclosure" then my andhra bank manager said you need to pay 2% of the principle amount to get these documents and move to other bank.

I have inquired about the same in other branches and home loan department...

Tried for withdrawal of 15000rs but i couldn't receive the money but immediately i got a message showing 15000rs was debited. I went to bank member near to that atm he said me to wait for 30minutes so that it will be automatically credited. But till day morning i didn't get the amount sir....

I am a job aspriant and with respect to this i got a job call.
And for that job i was said to submit some huge amount and so i deposited amount rs 13000 rs, 25000 and rs 29500 cash to the account of andhra bank-

Later i found that this is fraud and i am not getting proper response from those...

Rajendrangar branch manager has involved in vulgar language with a lady customer while conversation on phone when enquired about mortagage loan applied and has also threatened to cease the house if asked about it again.

Consider this as a sensitive issue and deal with high priority....

As on 11/12/17. 20:43pm i have done transaction from kotak mahindra bank's atm in sector 8r. K. Puram main market branch.
Now the matter is that my transaction is timed out but funds got debited from my account i am also having the transaction slip with me.
Please look after the matter make a refund of the debited fund.

On 13th dec i have used my debit at two places for making rs.199 two times n 795 single time payment. It was showing error. So i paid from another card. But after some time i got msgs regarding amount debited for 199 rs twice n 795 rs once. I asked that prsn but didnt got any money.. Now 24 hours has been completed still i didnt got any money.. Please do the needful....

Then i paid money and came back
After 2 hrs i received a message about dedication of ₹248/- from my account
I again went to shop, they say that they didn’t receive any transaction
