I have made payment of 665.96. on 19.12.2017 to jharkhand vijali vitran nigam. the amount has deducted from my account but payment is not confirmed. i wait 24 hours for recredit the amount in my account. but still not credited.

please check and credit this amount in my account.

Amount deducted from my account but payment history showing as duplicate merchant transaction id submitted.. i paid through sbi i-icollect by andhra atm card.. payment reference no. is DU82589182. The amount which is deducted from account is refunded or will it be paid to payee.. ?so please respond for this immediately.

i have made payment on 19 December 2017 amount of 665 .96 RS to Jharkhand vijali vitran nigam, But the amount has deducted from my amount and payment not happened.
I have waited 24 hours for re-credit this amount in my account. But still not re credited.

please check and confirm it.

    I made a purchase in chennai recently on 19th december at thakurdas choithram.
    The first transaction number 44001955 showed failed. Amount 5135. The second transaction number 03072442 went through. But i see there is deduction twice. I request you to refund the amount of rs 5135 against transaction number 44001955 to my account.

      I lost my atm card in bus at 7.00 pm kukatpally jntuh.And i called to the customer care of andhrabank to block my card and they didnot respond for 2 hours and also i did message and for that also they didnot respond .by that time they drawn rs.10, 600 from my account.so iam compaining on the management of bank if they respond in right time my money will not be gone.My account no is[protected]

        An amount of rs 4990/-was transferred from my account no. [protected] at andhrabank, akkayyapalem br, visakhapatnam on 19/12/17. Time 19-24 hrs. The transaction happened when a fraduster tricked me to reveal my atm card number. However theatm card expired on 12/08 and as such no online transactions shall be allowed. Hence the bank take responsibility for the transaction and credit the amount to my account. Myatm card number is [protected] valid upto 12/08. Name of account holder is p. L. Narasinga rao. Please examin and take necessary action.

            Hello this is kadali vamsee pratap. I tried to add 500 to my paytm account. But it is failed, and the amount got deducted from my account. Amount is 500 rs.                   Hi sir,

                  I have taken home loan in andhra bank and i am paying emi every month with out failure.

                  I would like to move my home loan to another bank when i asked for "list of documents" and "foreclosure" then my andhra bank manager said you need to pay 2% of the principle amount to get these documents and move to other bank.

                  I have inquired about the same in other branches and home loan department they said there is no charges applicable on pre-closure now.

                      I went to atm in kanavari thota guntur on 19/12/2017 at 5:33pm
                      Tried for withdrawal of 15000rs but i couldn't receive the money but immediately i got a message showing 15000rs was debited. I went to bank member near to that atm he said me to wait for 30minutes so that it will be automatically credited. But till day morning i didn't get the amount sir.

                        I am a job aspriant and with respect to this i got a job call.
                        And for that job i was said to submit some huge amount and so i deposited amount rs 13000 rs, 25000 and rs 29500 cash to the account of andhra bank-

                                  But what is the problem of Andhra Bank to gave that kind of facilities.

                                      Hello, im trying to login into my account through internet banking, i couldnt able to reach the site, this happening from almost one month time. Its really annoying to me as i couldnt to make any transaction, trying to reach the bank but they put on hold for long time and issue wasnt resolved. Its ridiculous that they have online services but its useless. Im paying money for all the services which are meant to provided, in this scenario its waste of my money and time. I wish this issues to get resolved as soon as possible so i can able to access my account.

                                        Hi, i am jaggaiahpet andhrabank customer. I planned to link my aadhaar number with my account. As i am staying in hyderabad and not able to visit the branch. I tried to link my aadhaar using sms option which was not working, after that i tried by using the atm option but this facility also not working. When i contacted the moosapet branch manager, he didn't help me and he is suggesting to transfer the account.
