I was billed for an amount of Rs6124/ dated 21st Feb 2021 and came to know about it after receipt of e bill in march.

It was immediately brought to the notice of Customer Care through their call center as well as by email that no transaction report was sent either by email nor sms which was their SOP. Got an sms on 24th February that the above amount could be paid in installments. I was surprised as mo such msgs had been recd by me earlier and presumed that it was perhaps a system error.

The customer care sent me the receiver n asked me to file an FIR. Upon insistance that I be refunded as it wasn't my transaction and give their superior officers tel no. as well as email they stonewalled the complaint by asking me to file FIR. No answers were given for non receipt of sms n email alerts, but went on to state that an OTP had been sent by them.

However no OTP had been received by me for that transaction. Further if required I'm prepared to have my cell phone forensically examined for any such OTP or alert recd on my cell number as stated by them.

I shall therefore request you to kindly initiate an enquiry into this matter and have amount deducted to me. I may also add here that I've been an Andhra bank Credit card holder since 1987 and have never experienced any issues till this incidence. As a matter of fact consequent upon Andhra Banks merger to Union Bank Ive neither received an ebill from the month of may onwards nor even an sms informing of the payable amount.

Near by Balaji Avenue there is empty ground having water tank for panchayat. The whole ground has been occupied by local party dumping building materials like rubbish, blue metal, sand etc offloading and loading every day crating noise, pollution with so many trucks and jcb operating like quarry . This is creating lot air and noise pollution everyday. Our houses fully dumped with dust and cleaning everyday and patients affted by these dust. Further, our children cannot use that park to play . Actually we residents paid huge development levy to cmda and authorities. But why they allow local authority to steel government land which is supposed to use by local residents and why it is given illegal contract to some local guys. Why no one taking action.

Please see this immediate remove all the illegal occupation. Next step will move this is case to poonamlee court if the action is delayed within one month. Thanks

Today i withdrawn 20000/- in union bank atm. in that cash not came but from my account cash debited,

Hello.
I have tried to withdraw Rs25, 000 from union bank atm at narayanguda on 30th of june. Out of which i received Rs10, 000 first and Rs5000 next but the next Rs10, 000 i didn't receive. The amount showed as debited in my account and i didn't receive the cash of Rs10, 000. I have immediately complained to the customer service and they asked me to wait for 1 day and if not reflected they asked me to call back. The amount was not reflected and i called them back and they registered a complaint assuring me to get it solved in 12days. It been beyond 12days and i haven't received the amount. The customer care isn't responding well too with the same

I have deposited 2000 rupees cash in the cdm but the amount was not reflected in my bank account

My money is debited but transaction wasn't fulfilled.

Payment gateway transaction was cancelled after opt filling. Amount is debited from account but payment wasn't finalised.

I deposited 5000 rupees through Andhra Bank ATM deposited machine and my amount was taken by atm and its shows error in atm my amount was not deposited in my account pls help us to get bank my amount

Sir, i have an account No.[protected] in andhra bank, tallapudi branch, IFSC Code : ANDB0000553, w.g.dist. with ATM card. in this connection i am trying withdraw an amount of Rs.10, 000/- on[protected] in Union Bank of India, I.pangidi Branch ATM Machine. at that time ATM Machine displayed amount debited. but i am not received any amount. immediately i approached my mother bank. upto till date my problem do not solved.
so, please solve the problem and retrive the amount to my account.
