Sir.. I took 5000 from the andhra bank atm but there is twice the amount was debited from my account 5000, 5000.. I didnt received any alert message of debiting money.. I complained it at the andhra bank branch it completed 10 days but there is no response from the branch or bank... We r using andhra bank since 2014 but now we came to know how irresponsible the bank was......

This is regarding missing money on my account

I have made a transaction of 8500 with my atm card and i didn't get my amount and transaction was cancelled. On checking my mini statement i could see that amount was debited twice and then returned only once. Where as i didn't receive alert message regarding debit of my amount for any of the transactions.

Andhra Bank — credit card upgrade

Iam using andhra card since many years but neither my credit card upgraded nor my credit balance increased. Please upgrade and increase my credit limit. My andhra bank credit card limit is 50k and other credit cards are 3 lacs, 2.5 lacs and 1.3 lacs. The present limit is not at all useful and if you can't enhance the limit please cancel the card.

Andhra Bank — an extra of rs 1000/- was deducted somehow after withdrawing in atm

I am yasam varalakshmi.
I have an savings bank account in andhra bank (Ponnur branch code: 000433) with account no:[protected].
Ifsc :andb0000433
I've withdrawn an amount of rs 1000/- from an atm (Address :bangla rd, gbc rd, ponnur, guntur district, andhra pradesh-522124) on 8th august 2019.
For that withdrawl i got a message from andhra bank with
[ txn# s[protected]] where it shoed my current balance was rs.3266.76.
After a few seconds i got an other message from the andhra bank stating that
"amount of rs.1000 is reversed through atm...

8th of august 2019, 10.50- 11.00 am. I went to sbi atm for withdrawal with andhra bank debit card, the money got deducted from my account but the atm machine got switched off without giving the cash. The atm gaurd told to ask the atm issues bank and i did the same thing what he told. But still didn't get my money back. What i should do now, when i'll get my money back?...

Myself p sri ramya an account holder in andhra bank with a/c no-[protected] did card transaction of amount rs 5760/- in shopping mall on july 24th 2019, the transaction was failed and paid bill through cash. But money was debited from my account. It has been 15 days and till now money is not refunded to my account. I have submitted a complaint already but no response. Please refund money soon....

On saturday i. E 03/08/2019. I went to kvb atm center located at sr nagar to withdraw the amount of rs.4000/- from my account.

Unfortunately, cash not received from the atm and display shows unable to dispense the cash and receipt generated showing transaction failed.

But i received the message that amount was withdrawn from my account.

Immediately i called the ab customer care and complained about the issue and the generated unique case is ab[protected]

Please resolve the issue and credit the amount in my account...

I had reported about this to the branch but till now i have not received any kind of intimation or update. I tried calling customer service of andhra bank which is not working. Hello,
I tried to withdraw 1100 from an axis bank atm today but didn't receive the cash. However, the amount was debited from the account. Thought it was an issue with the machine and tired again to withdraw 1000rs. The same thing happened again and the amount didn't withdraw. Again the 1000rs was debited from the account. Transaction id is txn# s[protected] for 1100rs. Didn't get the transaction number for 1000rs but received emails for both of them. Kindly resolve this asap...

And i have all the process to withdraw my amount from machine, the machine displayed that your transaction is in process then i have waited for nearly 5min, then directly slip came from the machine that your transaction is declined. Yesterday i placed an food order and tried to pay through amazon pay.in amazon pay i tried 4 times to add money. I has rs. 220 balance in my account. My transaction got failed. Myself deepthi. Kandula having an account in your bank. I have tried to withdraw money from axis bank atm on[protected] at +old hafeezpet sainaga atm and transaction no is txn# s[protected]. Actually my home branch is prakash nagar, rajahmundry. That atm i went consists of two machines. At first i tried withdraw from one machine and it showed money couldn't be dispensed minimum should be 500. So i tried to withdraw rs. 500 and still i didn't receive cash. After that i tried in second machine rs. 500 then i got a message saying that cash deducted. And again still i didn't any cash....

I have taken the arogdhan medical policy from andhra bank, faridabad branch sec 17 taken in 2018 in approx amount 12000 inr but last week in 2019 amount deducted 32000 inr without any notice or information. Now want to cancel this policy and already put the written request to bank branch but no body is replying either from tpa or bank.

This is rahman ali khan here from aligarh, up. I hold a a/c ([protected]) in andhra bank, aligarh branch.
I would like to tell you that i am unable to use the new international visa platinum card for transaction in abroad. I have tried it in many atm's and online sites here but every time i am trying the transaction but the atm is showing "transaction failed.. Please contact the branch"
