Dear sir,
This is saikumar, one of your bank user. Last year december, i had given cancellation/blocking request for my andhra bank credit card. On that time i paid all total outstanding amount. But 2 weeks before suddenly i received, statement of andhra bank credit card.in this statement it is mentioned insurance charges rs 484/-.
While i approached customer care, they said that new credit card also issued from our side. But i am having one doubt, after given cancellation/blocking request how i will receive new credit card and how your people will debit insurance charges rs 484/-.
And same amount deducted from my saving account on 20/11/2017.

So, please reversal amount of insurance charges & do cancel the card.
