On 11th dec, 2017.in night at around 10:30 i made a payment of 1969rs for goibibo flight booking. After i entered the pin it showed bad request and payment was failure. But after 3 hrs i got msg from andhra bank stating that money has been deducted from my account. Please look into this kindly.. The payment had failed but money got deducted..

      If you are not able to provide proper internet banking services, please announce that publicly, it's been three months internet banking is not working properly, for single fund transfer i need to spend whole day, who gonna compensate for my loss of a day, really after recent upgradation net banking interface is worst. I dont know how it's got approved without proper testing. I'm getting null pointer exception many times. Please announce if you are not capable of maintaining net banking. Atleast we will move to other banks which good net banking services.

        Any one of the application will not work... Vexed with this bank and customer service... Customer service number not at all reachable... Always busy.. Try after some time... Worst bank...

        I thought its going to improve and waiting for 3 years... No progress at all.. Going to worst now a days..

        If you do imps... Money will be debited and will not transfer to beneficiary account — scared...

              Hi im muthineni srikanth, an account holder of andhra bank platinum card. I had deposited money of 17000 rupees on my account on 8 dec 2017. After that i checked my balance enquiry showing that my balance is nothing. I even waited for 24 hours for money, still i didnt get it. I tried to withdraw money and it shows transaction cancelled but i got a mail that i transacted money of 16990 and showing remaining balance, but money didnt came. Please help me regarding this issue. I need my money back, its an emergency. What should i do now? Thanking you.

              With out using of mouse we can't do the Enter button click action. After Enter valid credentials click on Enter button will take the action of Enter button clicking, Presently we are doing this action with using of mouse only, but every user will expect like this.
              I made an online transaction on 28th Nov 2017 for amount of 1500. The amount was deducted from my account but the transaction failed.
              This is happening with me for the third time. I haven't recieved my money back. And all the customer care no are always busy.

P one of the customer in gummidipoondi andhra bank branch yesterday[protected] around 3.30 i went to nearby atm to withdrawn money after sign in into atm money didn't came out i canceled the process and return to my home after 2 hours (5.30 pm) one message arrived to my inbox that 3000 rupees is withdrawn from my account through atm. After that we tried to contact customer care office but there is no response. Without withdrew the money how could bank is deducted sum of 3000 rupees from an customer account.                               403 - forbidden: access is denied.
                              You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

                              This is very bad to see as this irritates when you are really in middle of some transaction and after waiting for 2-3 minutes, you finally get a message saying "500 internal server error". Also i don't think the end user needs the status codes. Just the message would be sufficient.

                              Let me know any more details.

                                  I have transferred 3000/-to icic bank on23/09/2017through bhimapp but benificery could not get i complained on01/10/2017complaint no is [protected] so far they have not credited please do needful two months passed so far they have not able to trace
                                  Whenever contacted they replay that it takes three working days your problem will be solved two months passed but no joy

                                  On7/12/2017 at 2058hrs with my rupay card done transition for 699/- TID no 42053004 but they have debited 699/- and 599/-also I have complained. No is. [protected] on 7/12/2017please solve the problem earlt

                                    I had made payment on line on 13.11.2017 for the amount rs.10, 700/- regarding payment to gst tax vide cin no.[protected].

                                    I already lodged complaint vide ticket no. Gb[protected] on028.11.2017
                                    But no response till date. I have to file my gst retruns for the period aug - oct'17 which the due date was 20.11.2017, and i have topay late fee rs.50/- per day. So kindly rectify the above defect or refund my money as soon as possible

                                    On nov 10th, 5000 and 5500 debited in my account number [protected] and my name is k srinivas while using my debit card it was debited but the trancsaction is failed, i got message it will be credited in 15 days but till date it was not done, so kindly do fast..

                                      Hello sir, my name is yashoda devi from new delhi. On 21st august 2017 when i went to union bank of india atm to withdraw 5000 rupees. Then my 5000 rupees does n't came out from atm machine but in my passbook it shows that 5000 rupees debited in my account. Till that i am struggling to get my money back. I also complained in andhra customer care but i did not get any result. When i went to the branch maneger he told that he can't help. Plz help me sir. Ifsc details of bank is andb0001195.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is saikumar, one of your bank user. Last year december, i had given cancellation/blocking request for my andhra bank credit card. On that time i paid all total outstanding amount. But 2 weeks before suddenly i received, statement of andhra bank credit card.in this statement it is mentioned insurance charges rs 484/-.

                                        While i approached customer care, they said that new credit card also issued from our side. But i am having one doubt, after given cancellation/blocking request how i will receive new credit card and how your people will debit insurance charges rs 484/-.

                                        And same amount deducted from my saving account on 20/11/2017.

                                        My old card no: [protected]
                                        My new card no : [protected]

                                        So, please reversal amount of insurance charges & do cancel the card.
