internet banking

Sir/madam,

Recently the new website for internet banking started till then i used internet banking cheerfully without any trouble. After starting the new one, till today it became very very difficult to open in every step to step finally exhausting my patience & leaving in between without completing the work. not opening the site

I have an account in andhra bank. Now i am staying in united states of america. From one week the andhra bank site is not responding. Can you please let me know the reason. transaction didn't go through but amount was debited

I don't receive sms after withdrawing from bank account

And while transferring some amount from phone pe app to my bank it asked for setting up an upi code but the code not be able to set up. Why?

I don’t believe that in this era too banks like these are existing. The worst services you can think of. Firstly, every 3-4 days, they’ll charge you for a transaction that you didn’t do. They did it again yesterday. Atm (Andhra bank’s atm only) showed transaction has been cancelled, but there’s the message in my phone which i was afraid of, you’ve withdrawn 2000rs from your account......

I made transaction at fuel station on 24/08/17. Fuel service charged rs.21.1 by you was deducted twice on 29th&30th aug 2017. Trans id s75197546 & fuel ser ch trans id are s80345345 &s81439475.
