Sir, i want that agri loan in ur andhrabank branch in jakranpally so iam going to bank now tuday on 3/11/2017. So iam talk already thise loan matter to the bank manager but that manager is not correctly respond on me sir, i have alredy a/c in andhrabank but manager telled me we are thise loan is not give you thise bank, if you want loan then u go to padakal sbi bank. But how sir iwant agri loan only in ur andhrabank nearest jakranpally but thise manger is not acepted my loan application form. So sir please take my camplaint & help me sir.

    Sir/madam,

    Recently the new website for internet banking started till then i used internet banking cheerfully without any trouble. After starting the new one, till today it became very very difficult to open in every step to step finally exhausting my patience & leaving in between without completing the work. So i request you to rectify the problem as early as possible or go back to previous system otherwise we can't wait till more days.

    login-3mts, OTP generation-3mts, so even after entering correct OTP -not Authenticated so many times & finally Transaction failed .This is the regular process of Andhra bank New Internet Banking.How long this will be?

    The problem has been rectified since 6/11/17, now getting without any difficlty.
    Sir i have andhrabank current account open 2week back and i have internet banking applied and my account is resisred for internet banking.so my problem is i am login for andhra bank to password not set please my password set, my andhra bank id is 55345960 and my mobile no.[protected] and my gmail id [protected]@gmail.com

      Sir we are from tandur vikarabad dist we have account with tandur andhra bank branch frequently we will visit branch for various purposes but one of the officer his name is kumar he always asks for money for statement one page for 200 and also he want money for his self needs if we won't give he will take address from account details directly coming to home when my husband is not there at home he is misbehaving and also he took contact number from account he is calling in nights and sending messages in abusive language and for the reason we are not giving money he is not doing our work and black mailing me and also he want me to visit his home i brough this to the notice of branch manager he is not responding instead of taking action he is simply smiling and he is not taking written complaint also sir please take some action against these two officers sir i enquired with other customers also some of them also suffering from same for the same reasons please take action otherwise we will go to banking ombudsman

        I have an account in andhra bank. Now i am staying in united states of america. From one week the andhra bank site is not responding. Can you please let me know the reason. This problem is not only for me some of my friends also facing the same issues. It’s very urgent for me please respond as soon as possible. It would be great for me thank you so much.

            There was a big fraud happened to my account no: [protected]

            Total fraud amount deducted from my account since 1st Nov 2017:- Rs. 76798 /-

            Please stop all the transactions that were happened from 1st Nov 2017 to till date.

            We have already blocked the card and informed to cyber crime police. They are investigating the case.

I tried two times to pay my electricity bill by net banking in Andhra bank -.                       I've been credited rs100 by my friend this evening via tez app. I've got the amount credited into my account and been debited as soon as it was credited saying credit reversal transaction. What does that mean? Even my friend didn't get the amount back in his account. If this is with rs.100 why wouldn't it be with larger amount? How can i trust your bank?

                          While withdrawing ₹200 from atm i hav not received any sms that ₹200 is debited from your account. Why?
                          Plz check -[protected] is registered number or not, if registered then why not the mssg came. I[censored]nregistered then how to register.
                          And while transferring some amount from phone pe app to my bank it asked for setting up an upi code but the code not be able to set up. Why?

                                    I don’t believe that in this era too banks like these are existing. The worst services you can think of. Firstly, every 3-4 days, they’ll charge you for a transaction that you didn’t do. They did it again yesterday. Atm (Andhra bank’s atm only) showed transaction has been cancelled, but there’s the message in my phone which i was afraid of, you’ve withdrawn 2000rs from your account... Man!! Crap services! I’ve added a phot of the message received yesterday! Losers.
                                    2. Out of 5 actual transactions that you’ve done, you’ll receive a message of only 2-3 out of them randomly (Amount of monery doesn’t matter, you’ll get a message of 200 rs too, and you can miss a messageof 10000rs too). I’ve added a photo for this too, if we receive all the messages then the balance after deducting 1673 out of 33660 would not have been 30314.
                                    3. Their complaint services are pathetic, 9 out of 10 times on their complaint page it’ll go to verifying your account number and then a dialog box will pop up - there has been some problem blah blah blah. My account number is [protected]. Go check it.
                                    4. Internet banking - my #. I could add only 3-4 payees and after that i haven’t been able to add anyone payee and it has been 7-8 months that i couldn’t do this.
                                    P. S - how is this bank surviving? Because of account holders like us? I’ll soon close this account. Heights of patience testing!

                                      I have done 300 rs transaction at Aditya Hospital Hyderabad on 09-oct-2017 through my debit card in PoS swipe machine. Amount of 300 has been deducted from my account but billing incharge said he did not receive the amount in his account saying transaction declined.                                         I made transaction at fuel station on 24/08/17. Fuel service charged rs.21.1 by you was deducted twice on 29th&30th aug 2017. Trans id s75197546 & fuel ser ch trans id are s80345345 &s81439475. I had mailed to [protected]@andhrabank.co.in on 18th sep, & the response came from there that your enquery no. Te[protected] was resolved by our bank on 18th sep 2017. But the amount is still not reverted to my a/c.
