Recently the new website for internet banking started till then i used internet banking cheerfully without any trouble. After starting the new one, till today it became very very difficult to open in every step to step finally exhausting my patience & leaving in between without completing the work. I was booking accommodation online on shirdisai.org, on the very last page of payment, i entered the otp and tapped pay, but the transaction did not go through, system returned server busy. However i got the text from bank that rs. 510.00 has been debited from my account.
Please do the needful to revert the deducted amount.

Iam in chennai doing small online business, from last 4ds iam unable to access online net banking. Not able to open my account, it's very slow. Once it opened but not understand ny thing. I've been credited rs100 by my friend this evening via tez app. I've got the amount credited into my account and been debited as soon as it was credited saying credit reversal transaction. What does that mean? Even my friend didn't get the amount back in his account. If this is with rs.100 why wouldn't it be with larger amount? How can i trust your bank?...

I have my aadhar card linked to kotak mahindra bank initially. Now i have delinked it from kotak bank and linked it to andhra bank. Still it is not getting reflected in my aadhar bank linking status. I don’t believe that in this era too banks like these are existing. The worst services you can think of. Firstly, every 3-4 days, they’ll charge you for a transaction that you didn’t do. They did it again yesterday. Atm (Andhra bank’s atm only) showed transaction has been cancelled, but there’s the message in my phone which i was afraid of, you’ve withdrawn 2000rs from your account......

I have done 300 rs transaction at Aditya Hospital Hyderabad on 09-oct-2017 through my debit card in PoS swipe machine. Amount of 300 has been deducted from my account but billing incharge said he did not receive the amount in his account saying transaction declined.
