I have internet banking facility. Today when i entered the website address www.andhrabank.in in the browser, a dialogue box opened and asked for client identification. It further said i must select one of the methods and click continue. There was apple id mentioned in the box and already selected. I clicked continue. Then another dialogue box opened saying 403 - access denied. I rang up andhra bank jubilee hills where i have my sb account. Ms sameera tried on her computer and 1st said she has the same problem. Then she said instead of selecting id and clicking continue, i should click cancel and the site will open. I tried again. This time i am straightaway getting the message 403 - access denied. How to overcome this hurdle?

    I have paid mobile rs. 1100/- bill through net banking to airtel on 8.11.2017
    My a/c no [protected] is debited but transaction was failed due to time expire.

    I have already send mail to you through our solapur branch (0547)
    But till date the amount of rs. 1100/- is not reversed by you. So i request you to reverse the same at the earliest

        I b. Upendra rao. Amount with drawn amount from andhrabank atm tapovanam. Branch. Ansntspur. Andhrapradesh.. Received 500note with full of dust/oil marks. I met bank manager and cashier immediately beside atm. But both are told that we are not responsible in irresponsible manner. Plz take action against this issue sir. And instruct cams system to check note carefully before loading cash in atms notes are enclosed

          My father is a retired teacher and staying in hyderabad.he used to get pension through andhra bank.monthly once or twice he used to draw his pension through ATM card.on one fine day he noticed RS. 8500 were misused (ONLINE SHOPPING done without OTP ).hence this complaint.

              On 28-11-17 i have tried to withdraw 10000 rs from my account no.[protected] but not received the cash. After sometime again i have tried to withdraw 6000rs this time i got much amount but i didn't receive 10000. Cash not dispensed but account are debited. Please verify and credit the amount to my respective account at the earliest. Atm place at kankipadu sbi atm. I have contacted with the sbi branch manager he said dnt panic bcoz of server issues sometimes it will happen ur amount will be credited within 24-hrs i[censored] didn't receive then u can contact with ur bank dnt worry about ur mny as earliest they will credit. Please verify that n credit the amount. Thank u.

                    Branch manager refused to issue a cheque book for a/c no - 0160xxxxxx0808 at navyug market branch ghaziabad.
                    As per him there is no provision of issuing a cheque book as i requested to issue it.
                    Kindly make arrangements for the issue of a cheque book. I need it immediately for cashless transaction. I hope the concerned authorities will do the needful. I met the concerned branch [0160] manager but no possitive reply.

                        I am one of the oldest customer and senior citizen of andhra bank, a. P. Bhavan branch, new delhi.
                        I have been issued health insurance cards from m/s. Good health tpa services limited., through andhra bank during 2014.
                        The last renewal of insurance could not be done due to non-receipt of sms by head office/bank which i was getting every year during june/july.
                        I had sent emails to the bank as well as customer service, marketing division - head office, cpio-head office on sept 28th, sept 29th, oct, 12th, oct, 30th, 2017.

                        I am a retired pensioner from state government of andhra pradesh. After repeated emails i have not received any positive reply from your bank and i am left with no health insurance because of the technical fault by the bank.

                          This is to bring to your notice i opened saving bank account with andhra bank lawsons bay colony (Andb0000633) on january 2017. Staff forced me to take insurance also saying that it is mandatory. Till date i didn't recieve any passbook / cheque book and insurance policy document. Every time i went to the bank it was useless. Staff is diverting to other counters, they asking me to contact the peon of the bank. I didn't receive any call from the bank. Where as we are charged for the phone banking also..4days ago 600rs were deducted from my bank account without my knowledge as insurance premium. Staff here is very arrogant. Even the manager had insulted me very badly when i was discussed about the problem after i was exhausted going to various counters and staff. I want refund of my policy or i will treat this as this is looting from customers on the name of policy. Such a third graded service at this branch you can enquire yourself.

                              I had made on line payment on 13.10.2017 for gst payment for rs.10, 700/- vide cin no.[protected] on behalf of my client m/s. Ngm sons enterprises and the amount was debitted from my account not yet it was updated in the credit ledger of the concern client's portal. Without clearing the liablilities i cant do further filings procedure. So i kindly request you to rectify the above complaint to get updated in the credit ledger or refund the amount if the payment was unsuccessful.

I already gave my adhar xerox copy two years back and i was getting my lpg subsidy also through that account. Today i got a call from bank person and told me to come and submit adhar in person again. At present i am living in chennai and i could not go there to submit adhar. So i tried to link my adhar to bank account through net banking and it's telling that already linked. What i should do please tell me regarding this.

                                  This is very hard to believed now atm machine is not giving notes in proper manner. Yesterday, i withdrew rs 2500 from andra bank atm gachibowli branch and machine has given me all 100 rs notes all notes were torn or pasted by a tape.
                                  Most of notes is not even having the note number on it.
                                  This is all because of the employee nigligence.
                                  Due to this, have face a lot of difficulties which can be easily avoid.
                                  I have taken a video and photographs but unable to upload due to the video size.
                                  I will take this to higher. If no action taken by bank immediately.

                                    On 24.11.2017 i have tried to withdraw rs.3000 from my account no.[protected] but not received the cash. Again i have tried to withdraw rs.2000 from another account [protected]. But the same repeated. Cash not dispensed but accounts are debited. Atm card no is [protected] (Staff a/cs). Please verify and credit the amounts (3000 & 2000) to my respective accounts at the earliest. Atm place at sanathnagar.

                                      Hi! I am dr. T. Dinesh kumar. I am a customer of andhra bank account no ([protected]). I use my andhra bank debit card regularly for transactions and shopping purpose even on online. On 23/11/2017 i tried to purchase an item (Easyacc monster power bank) on amazon.com using my debit card but the transaction was failed but money was debited from my account rs.6599. And order was cancelled. Later i purchased the same item by net banking. But the money which was debited from my account first time was still not refunded. Please kindly do favour and do needful as i am facing severe inconvenience regarding transactions for several times. Thank you

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is saikumar, one of your bank user. Last month i had given cancellation request for my andhrabank credit card. On that time i paid all outstanding amount. But yesterday suddenly i received, statement of andhrabank credit card to pay rs 484/- for insurance charges.

                                        While i am approached customer care, they said that new credit card also issued. But i am not received till yet. But i have one doubt, after given cancellation request how i will receive new card.

                                        So, please reversal amount of insurance charges & do cancel the card.
