I used my card for payment of bill 821/- twice on 26th october 17, 1642 /- got deducted but i did not get any refund till now. Please register the complaint and look into it. I used card to pay 821/- of bill twice so i have to receive 1642/- which i did not get... No positive response from the customer care executives.
Earlier in the month of june, i tried withdrawing 500 rs from my card from other bank, but the amount did not withdrew, showing an error. But when i left from the atm, the 500 rs automatically git debuted from my account. Again, registered a complaint at andhra bank customer care no, still no response. Please help me, in sorting this. Awaiting for a positive response. Thank you

    Hello andhra bank,

    I am vemula naveen, with account no. [protected] (Ifsc: andb0000173). My mobile no. Is [protected].

    I have sent 700 rupees to andhra bank account number [protected] (Ifsc: andb0000367) from tez app.

    Later i realized that the account number which i sent money is wrong and the correct a/c no. Is [protected].

    But money has deducted from my account. So please kindly refund my money (700 rupees) to my account number.

      Sir,
      I, k. Viswanadh ramesh, jto, bsnl, holding sb account no.[protected], at ring road branch, vijayawada-10. While opening our accounts in the salary of sb accounts, we were issued the debit cards also. Recently on 4th and 10th of august, 2017 i received 2 messages from your bank to replace the existing debit with a chip enabled secured debit card for free of cost without having any charges on it. I approached the bank and submitted my application and handed over the old card issued earlier. The card is not a current one but a valid from november, 2016 which is very strange. Also i would like to bring to you kind notice that i was told the card is issued free of cost but i was deducted an amount of rs.286/- from my account which is highly injustice.

      This may kindly be pursued and revert the charges to my account immediately which i approached your bank only after i received messages of of having no charges to be deducted while issuing the debit card.

        This is to put in your kind attention that the name of Andhra bank is being denounced by some people. There is person named Amandeep Singh with an account in Andhra Bank, Subash Nagar branch, New Delhi, uses Andhra Bank cheques to fool people. I was living as a paying guest in a flat managed by this guy, at the time of leaving the room he handed over me a cheque of this bank(security money) which got bounced due to insufficient balance in his account. This is not the first time he is doing this kind of dishonest work. He has fooled many of his renters with this "cheque" trick.After the cheque got bounced, I called him numerous times but either it is getting denied by him or he switches off the phone. His details are mentioned below:

        This guy lives in Fatehnagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.
        I am surprised at the incompetency of Andhra Bank's vigilance cell . How such a heinous crime is being overlooked again and again?This guy is having accounts in other banks also and is befooling and questioning the security of banks like a pro.
        Therefore I request you to kindly look through the matter and take a strict action against the bank and the individual concerned ASAP.

        My grievance is still not resolved .I did not receive any mails from the concerned bank although I provided my email id long ago. The person against whom I wrote in the complaint is roaming free and no action has been taking against him yet.             At andhra bank, hyderabad road branch, nizamabad, i successfully cleared home loan in feb 2017. Till to day i. E nov 2017, they are not released my property documents. Every time they are telling same story that staff is busy. Even staff is not responding to our grievance. Even they are not telling my loan account no. With savings account no. One of the officer blaming me that "why you delayed all these days". Along with me another person also waiting for release of his documents. Pity is he also cleared his loan in feb 2017. Iam waited up to 1 hr for manager appointment but he is with other customer.

              I dont see any option available in the andhra bank net banking to check whether the aadhaar is already linked to my account. I checked via aadhaar inquiry option for the account, it says

              Error message[cadr005] [200096] aadhar card is not linked to any account

              I tried to do the aadhaar registration for my account, i am getting below exception

              Error message[cadr004] [8502] the record already exists.

              From the above errors, i dont know whether the aadhar is already linked or not. How do i check whether my aadhaar and pan are already linked to my account.

              Also there is no option available in the net banking to check linking of the pan card status or new linking. How do i link pan card if there is no option to link it at all.

              I have sent this request to andhra bank via mail, but there is no response coming from the support team. Last time i had same issue and had to raise a complaint for reseting the password for internet banking.

                I deposited cash of inr 66000 through cash deposit machine attached with andhra bank branch sector 3 rohini delhi 110085 but with out completion of transaction machine got out of service and account not credited & when contacted with branch manager she replied not positively and said we don't have sufficient staff to respond on priority
                It is very urgent for me but now i am helpless
                Plz do the needful as i am very much disappointed

                        My amount of 200/-rs has been deducted and cash not came from atm, when i tried to withdraw from that atm on 7/11/2017 at 4:30 at sbh, chinamushidiwada, pendurthi, vishakapatnam. Even message came to mobile that i withdrawed but cash has been not came. Even it showed temporarily unable to dispance. Please try to solve this issue and please refund that amount.

                            Apropos my complaint with the nodal officer for andhra bank. This is my follow-up complaint to the ombudsman and rbi office. A simple query is not getting properly resolved.
                            This is a very callous and a saddening state of affairs at a nationalized bank of such stature. I would request someone competent to intervene asap. Its been over a month.

                            And for people at customer service andhra bank, guys before shooting another off the cuff response - investigate!!! It takes only 5 minutes for a competent person to find out where the holdup is... Please do have a look at the latest screen shot below of report for checking of aadhaar linking with bank.

                            I had closed my bank account no.ac. No. [protected], ifsc: andb0001078 more than a month back.

                            1. But it seems that this account is not closed full and final properly.
                            2. My aadhaar hasen't been properly delinked with this bank account.

                            (Due to this my aadhaar is not getting updated with my new account.)

                            1.) the aadhaar uidai website shows "inactive aadhaar" and whereas it should show "not linked with any bank account".
                            There is a difference between inactive and delinked... Its just lying inactive in your finacle system.

                            2.) plus, to doubly confirm it still shows "bank name - andhra bank". That is why my aadhaar is not getting linked with the new bank account.
                            We need to wipe all active traces from your system for your name to clear. I hope this clarifies.

                            Also, please have a look at the attachment yourself and please can someone whose knows the system well kindly close and delink it properly.

                              Am unable to send money to ppf account and can not download ppf statement in new net banking site. Please resolve the issue. Andhra bank has recently upgraded their website, this may cause problems, please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Am stuck with my transactions. This problem is occurring from last week.                                       I have made an online payment via andhra bank on 1st nov 2017 for rs 4810.45. The payment is routed via payu (Merchant).
                                      Customer reference : [protected]

                                      The transaction has failed but my andhra bank account has also debited.
                                      I emailed payu (Merchant) for the failed transaction and they have confirmed over email that the above transaction has failed and to contact my bank for refund

                                      There is no reversal of my amount in andhra bank even though transaction has failed.
                                      I have complained to customer care. Complaint number: [protected] but when ever i call them, they ask me to wait for some more days. I have sent mails to [protected]@andhrabank.co.in but not revert from them till now.
