I, k. Viswanadh ramesh, jto, bsnl, holding sb account no.[protected], at ring road branch, vijayawada-10. While opening our accounts in the salary of sb accounts, we were issued the debit cards also. Recently on 4th and 10th of august, 2017 i received 2 messages from your bank to replace the existing debit with a chip enabled secured debit card for free of cost without having any charges on it. I approached the bank and submitted my application and handed over the old card issued earlier. The card is not a current one but a valid from november, 2016 which is very strange. Also i would like to bring to you kind notice that i was told the card is issued free of cost but i was deducted an amount of rs.286/- from my account which is highly injustice.
This may kindly be pursued and revert the charges to my account immediately which i approached your bank only after i received messages of of having no charges to be deducted while issuing the debit card.
