Sir,
I inquired for housing loan and over draft loan before the said person became a manager, i asked him in detail what are documents required. He was reluctant to share, in spite of stressing he finally asked to submit basic documents, and the said person mocked at me and said he needs to check my cibl score after which he will conatct me in three days, and i kept going to bank and called numerous time, he was on leave and bank manager was transferred.. Later when i asked about the same, i got to know the person i inquired for loan details have become a manager. When i asked for overdraft loan, he said you asked for home loan right, i said i inquired about both. Its true i inquired. Again he mocked me when i asked for what are the documents required. When i said i would keep my property document for collateral he gave me personal loan form and said i need to sigh from a guarantor. When i am giving property for collateral why guarantor.. Does the manager have the right to mock customer? Kindly share me rbi guidelines for guarantor kindly educate mangers to behave with customers. Either send the manger for training or transfer him. If not i will close my accounts and stop transacting in you bank and will suggest all my clients not to do business in your bank.
