Except the otp for online transactions. I have complained about this in my home branch so many times but no proper action is taken.
      Please solve my problem i am facing many problems during online transactions.

        Hi, my compliant against bank employees is, they are not accepting deposits in teller counters and asking all customers to deposit in cdm machines most of the times. But many people are illiterates in this town like formers from villages, elder people who cant see properly etc. For them also bank employees are not accepting deposits in bank asking to deposit in cdm.in atm centre on one cdm machine was working and two were under repair, both deposite and withdraws were happening in only one cdm machine. I have pictures of this situation happened on 16.10.17. Even though cashier is sitting idle in counter. Bank manager appointed security guard specially for this process, only send customers to cdm machine. This is completely against to bank rules. I questioned security guard about this, he replied it was a order from head office not to accept cash deposits at cash counters. I also asked for the notice who gave this kind of rule in bank. Guard simply asked me to talk with manager, and there was no such notice observed at counters. This become a very bad habit in especially in andhra bank guntakal branch. My humble request to the management of andhra bank to enquire about this irresponsibility and misbehaviour, misguiding customers. This to be observed from backend not directly questioning bank employees. Hope this will be sorted and customers get relief from this laziness of bank employees in only andhra bank not in any other bank in guntakal. Thanq...

            This is toufeeq sultana! I have transferred the amount of rs 37500/- on 18/10/2017. The amount from my account have been debited and the receiver did not receive any amount. It is been 12 hours now the amount havent received back to me or credited to my account in sbi. Rather than this my account have started showing negative balance where i used to have sufficient amount to transfer. This is the second time am facing problem with your hell bank! Do something faster so that i get my money back to me faster!!!

                    Sir, i applied for jntu original degree on 13 oct, 2017. After i made the payment of rs 3553.55 through andhra bank credit card an error page was displayed. So, again i made a payment of rs 3553.55 for which i received the payment receipt containing details like transaction id 2b01771. But amount was deducted twice from my card. I request you to refund an amount of rs 3553.55.

                            Sir I used to carry andhra bank account and I got ATM of rupay and when I am adding my account to phone pe & tez app it was saying as "invalid debit card...and debit card not recognised..."but while I am withdrawing amount it was coming out sir.solve it sir.

                                  I was booking my flight ticket on 29/09/2017 around 5 pm. And the transaction got failed amounting to 5948, from the website ease my trip, i had word with them and they told me that they have not received any payment it may have stucked with the bank or payment gateway, then i have mailed payment gateway as well and they replied that the payment is stucked with the bank onliy, and then i lodged complaint regarding that with my branch, and they told me it will be refunded in 10 days, and still it is not refunded, and now they are telling that wait more for their respond.

                                    I inquired for housing loan and over draft loan before the said person became a manager, i asked him in detail what are documents required. He was reluctant to share, in spite of stressing he finally asked to submit basic documents, and the said person mocked at me and said he needs to check my cibl score after which he will conatct me in three days, and i kept going to bank and called numerous time, he was on leave and bank manager was transferred.. Later when i asked about the same, i got to know the person i inquired for loan details have become a manager. When i asked for overdraft loan, he said you asked for home loan right, i said i inquired about both. Its true i inquired. Again he mocked me when i asked for what are the documents required. When i said i would keep my property document for collateral he gave me personal loan form and said i need to sigh from a guarantor. When i am giving property for collateral why guarantor.. Does the manager have the right to mock customer? Kindly share me rbi guidelines for guarantor kindly educate mangers to behave with customers. Either send the manger for training or transfer him. If not i will close my accounts and stop transacting in you bank and will suggest all my clients not to do business in your bank.

                                    As per the RBI guidelines - Banks are not supposed to insist on Guarantor, when loan is given for collateral.
                                    Earlier Manger was always under stress no proper response. Current Manager mocking Client . Harassment of Checking the status every day for weeks . This is the reason most of India prefers cash transaction. Bank mangers such as these keeps the public away. The staff is well mannered, polite, and at the service- manger is like chasing clients and customers.
                                    Yes many bankers behave this way to customers. when we approach loan this is how they act. when they dont want to give loan then why should they give an option to give loan. do they think asking for loan is like begging. inspite of keeping our colateral documents why should be undergo all this torment from bankers. ridiculous. people should stay away from such banks and better open accounts with post office.
                                    I have complaint against manager for credit card issue and the matter is today i was going to bank for credit card query but the manager rude is behaviour for me.i am very upset of your service ..pls resolve my problems
