Good morning sir/madam,
Yesterday i tried to book a bus ticket in red bus. As i wish to pay the money for ticket, iiused the ab debit card for transaction of money. My complaint is about money debitted but ticket not booked. I want my money back as refund. So please resolve my problem and respond as much as fast.

    I met your ab saroornagar officials they said pin will come by post. Still not received. This is very very poor service of your andhra bank.

    We would like to inform you that the account holder has to set the PIN for his personalised card and the procedure is as follows:-
    GREEN PIN - Now set your own DEBIT CARD PIN in any of our ANDHRA BANK ATM
    An option to generate or reset the Debit Card PIN through Andhra Bank ATM will enable the customers to select the PIN of their choice.
    Andhra bank customer visits any of the Andhra Bank ATM.
    Customer inserts the Debit Card in the Andhra Bank ATM.
    ATM displays the “Banking”, “Services” and “New PIN” Option.
    Customer selects the “New PIN” option.
    ATM displays below options.
    OTP Generation OTP Validation
    Note:
    1. Customer should be registered for SMS Alerts to receive OTP (One Time Password) on his mobile.
    2. New PIN can be set for Active/Inactive debit cards but transactions will happen only for active debit cards.

    Flow of OTP Generation:
    Once customer selects the “OTP Generation” option, transaction will get initiated.
    ATM sends the OTP Generation request message to ATM Switch.
    Once all validations are successful 6 Digit OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer.
    Once the transaction is successful ATM displays “Please select OTP Validation option to set your PIN. OTP will be valid for only 30 minutes” and “OTP Sent to Registered Mobile – It will be valid for only 30 minutes. Please select OTP Validation & Set you PIN” message will be printed on the receipt.

    Flow of OTP Validation:
    Once Customer selects the “OTP Validation” option, Customer is prompted to enter the OTP which is received on registered mobile.
    Customer enters the OTP and selects “Correct” option, transaction will get initiated.
    Customer has to re-enter the same OTP and selects “Correct” option.
    Once the OTP validation is successful
    o ATM prompts the customer to enter the four digit new pin.
    o ATM then prompts the customer to re-enter the 4 digit new pin.
    ATM displays on the screen “Your new PIN was set successfully” and the same will be printed on the receipt.

      Hello,
      On[protected]:00pm had an arrival to the restaurant ordered food and by 12:00am when tried to pay the bill with amount 666/- using andhra bank debit card it took sometime to load on and thereby i entered the pin. Within 3-4 minutes of duration i received an error that the transaction cannot be processed please try later.
      Even tried later but the same error popped-up (Declined). As it was taking longer time i had to pay the amount from another account.
      Later on by 1:20am i receive a message that 666rs/- amount is deducted from my andhra bank account. Whereas i had already paid money on my bill and when the error clearly stated that the transaction cannot be processed how can the amount get deducted!.

      Also i approached restaurant people stated that the issue with bank transitions nothing to worry it will refund in 24hours but still i dint received the money

      Kindly check and do the needful.

        Hence i have doing lot of transactions in your bank but here branch manager was not coperating with sc corporation loans. Without reason he rejected my loan application and suggested me to meet local political person then he will arrange my sc loan. Please take action sir immediatly

            4. click ‘set login password’ button

            6. Reenter OTP on screen
            7. set your login password
            8. come back to retail login and click continue
            9. enter user-id and password
            10. Customer can use now.

              I am monisha from Lakshmipura bangalore on monday 21/8/2017 i went to karnataka bank ATM (branch name : kanshiram nagar, bangalore) to withdraw money from andhra bank ATM card i tried two to three times to withdraw money 10, 000 .but amount not came successfully. then i went sbi ATM and checked my account balance Ofter i received receipt in atm that shows your amount 10000 is deducted.                 My father has Andhra Bank Account, he has taken a new Debit card recently. When we tried to with draw money for the First tme(Rs.15000/-), money was not dispensed but later on my father got a message that the money was debited in his account. Then we have done a few transactions, there was no issue. But on 10/09/2017 we have withdrawn Rs.24000/- (10000+10000+4000) from a Union bank ATM and we got a message saying Rs. 24000/- is debited.
                When my father went to the bank To check balance he got to know that Rs.48000/- was deducted from our account instead of 24000. How can this be possible? When he asked about this, he didn't get any reply from the branch Staff(Eluru Ashok Nagar Branch). Iam out of the state right now, so I called customer care and they said the amount will get credited to your account in 7 days. If this is a technical error, there is something seriosly wrong with CBS of Andhra Bank. We want our money bank ASAP.

                I AM TRIED TO BOOK RAIL TICKET THROUGH IRCTC WEBSITE MONEY DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT TICKET TRANSACTION FAILED. REFUND NOT CAME AS ON DATE. TRANSACTION AMOUNT-2327/- DATE-14.08.2017.

                Sir I'm trying the Recharge with Mobile App (ABK Mpay) to mobile number. But the transaction is TIMED OUT and the Balance is Debited in my Account. Totally is i loss my account balance is 150. my last recharge is successfully. Successful Recharge time is[protected]:30:35 and remaining transactions are Failure.

                  On 31, 03, 2017 i had swiped thro my debit card at southern star hotel mysore for rs 4297.00, 4297 and 4297 : three times and the same was deducted from my account. But the hotel persons told it is not debited and i paid cash for the amount iof rs 4297.00.

                    This is n. Bhanumurty have an account, in west gonagudem branch, korukonda-533289, bearing a/c no: [protected] (Customer id:[protected]scheme code: aspgp).
                    My complaint /requirement is as follows
                    I asked two months back for net banking application-they replied that it is out of stock it will be available within short period. On 11.9.2017 i asked the same they stated same story. How the br manager is checking/inspecting the the stationery of the andhra bank?
                    To get net banking activity of andhra bank, i got an application in net /video center opp to the branch on payment of sum amount. I filled all matters in that application and push up application for mobile activation along with proofs (Pan & aadhar xerox copies enclosed).
                    On taking those papers, they stated that i will take 2 1/2 days to activate net banking. On 14.9.2017 i went to bank they stated that i will take another day. I questioned why so much delay, they replied that "we are not concerned about the same. It is the rules of rbi". Therefore based on the reply of the concern person "i want the rule of rbi regarding same" send the same to my mail id -"[protected]@gmail.com". If the authority state that it is not possible - if you want the same you have to follow rti act for the same" then i will follow the same.
                    What is the procedure to be followed to change signature and surname change?

                      I have taken home loan from andhra bank 3 years back and the interest rate was 9.7% till last month. I came to know about mclr scheme that there is a reduction in interest rate by 1% and i have submitted a letter from end to the manager to change my account to mclr scheme. But the manager told me that conversion charges are 5000 rupees. My out standing loan amount is 24l. Later yesterday when i checked my account statement through net banking, i noticed that they have deducted rs 5000 and rs28496 against mclr conversion charges.

                      Tried to reach customer care, but of no use. He can give me the list of only last 5 transactions and other than that he can't give any inputs to me it seems. Couldn't raise any request through andhra bank portal. The manager got retired very recently and the new one doesn't respond to my queries at all. I stay in a different city compared to the city where my loan account branch is. Had very bad experience with the bank.

                          Sir,
                          I have sb account no.[protected] with hyderbasti branch. I issued ch no 000016 dt 31.08.17 in favour of motilal oswal mutual fund. On 4.9 my account was dr. With rs19201 against ch no 16 crediting new india insurance. I approached the branch manager on 5.9 who told me to come next day as the officer looking after clearing was on leave. On 6.9 my account was again dr. With 30799 against ch no 16 as short debit.
                          I seek an explanation from the bank:
                          How the wrong credit was given.
                          Can there be two debits against same cheque after 2 or more days without intimating me.
                          Now i do not have that money in my sb account nor units.
                          Motilal oswal rejected my application ch returned due to insufficient funds.
                          My account would have been dr. With charges, for ch reject i believe..
                          I demand the bank to arrange for allotment of 1909.5 most35 units.
                          Compensate me for my time, mental strain, conveyance exp etc. Rs. 5000.
                          By 15.9.17
                          I am a senior citizen
                          I would prefer my account verified form 1.8.17 till 11.9.17by a competent officer and balance confirmed to me. Also same may be compared with sms sent to me to know irregularities.
                          Pl. Arrange for a detailed explanation at the earliest.

                                My POS Transaction has been failed on[protected] with Rs.1153 but the amount has been not credited even after a week from raising the complaint.

                                The transaction has been failed with Tran ID: 46732999 at Big Bazar, Amerepet.

                                But the amount has been not credited yet.

                                  Andhra bank declined my transaction 4 times when the gateway was through andhra bank and amount 7227rs was deducted from my account while transaction failed.

                                  Lodged a complaint on 20th evening
                                  21st
                                  Repeat on 24aug, 28 aug
                                  Bank branch in pune on september 1st n written complaint on 4th september.

                                  Till date i have no update on the where abouts of my complaint and refund status.

                                  As such this is not the first time for such an event happen and there have been several instances of failed payments, card declines or payment declines, which causes serious inconvenience.

                                  I shall file a complaint in consumer court if swift action is not taken.
