My balance deducted from account when i used my andhrabank atm in sbi atm barkatpura branch on 20.08.2017, on that day andhra bank servers are not working due this problem i get received message later it shows you have withdrawn rs. 4000 from account xxxx 0972through atm on[protected]. At present a/c balance is rs. 953.58.. My andhrabank branch is sunder nagar, hyderabad.. Almost every time i get late messages from andhra bank please refund my amount

    When i met the manager he said that by next year i can able to change the name

      I am the customer of andhra bank for 12years. I went to jubliee hills branch for getting some information, but the staff are very rude on customers, i noticed that their behaviour is same with some of the customers. One lady was shouting at me like i am the banker, i know everything. Eventhough i am the banker we never be rude with our customers. I never go to that branch again. But the people like me may get benefitted through my complaint. Many people, who are uneducated, cant post a complaint, but they feel very uncomfortable with the staff.

      I have done transaction through other ATM but I did not my money and my money deducted from my account and I did not get confirmation message on immediate transaction I got that message in the evening time but I through that transaction paper now should I do ??

      I'm habibunissa, I swiped my card in parry corner for pos transfer but my card showed declined...but the amount twice deducted from my account.
      Amount: 1262+1262=2524..kindly refund my amount..

          Just wanted to bring a recent incident to your notice in my village charakonda mondal.
          1. Gold loan has taken the date: the 3-march-2016 amount of rs.128000/-
          2. Loan no.[protected]. I have paid rs.6163/- as interest on the principal loan amount on 6-feb-2017 with receipt no.34110 (Comp no.)
          3. However, after five months, 17-july-17 has received a letter from the bank stating that a mount of rs.17500/- is due.
          4. The bank manager has threatened my father in law saying that he would not approve his crop loan if he does not clear the amount of 17500/- which was falsely charged by the bank officials.
          5. I sincerely request you take appropriate action on the bank manager who is putting false allegation on poor & illiterate farmers.

                This is being to kind notice that I am Rajendra Kumar Bugalia, a Proprietor of partnership firm M/S PINKY BRICKS INDUSTRIES, Champapura. My Firm current account No. [protected] in Andhara Bank and in branch Kalwar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

                I am complaining on Priority based that in my partnership Current account available balance was Avg. Rs. = 47000/- on dated 25/07/2017. According to Available balance in my account I have given a Cheque to Jaipur Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited ( JVVNL ) for Electricity Bill payment on Dated 27/07/2017 of Rs.40810/-

                For this Process, I was free from mind that my partnership current account has available sufficient balance regarding (JVVNL) given Cheque clearing. That cheque has been bounced due to the Lace of communication & knowledge, indolent, over confidant & over smart of your bank staff Mrs. Dimpal Kanwar. She lean marked the amount of 10, 000/- in my partnership current account that was illegal. This lean mark did by your bank staff regarding, I was a gaunter for a Loan and that candidate did not paid installment of the loan on time, that's why she did lean mark in this partnership current account and JVVNL cheque has been bounced. My partner decided to withdrawal that bounced cheque amount & charges to me.

                The Andhara Bank have to Pay the charges to us-
                1.Electricity Panlty charges-1200/-
                2.Electricity payment due charges-800/-
                3.Cheque bouncing charges in both accounts-500/-
                4.New DD preparation charges against bounced cheque Rs. 200/-
                In sum total, Rs.2700/-only have to pay by the Andhara Bank to Pinky Bricks Industries Account.

                JVVNL is a government electricity department, however JVVNL do not except Cheque for payment, Only except Cheque’s those clients has commercial connections only and if the Cheque has been bounced once, the department never do except cheque’s again.

                Now, the JVVNL Always except the DD only and DD charges are avg Rs. 200/- every second month. This charges bank have to self afford and pay always in case of JVVNL DD preparation.

                Regarding this, IN CONCLUSION, you have to pay us the bounced cheque amount rs-40810/- & charges-2700/-, in total = 43510/- in the Firm current account anyhow…

                But, you just tell me that Is this above position authority have you in your hand for lean mark in partnership current account??

                In the gaurnter case, I know that you can do lean mark in my personal saving account only, not in Partnership current account.

                The legal action is taken in consumer court and the case is in progress against Mrs. Dimpal Kanwar & Andhara Bank

                    Respected sir/ madam, my name is manly, and i'm holding an account in your bank in podalkur road branch. I am ok with account, no issue with my account. My complaint in about the threat words of customers to the staff. Please take this issue also as an complaint, because as an customer being in the branch as in front my eyes one customer came during the lunch hour and asking all nusense questions to the staff and threatening them like you are not responding to the all questions which am asking and threatening the staff taking pictures of them and warning them i i'll put complaint to your chairman. I question you only thing is this the way the customer giving respect to the staff?? Take this issue so serious please. Customer will question them and warn them as if like staff are slaves to them?? Is this our banks giving respects to our staff?? What the hell is this sir... Am so sorry to ask you this. Who is responsible and supporters for the staff. Dont think this message is from staff am the customer my phone number [protected]. My name is manly samuel. Please make people to give respect to the staff first. And the staff is getting afraid just because of the customer and the word complaint of the customer. Because head office and zonal office doesn't know what happened in the branch but questions the staff about the staff. Please sir respect our staff. Thank you.                       I requested the bank authorities to link up my pan number to my sb account. I also made a request to change my date of birth as per my pan card. I also requested them by writing two request letters dated 8 — 2 — 2017 & 24 — 7 — 2017 and sent them by registered post. But they have not yet taken any action.

But i couldn't get my password till now i have been roaming to bank i have been keeping verifing it and they r telling it will get in one month like that it has been one month.                                 I have made 3 on line transfers on 9th august 2017 for the amounts rs 30000/-each through my sb a/c [protected].in that 2 are credited to the destination bank account but one transaction was not completed and the amount was deducted from my account. The amount was not credited back back to my sb account [protected] as the transaction was failed.

                                Written complaint was given to the sb account holding branch at andra bank /akkayyapalem branch visakhapatnam.

                                Request to review and get the amount transferred to the sb account

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I performed a withdrawal transaction on August 04, 2017 for Rs. 10, 000/- through ATM. I didn't amount from ATM but received a debit message.

                                  Reached Help-desk ([protected]) they raised complaint and ask me to wait till 7 business day. Since, I am in need of money I called them to know status & help desk said to contact this numbers. [protected] & [protected]

                                  I called above numbers more than 50 times, calls were ringing sometimes but no one responded.

                                  I need that amount urgently!!! Please get refund asap!!!

                                    Good mrng!! I am dr. T. Dinesh kumar, regular customer of andhra bank.. I have been using paytm regularly and purchased several items through andhra bank net banking.. But for the last few days.. There is no option of andhra bank available in paytm net banking.. N it's becoming very problematic for me for shopping purpose.. Sorry to admit this was not the first time this has happened... It's been happening frequently despite addressing complaints several times to the complaint registration forum.. So please kindly sort out this issue and do needful.. Thank you

I am facing many problems During shopping .. despite me being a regular customer of Andhra banking !! N addressing complaints several times !! [protected] of andhra bank a/c holder sree harsha souram. During payment process money is debited to irctc account but ticket is not generated. Please go through my issue as soon as possible and try to refund my money as early as possible.

                                        The above number are always being engage. I called nearly 20 times but the same engage. I dont know why they will never take the call.
