    I ordered in flipkart. The order wasn't placed but my money got deducted from my bank account twice. The amount was 1600. I called to customer care they said that the seller didn't receive the money that's why the order wasn't placed. The bank may credit the amount in 8 businesses days but that didn't happen. Then i case you have to call the bank. The andhar bank customer care executive are always busy with another calls they didn't receive any calls of mine. There is no response from the customer care number which is given.

    I want my cvv number to make online payment.
    I have done a online transaction through mobile app in andhra bank but my transaction seems to be failed and bit my money is deducted and there is no response at all
    I ordered in Flipkart . The order wasn't placed but my money got deducted twice. I called to Flipkart customer care they said that the didn't receive the money that's why the wasn't placed. They said in this case you have to contact with the bank. The amount 1600 was debited twice.

      On 21th i have withdrawn 8000 from an atm... The transaction was declined but cash was deducted... I called tollfree number of andhra bank and they said that amount will be refunded in 7 working days,... It was almost 10days (7working days) and today i called the toll free number again... They are saying it will take another 3 days or 5 days... It wasn't my mistake... How would they hold my money for 15 days...

I have filled petrol for 276 he scratched my card for first time machine showed pos transaction failed but money debited again he scratched pos showed success money debited i have losses my first card swipe so please refund my money back

        The staff in the above mentioned branch was not responding in proper manner including manager.I have two accounts in two different branches of Andhra bank. I experienced the same result and other branches. I sincerely just you to take as private banks had. Customers is king is your slogan then take necessary action.
        31/08/2017 morning I was transfered money2000 to my Digi bank account From andhrabank debit card. At the time of approximately 12.30 pm Iam trying to transfer the amount to the same Digi bank account . it's not successful and it was blocked by andhrabank. My ATM card online money transfering not working. To be rectify

          I had swiped my debit card on 23rd August 2017 around 4.30 pm at Sanjay Hyundai Bhosari, Pune for Rs 18050/-. But the transaction was not reflected at Hyundai and the amount is deducted at my end.

            I have added 5000 rs from andhra bank account using payzapp but transaction got failed but i got message like 5000 rs was debited from my andhra bank account. I did transaction on 28/08/2017 8:41pm. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I haven't experienced this kind of issue till now with any another bank.

              Hi,
              I am b chiranjeevi rao, andra bank account holder with account no. [protected], rp road branch, mobile no. [protected].
              On 31.07.2017 i have tried to withdraw rs.6000/- from andhra bank atm, near mallapur x road, money has not dispensed, screen was blank. After that one more person attempted to withdrawal with his atm card. That was also failed. But after half an hour i have received the message that money is deducted.
              I have called and complained on same day regarding this issue. They have registered my complaint, till date the problem has not solved by you. So kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                I have a debit card and when i was paying the bill (1155) at a restaurant the transaction didn't go through whereas i had 1590 in my account. Tried atm and also tried through paytm, even that didn't work.
                This is not acceptable as it is happening for the second time.
                Please solve this issue. I might have to switch to another bank if this happens again. I already need to get a refund of 1400 for which i have got no reply or mail even after putting a complaint.

                  I used my andhra bank atm card for a transaction worth rs.1389/- on 28/07/17 at a textile shop. But there the transaction was failed and at the same time amount was debited from my account. When i enquired with the shop they said that they didn't receive any money. Its been almost 1 month now and my money is not refunded yet. I request you to look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible. I hereby attach the receipt obtained from the swiping machine indicating failed transaction and also the mini statement showing that money is debited

                    We would like to inform you that the retail user can use " SET LOGIN PASSWORD" option and reset his login password there itself. By entering user id & click on SET LOGIN PASSWORD OPTION. Enter your mobile number by prefixing 91 before the number & click on validate. Enter the generated OTP and click on PROCEED.
                    In the next screen system will prompt you to set your login password.
                    TRANSACTION password can be reset using online resetting facility with DEBIT CARD credentials.
                    1.login to retail user Home Page.
                    2. select INSTANT TRANSACTION PASSWORD SET/RESET under new initiatives
                    Or go to MANAGE optionreset transaction password- and select set/reset transaction password option.
                    3.confirm the debit card and mobile number details. Enter OTP received to your Mobile – submit.
                    4. Enter ATM /debit card PIN-submit
                    5.Enter and confirm the new Transaction password.
                    If active debit/ATM card not availanble, please follow the procedure given below.
                    for transaction password ...please submit request in home branch OR Transaction password request can be made online by the user him/herself . www. andhrabank.in ---> internet banking ------> retail user login -----> Requests Tab------>Transaction password request offline (for non debit card holders).

                      On 21/08/2017 at 7:20pm i have made first transaction for rs 500/ (Fivrhunderdrupees) using andrabank debitcard in hdfc bank atm jagadgiriguttanear bus stand. Atm id :p1envs06 in jagadgirigutta. Hyderabad. I see one notice that is your transaction is decliend.072 unable to process. When i saw my amount balance rs.500/ (Fivrhunderdrupees rupees) rupees is decuted without taking my money. My account no is [protected]. Located at sanath nagar hyderabad. The fault is with the atm service at the hdfc atm at jagadgiriguttanear bus stand id no p1envs06.
                      I need immediate help from whom ever ever it concerns and want my money back to my account. As soon as possible.

                        I am from hyderabad on sunday i. E (20/08/2017). Went to axis bank atm to withdraw money from andrabank atm card i tried two to three times to withdraw money (10000) but it is declined money not came it is not successful but after 3 hours i got a message that you have withdrawn 10000 rupees and your remaining balance is xxxxx.in that message i not got any transaction id or any atm number without transaction number how can debit money. I want to inform in branch but it is in karimnagar i live in hyderabad what i should do now how can i get back my money how can i request

                              I transactioned with atm card at proddatur, kadapa district, andhrapradesh, first the transaction done by me was declined, so i again tried to continue to make transaction, but in second transaction it was showing low balance, then i checked my balance, it shows that amount was deducted from my account when first transaction i have done the amount which i want to take out in first transaction

                                  I had made a zoom car booking using paytm on august 2, against which rs.5910 was deducted.. The booking was later cancelled and money was refunded to my paytm account.. After which it was returned to the bank on the app.. I got a confirmatory message saying refund has been successful by the bank, along with a reference number 74766517219731826529132 on august 8.. It has been more than 10 days n no refund. Kindly resolve the issue

                                      The worst banking experience, unable to withdraw amount from home bank as well as other bank atm's. I had an emergency withdrawal (20th/8/17) all the time i get was (Transaction denied/unable to access). So i tried imps to transfer to other account and take a withdrawal, useless the site was not working at all. The worst services i have ever experience, without withdrawal of amount after 5 hours i get a message of 9000 rupees deduction from my account. What is wrong with the bank. Fed up with the experience. Calling call center is again disconnected abruptly with out any responsibility of secure banking. Posting here shoud do some good for me.
