my money was debited twice without purchasing

I ordered in flipkart. The order wasn't placed but my money got deducted from my bank account twice. The amount was 1600. I called to customer care they said that the seller didn't receive the money that's why the order wasn't placed. The bank may credit the amount in 8 businesses days but that didn't happen. Then i case you have to call the bank. The andhar bank customer care executive are always busy with another calls they didn't receive...

i have withdrawal amount from atm.. the amount was deducted but transaction was declined

On 21th i have withdrawn 8000 from an atm... The transaction was declined but cash was deducted... I called tollfree number of andhra bank and they said that amount will be refunded in 7 working days,... It was almost 10days (7working days) and today i called the toll free number again... They are saying it will take another 3 days or 5 days... It wasn't my mistake... How would they hold my money for 15 days......

transaction get, failed but amount not debited from my account

I have added 5000 rs from andhra bank account using payzapp but transaction got failed but i got message like 5000 rs was debited from my andhra bank account. I did transaction on 28/08/2017 8:41pm. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I haven't experienced this kind of issue till now with any another bank.

transaction problem through debit card

I have a debit card and when i was paying the bill (1155) at a restaurant the transaction didn't go through whereas i had 1590 in my account. Tried atm and also tried through paytm, even that didn't work.
This is not acceptable as it is happening for the second time.
Please solve this issue. I might have to switch to another bank if this happens again. I already need to get a refund of 1400 for which i have got no reply or mail...

transaction was failed but money is debited

I used my andhra bank atm card for a transaction worth rs.1389/- on 28/07/17 at a textile shop. But there the transaction was failed and at the same time amount was debited from my account. When i enquired with the shop they said that they didn't receive any money. Its been almost 1 month now and my money is not refunded yet. refund of amount after cancelling order on paytm/zoomcar

I had made a zoom car booking using paytm on august 2, against which rs.5910 was deducted.. The booking was later cancelled and money was refunded to my paytm account.. After which it was returned to the bank on the app.. I got a confirmatory message saying refund has been successful by the bank, along with a reference number 74766517219731826529132 on august 8.. It has been more than 10 days n no refund. Kindly resolve the issue...
