Andhra Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that the retail user can use " SET LOGIN PASSWORD" option and reset his login password there itself. By entering user id & click on SET LOGIN PASSWORD OPTION. Enter your mobile number by prefixing 91 before the number & click on validate. Enter the generated OTP and click on PROCEED.
In the next screen system will prompt you to set your login password.
TRANSACTION password can be reset using online resetting facility with DEBIT CARD credentials.
1.login to retail user Home Page.
2. select INSTANT TRANSACTION PASSWORD SET/RESET under new initiatives
Or go to MANAGE optionreset transaction password- and select set/reset transaction password option.
3.confirm the debit card and mobile number details. Enter OTP received to your Mobile – submit.
4. Enter ATM /debit card PIN-submit
5.Enter and confirm the new Transaction password.
If active debit/ATM card not availanble, please follow the procedure given below.
for transaction password ...please submit request in home branch OR Transaction password request can be made online by the user him/herself . www. andhrabank.in ---> internet banking ------> retail user login -----> Requests Tab------>Transaction password request offline (for non debit card holders).
