I have applied for a aroguadaan policy through one of the andhra bank branches in chennai, triplicane. And its almost been 3 years since i have not recived the card.. At the time of making a payment, i was told that the policy will be issued within a week and now when i ask for it from the manager, the only reply i get from the manager himself is that they are middle men and they actually dont issue the policies so has no control in the issuance of the policy (I understand this is the case with all the policies applied during this period from this branch).in this case, it makes me wonder why does such an incompetent authority takes up such a job and destroys the essence of taking a policy.

Kindly help me in receiving the policy or a full refund of my money

    I am samarnath mandal holding account in your bank with account no [protected] i had made transaction using my atm on 07/07/2017 in sbi atm whose atm id s1nz[protected]. At attapure pillar no 102. When i withdraw amount 0f rs 4, 000/- i am getting error as sorry unable to process. And amount got deducted from my account. I had tried twice but getting same error sorry unable to process. I had got only one transaction amount of rs 4000 refund but another one till now not reflecting in my account. Request you to kindly check and refund my amount of rs 4000/- which was till now i didn’t got. Below are complete details for your reference.

    Hi i am milton jayakumar holder of a/c no:[protected] i hav been not using my debit card for past 5months its not working i dont knw wt happened i am feeling uncomfortable to carry money through hand if i get this card working i can easily deposit amount and can do online payments easily hope u resolve my problem as soon as possible

        My name is Vedavyas and my account number is [protected].

        On June 12th, 2017 I have tried to withdraw money of 10, 000/- INR from UBI bank ATM machine using Andhra Bank debit card, but unfortunately I did not get the amount due to some technical issue. However the amount has been debited from my account. This is very unfair and have not received my money back to my account despite trying to call your customer service multiple times.

        I had this kind of bad experience before also with Andhra Bank.

        Please help to resolve this and initiate action to get my amount back as its already been more than a month .

          I manjunath nallapeta having housing loan in andhra bank – vidyapeeta circle branch – bangalore from last 10 yrs.

          I have taken floating interest rates when i have taken loan but i understand from your client executive today that till today there was no revision in my loan though rbi has revised interest rates many times.

          I was clearly told when i have taken loan that this is a floating and as and when rbi revises interest rates, over all amount will be adjusted so that over all term will be changed as there is no change in my emi monthly.

            I am a married women. I established my business in another village far from your bank location. I don't have netbanking with ur bank, but i will do all my transactions with atm visa debit card. From nearly 5 or 6 months i can't able to do and money transaction with my card being more than suffecient balance in my account, plz solve my problem as soon as possible while i am facing a lot of problem with it. Any time i wanted to pay the bill amount i am asking my costumer that they had any atm card along with sufficient balance.in my business it is not looking nice to ask costumers like that. So plz understand my problem and show me any solution as soon as possible

                Bank cashier does not accept the coin of rupees 10 when i will give her 10 ruppes coin to deposite in my account he doesnot accept and told we does not accept coin. Then i will go to the branch manager cabin and told my problem he also said same that i will not accept the coin. After this i said him i go to complain about your bank in rbi he said go. So i want to please advice him to accept the coin.

                    Hello sir,

                    I am sunanda dunna. My andhra bank account number is [removed]. Home branch maruthinagar branch code 2176.

                    My account has been debited with an amount rs10000 but didnt receive cash when i did an atm transaction at kothapeta x roads andhra bank branch on 10032017. Registered complaint with branch manager complaint number [protected]. Till date my amount has not been refunded. After we lodged a complaint with concerned branch manager we received a mail specifying that the case is closed whereas we did not get refund until now.
                    Please take necessary steps immediately as it has been delayed for a very long period.

                      Are you gone crazy ? WHy are you giving your entire Debit card number, customer ID, expiry date etc.. ?
                      These are very sensitive information, you should not be putting these details over public net.

                        I had been at your seethafalmandi branch and i was there to withdraw amount from atm none of the atm works here more over i was withdrawing rupees 2000 from cash deposit machine i received sms stating you had withdrawn 2000 but i didn't receive cash from machine instead of that i received a slip of error code8798 i had lost my hard earned money i request the concerned to look into this and do the needful at the earliest

                                Sir I have opened RD for 12 months on 1jul 2016 So it matured on 1 July 2017.I opened the RD online from my SB account [protected].The system said that on maturity amount will be credited to my SB a/c automatically.But they have not credited. I sent a mail on 3 July to customerser They asked my contact No and mail id.Today they asked GST No .GST No is not essential for individuals that too to withdraw RD amount. Please take necessary action. I took the opinion of CAs and other bank managers. They said it is not necessary.
