Reference to the subject, i have submitted the following cheques for transfer from my sb account state bank of hyderabad (India)/sccl/godahavarikhani, peddapalli dist. To deposit in andhra bank/godhavarikhani branch, peddapalli dist.

The above mentioned 2 nos. Cheques were submitted at andhra bank/godavarikhani-505209 branch on 08.06.2017. Two sms were received on 13.06.2017 from state bank of hyderabad (India)/ sccl/godavarikhani branch that the cheque nos. 725722, dt.08.06.2017 and 725723, dt.08.06.2017 are dishonored and an amount of rs.575/- (Total-rs.1150/-) for each of the above cheques is deducted from my sbh/gdk sb account towards charges.

The andhra bank/godavarikhani-505209 branch authorities have not informed me regarding failure of passing the cheques and no cheque return memo is delivered to my address. On enquiry at andhra bank/godavarikhani-505209 branch it is informed that the said cheques could not be passed through cts/chennai and the reasons given vide bank memo collected by me in person, is that "on 08.06.2017-no connectivity and again on 12.06.2017-to contact drawee/drawee bank, present again". The said cheques along with the memo were collected by me in person.

On further enquiry, it is implicit that the transfer of amount/passing of cheques between local bank branches through cts/chennai is not available in godavarkhani/ ramagundam area and all the various banks branches situated in this area are sending their local cheques manually only, to state bank of hyderabad (India)/ ramagundam main branch and to be collected next day manually by the respective concerned bank representatives for further processing and passing/depositing the amount in the respective bank accounts.

In this context, it is to inform that when there is no facility to transfer cheques between local bank branches through cts/chennai in godavarkhani/ ramagundam local area which may be well aware by the concerned bank and why the andhra bank/godavarikhani branch authorities may have inadvertently tried to transfer my above mentioned cheques which could not be processed and in turn levying penalty on me in the way of dishonor of cheques by state bank of hyderabad (India)/ sccl/godavarikhani branch.

If there are any unintended mistakes like over writing, changing of dates, account no. Etc. Which will be hindrance to pass through cts/chennai, inspite of counter signing by the party on the cheques, the same could have been informed at the time of presenting the cheque at the bank and retuning the same immediately by stating the relevant reasons, so as to enable the customer to rectify the error before final assigning.

A copy of the details mentioned above is enclosed and it is requested to peruse and pursue the above matter and do the needful for clearing/passing the cheques at the earliest, so that the deducted amount of rs.1150/- in turn will facilitate state bank of hyderabad (India)/ sccl/godavarikhani branch to redeposit the said amount in to my account.

I have entered Rs. 30 /-for recharge of bsnl bobile number [protected] on[protected] at 10 :48am through andhrabank bobile app. but the recharge has been failed and the amount of Rs 30 deducted from my account. Now, how can I get the deducted amount back.

    I have ab arogyadan policy of 500000/- at last year and i have cancelled my policy at last year only, but the policy account is not deactivated the amount of rs. 14089/- is debited from my account.
    I have not interested to continue the policy and there is no other source to me to continue the policy. I have left the previous job in yashoda hospital secunderabad branch.
    In my salary all amount is debited by you.

    Please deactivate my policy account and refund my amount as soon as possible for my debts.

    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful in an emergency process.

        Andhra bank triplicane denied of giving educational loan
        eventhough my father, mother and me had account there
        they asking property surety even for 4 lakhs
        according to government rules for 4 lakhs loans no need of any security
        My account has been deducted amount from andhra bank account number:-[protected] and it has been 25 days from transaction still my money had jot refunded i have complained to the customer service through calling several times but still it has been not refunded. Please take a action against this issue.

          Sir, on 9/6/17 at 16:58 i tried to withdraw Rs.7900 /- from ATM NO.S1ANAP65..The transaction was declined but the money got cut..it doesnot refunded till now..could you please look on to the issue..thankuu..

            I ch. Eshwar gopal, holding account in andhra bank sri nagar colony branch
            My acc no-[protected]
            On[protected] when i try to withdraw amount of 10000 from cash deposit machine in sri krishna nagar andhra bank branch the machine showed it's not responding to the transaction
            But the amount is debited and no receipt have come out through the machine
            When i complained about the same to the bank manager of krishna nagar branch he is not responding properly and untill now he not taken any further action
            It's be 14 days since i lodge a written complaint to bank manager, he is just listening but no further action is being take
            Please help me resolve my problem as soon as possible

                As i have used my debit card for easy recharge for Airtel. first time my transaction was not processed/so i recharged again, but after 5 minutes, i Have received two times debit message from bank. for single transaction how can they two times. kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                    I am basang ramesh kumar. My a/c no [protected], women's branch, srikakulam.

                    I had withdrawn amount of rs 9, 500 from sbi atm kandukur on 09/05/2017.

                    I gave complaint through customer care and emailed to branch manager on 12/05/2017. But no proper response from both.

                    I am in continous contact with customer care but of no use. Its been one month and amount still not credited.

                    I just fed up with andhra bank services.

                        While registering in online for internet banking im not getting im not getting sms of otp no. To my mobile ihave been trying from two days can you please look forward about this as soon as possible because all customers cannot go to the bank and can't apply their by spending lot of time as it is professional related.                         What happen to bank my transaction was not processing what is the problem
                        I am unable to transfer money in my own accounts due to OTP is not coming to my registered mobile number .Due to that I am unable to do transaction my own accounts. Today is last date for payment. Kindly look into this.

                        hello Sir. since 2 yrs i am not able to operate my account. as the otp is going to safe t app. i am unable to deactivate safe t as i am unable to give the activation link. the branch people do not pick up the phone. and if someone picks up they tell us to call afterwards. once i could get the branch manager. he told me to send a mail. i have sent a mail. no reply nor any call. customer care told me to download safe t again and deactivate, but that is not done due to the above reason. this bank is the worst i feel now; every second day the manager changes and no one is there to solve the problem. i have been transferred and am staying at a different place. i cannot visit the branch. the bank is really deaf to our problems. i have no hope of getting a reply but still if at all anyone is caring enough, please solve the problem.

                          I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased one no. Commode elevated seat imported for rs:2600/= on the 22nd of may 2017 bill no. Sal/1285/s and used my debit card for making payment of the same to m/s amar india surgical company, at s. D. Road, opp clock tower secunderabad. I have received two messages regarding the debit to my account, which i would clearly state that the bill has been debited twice by mistake. When i had approached the company, i was informed that only the bank will sort the matter. Therefore sir, it is kindly requested that the mistake may kindly be rectified by the concerned dept at the earliest and the amount credited back into my account.                           We have andhra bank a/c : [protected], i have withdrawl of 10, 000 amount ON 9/5/2017 in sbi atm but atm got shutdown but i have receive a messege 10, 000 debited in my a/c. i have go to andhra bank and file a complaint.
                          While doing online POS purchase with atm debit card amount of Rs.656.25 deducted and report shown transaction declained, on may 11, 2017. My Account number is [protected]. Please clarify and solve my problem.

                              Hi,
                              I tried to transfer an amount of rs.10, 800 twice from my bank account to paytm wallet on 29th may, 2017. The transaction failed, but the amount got deducted from my account. I contacted with paytm, they said the money was not received by them. I have lodged a complaint in bank, they are not responding.
                              Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                              I went to andrabank atm for withdrawal of 1000 rupees but after entering pin and amount the atm machine showed that it is being transacting but after dat d money didnt come out a receipt came saying unable to process bt my account was debited of 1000.pls reply

                                  Re: 400 andhra bank shares vide regd folio no: 00030007 and certificate nos 152755 to 152758 each containing 100 shares.

                                  I have sent a mail to [protected]@mcsdel.com; [protected]@andhrabank.co.in on 23.03.2017 requesting change of address; the mail sent to mcscomplaintsbom was undelivered due to the reason of non existing mail id. Again i sent a mail to [protected]@andhrabank.co.in attaching necessary documents on 23.30.2017. On 07.04.2017 i received a message mrs ratna kkumari mbd stating the request is under process. As i did not receive any communication, again i reminded her on 03.06.2017 but so far i have not received. Please look into matter.

                                    Hi team,

                                    Initially i have tried to withdrawn rs. 1000 from ameerpet idbi branch (Hyderabad) on 27th apr 17 but no luck. After that i have tried withdrawn from vengalraonagar indian bank branch on 27th apr 17 but no luck. Then i have logged in netbanking on the same day, rs 2000 is deducted from my account. I called to andhrabank customer helpdesk and they told you will get with in one week. But i got only rs.1000 from idbi branch on 15th may 17. Still i didn't get rs. 1000 from indian bank. Now i called once again andhrabank customer care, they said as per system records 3rd may 17 you have withdrawn rs 1000 in vengalraonagar indian bank and its technical issue, you got a message.

                                    Finally, what i am saying is due to some technical issues andhrabank got late alerts in system that's why 27th apr 17 transaction is showing as 3rd may 17. So, could you please look at my transaction history and please refund my rs. 1000 as early as possible.

                                    Could you please help me to return my rs. 1000 from vengalraonagar indian bank branch. Please find the attachment for more details. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
