There is no Andhra bank option available in net banking . I am facing very difficulty in transactions after selection of the correct item. Previously there used to be Andhra bank option available in net banking . But I have been facing this problem since last 5 days . I am feeling very unsatisfactory about it . Since there was no effort despite repeated complaints Please provide Andhra bank option in net banking And make my. Shopping experience happy

    Sir,

    I K.Pratyusha, customer of Andhra Bank of Srikakulam -Balaga branch. I have recharged my mobile using Mobile banking application. The amount is about Rs 200/-. It is debited without being recharged the mobile. It is debited in four goes I.e., Rs 50/- four times, as I have tried four times. So, please refund my money back. I am awaiting your quick reply.

      I was booking a train ticket yesterday (02.07.17) using Andhra bank net banking log in n. irctc screen showed up --ticket not booked -- I then used another bank log in and booked my ticket . however an amount of Rs 1820/- was debited from my sb a/c with Andhra bank maidipalli lingapuram branch . account number [protected] .this amount is not yet reversed. please check to sort out

        Hi i did BNA transaction at Petbashirbagh Branch .I deposited the cash of Rs 30, 500 in machine . That cash was not credited in my account, Bankers are not responding to my Complaint please help to me.

          Cancellation details :-

          I am writing this complaint on[protected] & i have been thrice to kacheguda station, twice to sbi bank & also andhra bank to know the processing of my refund.
          As per customer care, it shall take 5 to 7 working days for returning the money, but it has taken around 5 months & still counting.

          Kindly, refund my money as soon as possible.
          I am attaching a andhra bank receipt which i got at station while making the cancellation.

          Please let me know the transaction status of given receipt.

Narender Reddy with account number: [protected], sir, i had swiped my ATM in a restaurant @165/- rs on 19/06/2107 the transaction was declined but the amount was debited from my account, and again on 24/06/2017 i had swiped my ATM Card at an automobile show room @491/- + 491/- rs (982/- rs) the transaction was declined but the amount was debited from my account, i had given complaint through customer care both the times but till now my money was not credited in my account the total money has to be credited in my account is 1147/- rs please consider my complaint and credit my money as early as possible.

                      I am order one mobile in a one fraud company... They don't refund my money back to me... I take help with paytm... Paytm refunded my money to my mother bank account at[protected]... But i still don't receive money... I ask paytm they say like this "the bank has confirmed that, paytm has refunded the money to your bank (Andhra bank) on date[protected]. The reference number received from the bank, for your refund is 30001071737126106143852. Amount will be credited into your account as per your bank’s refund policy/tat."

                        My husband is working as sr. General manager-hr in a mnc cement company. We have constructed a new house at sriram nagar colony, kondapur just behind your andhra bank, kothaguda branch. We are going to reside in that house for rest of our life. I have opened a sb account in your kothaguda branch and our rental income of around 45k per month is already getting deposited in your branch. At the time of opening account the concerned branch manager has promised us to allot a locker and subsequently when i approached he says no locker is available and in spite of my requests he is not showing any interest in allotment of locker.in fact i have a locker at hdfc bank, bowenpally with some fixed deposits and wanted to close the account at that bank and transfer the same to your branch. Since, your bank is very close to my house i would like to continue all my banking operations from your branch. If a locker is not provided to me i will be constrained to migrate to other bank for the purpose of locker.
                        I feel i will become one of the valued customer to your bank, if i am allowed to continue with your bank by allotting a locker.

                        Hence, i request the concerned authorithy to look into the matter of allotting a locker to me in your kothaguda branch for which i will be thankful to you.

                            I also have a debit card for the above account with number:
                            On saturday[protected] i had done swiping in reload showroom in chirala for amount of 1450*3 times i. E (4350), i got a message to my mobile number that the same amount has been debited from my account, but the shop keepers are saying that they did not recieve any amount from my account, so please kindly check this issue and repay my amount to my account as early as possible.
                            Mine request to you is please provide good banking facilities to your bank customers
                            Some times i think to close of my account from your bank. I have savings account in your bank from past 5years so don't trouble us

                              I only called the andhrabank customercare again and again after that one of the executive gave the VBV helpline email to send my details like complaint id, account number, customer id, and card number immediately after some time i got rply it will be resolved before 24hours and after that time i got my money back.                                 I tried to login andhra bank

                                Website https://www.onlineandhrabank.net.in

                                But it throwed error "application setup error - to contact administrator". I have tried in all browsers but i have got same result. Any problem with the website.

                                The site doesn`t work consistently and properly when compared with other bank websites..

                                Any solution?

                                  I have withdraw-ed amount 10/06/2017 from andhra bank atm which located at pogathota nellore, andhra pradesh 524001, done two transactions with my kotak mahindra bank atm in that 1 got failed and one got success.                                     Its 2 months since western union in balangir, odisha branch have not repaired its system. We are facing so much problem. I think you should remove the tag of western union. Andra bank service is so poor. We were a regular customer of andra bank many times of there poor work we faced problem but its has been 2 months we are facing problem. Am new to this website i request you to please solve this.

                                      I r. Vinod kumar royal having a savings account with account number: [protected] in andhra bank s. R. K. Dc (Extn counter) branch
                                      Nandyal, kurnool (Dt)
                                      I also have a debit card for the above account with number: [protected] (Debit card number)
                                      On saturday[protected] i had done swiping in max show room in inorbit mall hyderabad for amount of 7167rupees, i got a message to my mobile number that the same amount has been debited from my account, but the shop keepers are saying that they did not recieve any amount from my account, so please kindly check this issue and repay my amount to my account as early as possible.
                                      Mine request to you is please provide good banking facilities to your bank customers
                                      Some times i think to close of my account from your bank. I have savings account in your bank from past 10years so don't trouble us

                                      I A .Shirisha customer of andhrabank apollohospitals branch.yesterday mistakenly i have transfer 15, 700 amount to wrong account through mobile banking.That a/c no:[protected].Please as early as possible return my amount .
                                      We have withdrawn Rs.15000/ from kolar road branch, bhopal, madhya pradeah. but the money went back into ATM we have loged complaint in the branch and even after 7days the money has not credited in our account. so please recredit my money into my account as early as possible so that i may pay my collage fees.

                                        Yesterday i purchased some items in best price and during payment time, i have given my debit card for payment. Money has debited from my account but money was not received by the best price members​. So i had paid my money next of 518/-. They had said that money will be debited back into my account by today but we did not get back our money still now. What should i do now?
