Sir/mam,

I am holder of andhra bank account for more than 10 yrs, in chennai kknagar branch.

I had made purchase in grace super market on 11/5/2017 for rs.145.50, through debit card but it was failed transaction where as the money was debited frm my account, till now i have not recieved the refund. I have lodged a complaint the complaint number : [protected] it has been more than 15 days and no action has been taken i am not even upated abt the complaint

Kindly refund the money at the earliest.

      I did a transaction of rs 20, 839.00 on 13 may 2016 in bhopal for hotel payment using my debit card but the transaction failed and the amount was debited from my account and it's been more than 15 days but still amount not credited back to my account.

        I had done a purchase in a shop for 1628 which was swiped by my debit card and first time it was transaction cancelled and second time the payment was approved but it had deducted 2 times so till now i have not received the amount back nor any message and costumer care number couldn't be connected so please look into the needful.           I was used my debit card for shopping and the bill amount is 610/-.
          The first transaction was declined again they are swiping they got sucess transaction. After 2 hours i was received 2 msgs about the transaction. I asked them but they showing me the alll transaction details they got one amount 610/-, but in my card was showing 2 times debited amount. So how to resolve my issue.             I had used my andhra bank debit card at an indian oil petrol pump on 29th may 2017 for rs 1700/-. The transaction got declined in the first attempt and again it got declined in the second attempt. I paid cash rs 1700/- at the petrol pump and continued on my journey.
            After about 30 mins, i received two messages of the transacted amount and the amount was deducted from my account. I pulled my car back and went to the petrol pump and told them about the transaction. He checked the his system and showed me all the transactions till then; there was no amount of rs 1700/- + 1700/- credited in their account.
            Please advise when this amount would be credited back into my account.

                I am an existing Andhra Bank customer and would like to avail a chequebook for my account. While trying generate it online it says 'Cheque Book not valid for this account'. So, I visited the Branch where I have my account to get more details about it. They said they can't help it from their side as its an online process and asked me to try again online as I am eligible for a Cheque book. But it gives same response every time I try online. I am currently working with a company in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and its not possible for me to visit the branch again and again for the same.

                I tried calling customer care and they said to write the same concern to [protected]@andhrabank.co.in. I wrote to it but the mail didn't deliver. It says their remote server is misconfigured. Then I called the 24*7 helpdesk number also [protected] but no one picked it up either.

                Frustrated with the service the bank provides.

                  While I was making an online transaction of rs 29, 999 on amazon with my debit card, due to some technical issues payment was failed after my money was deducted. I called amazon but they say that payment was failed on the gateway and money will be refunded by bank within 2 days. As of now its been three days and my money is not yet refunded which makes me worried. I request the bank to refund my money at the earliest.

                            Today morning when i withdrew 15, 000 rupees from andhra bank atm near atocl traffic police station tirupathi, i got four 2000 notes with ink spilled on them. No body is willing to accept those notes. How can bank people put unacceptable notes (As per rbi
                            Rules such damaged notes are not valid) in atms. Common peoples already had enough trouble with 2000s. Please consider this issue and see that it is never repeated.

                                    I am k. Mydhili.
                                    My issue is in creating transaction password old debit card is shown which is blocked and has no pin. The message shown is wrong pin. New card is not linked to my account. Please solve so that i can enter pin for my new card and go further creating transaction password.

                                      Write a RTI letter or Use the RTI portal which is available in internet and ask them about reason for Freeze your account. They must answer for it.
