If anyone go to bank before 30-40 min of the lunch break they didn't do any work not enough that they will raise on the customers with voulgar words... They didn't seen either male/female person they use critising words... Please take immediate action.. From customer..

    Hello there!
    I tried to add 5000 inr to my paytm account. The payment was kept processing. Money was deducted from my account but not added to paytm. I contacted them and they said to ask bank about transaction. I tried contacting the andrea bank support, but i didn't get any reply. Probably the worst customer service.

I see from your andhra bank website that I will able to insure for a family of 4(prime account holder, spouse and 2 kids) + 2 parents of prime account holder under plan2 of the floater policy but the banker said he was not able to add because the system is only allowing 4 including the prime account holder.

        I used my debit card for purchase of clothes on 25th of april 2017 twice for an amount of rs 4700 and 4700 respectively. The amount was debited from my account, but not credited to the beneficiary.
        I made complaint through phone to the andhra bank customer care on the same day inspite of many calls also, they are telling the same answer, to wait for 15 days. My problem is not solved yet. Kindly do the needful asap.

          Transaction failed and amount deducted from my andhra bank.
          All ready i have registered 2 complaints, till now there is no refund.
          Almost 3 weeks completed.
          This is really worst customer service i ever had.
          Try to refund my amount as early as possible.

              I was trying to book a ticket online in Air Carnival website on March 6, 2017 and it didn't book, it came unsourced error, but the money was taken. So I raised a complaint to Andhra bank on that day itself. Till date today May 9, 2017 I have not received my refund money of Rs.2896. Whenever I call the customer care, they ask me to wait for 7 days, I have waited long enough for 3 months.

                Hi there,

                On 24th April 2017: I was in Hanumangarh Jn. branch ATM for cash with-drawl and entered 10000Rupees. Though, ATM machine didn't withdraw any cash but 10000Rupees deducted from my amount. I submitted the application to branch staff and they told me that transaction will be reverted and amount to be updated in my account within 10 days(and it's 16th day today).

                I'm need that money on urgent basis but this process is very annoying and i'm still waiting for my money back in account.

                    My name is s. R. K. Sunil varma today, i tried to add money to my paytm wallet. Unfortunately transaction has been failed, but money debited from my account. Actually this is the second time i am facing this problem in the same month. I dont know why this is happening to me. Plz kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you. 700 had been deducted from my account on 25/04/2017. Till date there is no refund. Plz fix this.

                    Previously i have registered two complaints regarding refund of my money.

                      I did a transaction around 7:40 pm on 1-5-2017 at India one ATM in maddilapalem bus depot. Transaction not completed the ATM screen came to India one logo. I did get any cash from ATM but money deducted. What should i do now. The amount 4000 deducted.

                        I have a debit card with Andhra Bank, MM Nagar, branch code bh1827, and my last 6 digit no. is 01 1869 but when ever i try to create a upi i get the message that wrong debit card details. Have contacted adchelp desk of Andhra Bank who say that the local branch has to rectify the mistake. I visited the local bank and they confirm that the entry in their computer is correct and they advise me to go for a new card instead correcting the mistake.                             Even though my ₹3000/- transaction cancelled my money is not debited into my account! I thought i would be debited as soon as possible but it wasn't! I'm short of money and i need to pay that amount to some other person to whom i have pay urgently! So i request you to go through this complaint as soon as possible and get money debited back into my account! Thank you

                            I did a transaction of ₹1500 and it was a failed transaction i complaint twice about it but no action has been taken. Its about been 2 months but still there is no action.

                            Sir. My credit card statement not coming every month and increase my credit card no details please cooperation Thanking you
                            I have entered amount rupees 3000/- but the transaction was cancelled, so i thought money would be debited again! But i did not, so i request you to go through that complaint and get back my money fast as i am short of money and i need to pay this money to other party! So please consider as immediately as u can

                              On 18.4.2017 i made pos transaction of 3073 rupees but transaction failed so i have to again make the payment.. But later i noticed that the amount was debited from my a/c for failed transaction too.. So i submitted application in my branch and here also but no response from andar bank... They told me that it will take 7 days to revert the amount but it has been 10 days today but no response from andhra bank really pathetic service... Plese revert my amount or i will have file case against ur bank in consumer court unwillingly... I am losing my trust in andhra bank... I want my wrongly debited amount of rs.3073 asap..                               Yeah..bro ..seeing lots of complaints..it is occurring due to bad server connection amount is debited but not credited to merchant...and these pathetic banks take 15-20 days to revert it..
                              I swiped the card but the amount has debited but in shop its not credited so kindly solve my problem mrs. vennu lalitha reddy

                                I added Rs. 300/- to my Airtel Payment bank bearing mobile no. [protected] from Andhra Bank bearing acct no. [protected] and Transaction Descriptin 'POSTXN/AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK L/89050449' on[protected]. The amount is not credited to Airtel Payment bank. I spoke to Airtel Payment Bank customer care and they informed their bank did't receive the above amount. In this connection I request you to verify the above transaction.

                                Please block my ATM card, and i am calling the customer care is busy everytime and any other solution for blocking ATM Debit Card. Kindly let me know at the earliest.
                                An amount has been debited from my account but the point of sale machine shows declined. this resulted me in paying him cash. so I paid double time for your fault. this is the second its happening . why cant u get some good database servers. u want a cashless economy but u dont get good servers. whats is this happening

                                      Iam an account holder of andhra bank at gudur nellore (Dist) and my account no is [protected]. I deposited a cheque of kotak mahindra bank issued by margadarsi chits fund pvt ltd worth of rs.1, 92, 377/- (Copy enclosed) on 19/04/2017. Till now amount is not credited to my account. My branch people are saying that there is a delay especially on the cheques deposited on that particular day. Let me know what is the actual fact for this delay. As an emergency we went for auction but my purpose was not survived. Kindly look into the issue and see that amount will be credited to my account as soon as possible.

                                        I am existing customer in andhra bank from past many years. Today i went for taking DD. Vanasthalipuram branch manager was scolding in a very bad language and was asking customer to get out of branch and stand out. It was very disappointing service from andhra bank vanasthalipuram branch manager. Kindly solve this issue. Worst experience from andhra bank manager.
