Dear sir/madam,

With reference to the debit card ([protected]) swiping transactions against my s/b account no: [protected], we are facing below said problems from november 2016 onward and it was not resolved by your customer care dept. And branch itself till now.
In addition to earlier issue again yesterday (27.04.2017) same type of problem is occurred. The transaction wise problems mentioned as under and attached here with scan copies of related documents and pdf accounts statement with highlighted of transactions for your kind reference.in this regard we need your support and look into the matter & resolve the issues at the earliest.

Transaction -1 dt: 21.11.2016
This pos transaction is declined but this amount rs 850.20 is debited from my account on21.11.2016 then shop keeper confirmed that not credited their account and smutted to us their back confirmation letter the same copies personally submitted to andhrabak balanar branch after several approaches the bank people are not confirmed anything.

Than after complaint register through customer care (Complaint no: [protected]) even this complaint also not helped me. After that i was paid this amount through my hdfc credit card.

Transaction -2 dt :24.01.2017
This rs300.00 is debited as transaction charges from my account on24.01.2017
Against swiping of amount rs3583.00, this is very high and abnormal charges, the same was explained to costumer care people. Still they are not resolved.

Transaction -3 dt: 27.04.2017
This pos transaction is declined but this amount is debited from my account rs1107.90 on 27.04.2017. After that i was paid this amount through my hdfc credit card.

    Respected sir/ Madam

    This is Gurunath Kulkarni having account in Andhra bank, I have purchased a mobile worth 10, 200/- on 28/-4/2017 at ONTRACK Mobiles and laptops. For payment purpose I swiped my Andhra bank ATM cum Debit card. First swiping POS machine showed some internal error, when i swiped second time it was successful. But amount is debited from my Andhra bank account 2 times according to the sms I recieved. Totally 2*10, 200 is debited from my account. I contacted customer care but problem is not yet resolved. I request you to kindly solve my problem.

    Please do needful and reverse the amount earliest.

      I draw an amount of 2000/-from my debit card at tadipatri bus station atm centre on 27.04.2017, but money not displayed/came from atm (Privete) centre in tadipatri bus station. Amount not coming and message is amount is declined.
      So please chech the record and credit 2000/- in my account please.

                I have shopped online and returned the order. Amazon says they have refunded the amount to card after i have returned it. I have contacted both amazon and bank customer care. Amazon says its already been processed and has been transferred to the account. Andhra bank says that amazon hasnt refunded or precessed the amount to bank, call amazon to confirm.

                            Dear sir we tried to apply for my Cheeque book thr internet banking it is showing error user already applied i have the same problem from long back but still now i didnt received my cheque book.
                            Any more over if i apply a cheque book why i need to go to branch to collect it y iam not getting through my house address.
                            At branch the people were very irresponsible towards customers. All other branches dispatching cheque books within 4 days but in andhra bank it is taking more than 3 weeks.

                                On[protected], i have done a recharge of 346 rupees through paytm app, but money got deducted from my account i. E, from (Debit card) and recharge is not fullfilled, due to server problem of andhrabank, as i am contacting you from few days through phone call though u r not responding. Plzz reflect back my money into my account... And its been fourteen days till i haven't received my money..

                                  I have taken a mudrra loan from andhra bank thane branch, ram maruti road on my account no [protected] by the name of balaji machine tools. Due to financial problems during demonetisation, 02 installment of the loan was overdue for which the sr. Branch manager ms. Radha rane and asst. Manager ms. Gadgil abused me on my mobile phone saying that i have given a loan to a beggar i. E. Me. They told me to pay my entire loan within a week period time. Due to this i am facing a lot of mental pressure and agony due to the mental harassment caused by the sr. Branch manager and asst. Manager of this branch. I am sending a complaint copy of the same to pmo/new delhi for appropriate action.

                                    I had performed one recharge through (Mobile recharge) on 17/04/2017 by using atm card. On that day due to time lagging the recharge is not successfu while entering otp but money is debited from my account.

                                    I contacted the support recharge site (Mobilerecharge.com) they replied the transaction is failed, the bank will refund the amount.

                                        I have to transfer funds to srs packers movers (Current account). But while adding payee, i overlooked the account type. It got saved under savings account. After confirmation of payee add, i have transfered the amount. The money has debited from my account. But to the end account, the money has not credited. How can i know, that the money will be refunded or not?

                                        When I call to Andhra bank customer care, they have informed me that, if money has not credited to the destination account, It will be refunded into 2 working days. But how, can I know whether money has credited or not into destination account.
