This is Gurunath Kulkarni having account in Andhra bank, I have purchased a mobile worth 10, 200/- on 28/-4/2017 at ONTRACK Mobiles and laptops. For payment purpose I swiped my Andhra bank ATM cum Debit card. First swiping POS machine showed some internal error, when i swiped second time it was successful. But amount is debited from my Andhra bank account 2 times according to the sms I recieved. Totally...

I have shopped online and returned the order. Amazon says they have refunded the amount to card after i have returned it. I have contacted both amazon and bank customer care. Amazon says its already been processed and has been transferred to the account. Andhra bank says that amazon hasnt refunded or precessed the amount to bank, call amazon to confirm....
