I regret to inform you that andra bank customer services are very bad. My account number is [protected]
On the date of feb 14- 2017 i paid my purchase bill though my debit card. The debit card no. Is [protected].in my account rs. 9, 999 was debited. But, the same time the dealer of purchaser account not credited. I have already complaint through my account maintained bank.. Till today i have not received / credited the same amount to my account. The amount rs. 9, 999 is not a small one to my financial position. Please take necessary action and credit the same to my account immediately. My mail i. D is vijayasai. [protected]@gmail.com

    Sir

    I used my debit card provided by andhra bank, ashok nagar branch, chennai-600083 for purchase transaction worth rs.500 only on[protected]at dura chrome shop, ashok nagar. Transaction was declined. This was tried once again and received message for transaction declined. However, both transactions of 500 rs. Were debited to my savings account held with bank.

    I reported the matter to bank and was asked to give written complaint, which was done. On 7-4-17, amount of rs.500 only was credited back to my account. Remaining 500 rs was not credited. I submitted another written request to bank to credit remaining 500 rs. And till such date no action.

    It is now more than one month. Would expect reconcillation to be done by bank and correct such mistakes automatically — indeed this has not happened even after two written complaints. I expect that this is redressed without any further delay.

    Friend you go to the bank and uptodate your passbook. My money 20 days after refund in my accoun pls don't tension
    Dont waste time by writing here and there. Just complaint at https://customer.andhrabank.in/care/ccare.aspx
    Incase complaint not redressed within 30 days. File complain before Banking Ombudsman as per Banking Ombudsman Scheme at https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in

      1st transaction it showed transaction declined and slip is not come
      And same amt is debited to my account.

        I own a sb a/c no.[protected] in name of shashi kala singh in vijyant khand lucknow.. On 18.4.17 i made pos transaction of rs.3073 at raj ratan shop boothnath but transaction got declined but amount of rs.3073 was debited but not received by merchant.. So i have to again swipe my card to complete the payment.. So i request u to reverse back the extra debited amount of rs.3073 as soon as possible as it is hard earned..         I had done transaction from my Andhra debit card on 11/4/2017 at a grocery store. My balance got debited twice but on the machine it was showing error as payment was not made. Till now i have not got any refund back. Please tell me when will i get my refund back?

          I regret to inform you that andra bank customer services are very bad. My account number is [protected]
          On the date of feb 22 - 2017 i gone to a andra bank atm to transfer 1800 to another andhra bank debit card. I gave all details and it has shown successfully transferred but amount didn't go to that card.in my status money was debited, from that day on wards i keeps on calling to customer services, they are not responding properly and saying my status is not updating.             I have withdrawn ₹1500 from corporate bank on[protected] at 6:18pm . I didn't get the money from ATM but I got a slip of temporary error. And the money was deducted from my account as I got the message of it on my registered number i.e [protected].
            It's been 24 hours now and still I didn't get the money back. I want to complaint about it and u should look through this matter. I hope I'll get the money back soon.

                    While flight booking through irctc which has merchant bank icici, from my andhra bank debit card no [protected], on dt 06/04/2017 the amount of rs 14459 was deducted on pos transaction after opt number generated but ticket was not booked. I have given complaint through my andhra steel plant branch (0955), complaint number [protected], but till a date the amount not refunded to my sb account. Pl solve the issue and get me my refund as for me this is the big amount.

                      I have done many transactions through my card which were cancelled later, but the amount was deducted. One transaction I have made was through Paytm and a the
                      a other was through a swiping machine in a shopping mall. I was really fed up calling customer service where call doesn't connect at all. I need my money back immediately. In case of no immediate response I would have to take a serious action. Please do respond as quickly as possible.

                        Till now two online transactions has been failed but money have not been refunded to my account i have mailed the bank people for 10-12 times but they are responding formally just to contact home branch and the contact number doesn't respond anytime. I got frustated by complaining them as it is nationalised bank they have to respond soon but instead of that these people are irritating with these things. Amount has been deducted before 1 week they said they will respond by 2 working days but still process has not been done.

                              On 3/5/2018 I have purchased sarees in Venkateshwara cloth store ramnagar, Hyderabad for rupees 1, 970/- and swiped my debit card and my transaction got cancelled they give that slip and advise to contact the bank, accordingly I approached bank ( andhra bank, bakaram branch) but they not responded and I also got Reversal report from the said venkateshwara cloth store showing my amount has been returned back to my account but till this day my amount was not credited in my account
