while making payments for my purchases at heritage on 02/03/2017
for Rs.154.92 got an error message, so paid through cash after some
time i got a message regarding debit and I inquired about with the
Heritage people they said it was not credited to them.Please look into
matter and do the needful.

I, PVG Krishna used my debit card No. [protected] to pay a bill today at 19.24 PM, the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account. Pl arrange to credit the amount back to my account. The transaction date 11th Apr'2017, transaction details POSTXN/RupaySriKalahasthiSI/AP016350
Money has debited from my account but I didn't received money..2days passed ..Till now money not refunded.. and customer care is not connecting for us from few days..And saying customer care number is busy...What is happening...
I forget my password please provide it
My transaction was failed while i am transfering through BHIM . The amount is debited from my account and is not credited till now.

    Hello
    On 6th April I to tried to shop goods in market worth 2097 but my payment declined. I tried it again but again my payment declined. Both the times my money was debited .
    Later that day I tried a payment of 565 but that money too was debited but payment declined.
    I registered a complaint on same day but hasn't got a reply from them.
    Total money I lost 2097+2097+565

      I am Sri Krishna Rekha bearing SB A/c in Andhra Bank vide no. [protected]. Today trying to pay by my debit card for an amount of INR 5999 for paying towards MI 4A mobile at around 12.30 PM to 12.40 PM today on 17 April 2017. Hence, We had paid to the Amazon mobile agent by Cash. Later we find from ATM that the same amount of INR 5999 is cut from bank. Amazon people are saying they had not received the money.
      Please cancel the transaction and do not pay the amount INR 5999 to AMAZON and credit it to my SB account.

        I, shyamalatha account holder of andhra bank, my pos transanction of rs.3, 108 on[protected] at dmart and another pos transanction on[protected] at anjali children wear rs.1835. My complaint no.[protected] & [protected].
        But till today no action will be taken and my amount was not reversed.
        The digital payments, online payments, pos transanctions, net banking is very poor service. Many compliants about online transanctions.
        Please solve my problem early as possible.

        I had Rs 10000 in my account on 6th april amount of rs 115 was deducted thrice at 4.15am and rs 109 once from my account.I have nit activated any scheme or nor transaction is done from my ebd.please look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible

          Hi andhra bank,
          I am krishna k, residing in vanasthalipuram, hyderabad.
          I am having an andhra bank account [protected] in guntur, arundelpet branch and used the same atm card (Debit card number [protected]) in more shop, vanasthalipuram, hyderabad on the date 07th april 2017
          When the card is swiped on their machine for the amount (402.53 x 2 times = 805.06), it gave an error and the shopkeeper swiped the card again and got the same error for the same amount.
          The shopkeeper said amount is not credited in their account and had to swipe my other card which is punjan national bank and that time transaction is succesful.
          After when i checked, i got a message saying, amount of 805.06 rs is debited from andhra bank account though it is unsuccesfull swipes.. When checked with shop keeper they showed their transaction list of atm machine and this andhra bank atm swipes were not refelcting but only punjab national bank amount is showing up and the shop keeper said, the amount will be reversed
          I waited for 2 days and amount is not reversed in to my account. So i logged a complain to customer care in [protected] on the date xxxxx and complaint number is [protected] and the customer care person said the issue will be resolved in 7 working days.
          Now when i am trying to call same customer care number, it says number is busy and unable to reach any customer care person
          Request you to help me in this to get my money credited in to my account

            Sir,
            On[protected] i have added 1500 in paytm through my debit visa card. Amount debited but payment failed. I enquired with paytm. They stated as

            Your request to add rs.1500 to your paytm wallet was declined by your bank as:
            - the card details entered by you were incorrect, or
            - the card you used for this transaction is not valid anymore

            I assure you that paytm did not receive any money from your bank for this transaction.in case any money is deducted from your account, your bank will refund the same

            So i kindly request to refund the same as soon as possible.

            I had made a complaint regarding my refund problem here as soon as in the next minute I got 3 calls saying that they are from Paytm customer​service and Andhra bank service administration they are asking for my mobile and debit card number.

            I refused to give. I asked them why you need debit card no service section will ask the debit card details, listing that they hanged the call

                Description: I planned to purchase through POS transaction using Andhra bank debit card in the textiles which is near to the bank branch(Arakonam).
                When the salesperson swiped my card in the machine, the transaction failed but we have received a message that the amount was debited from the account. Post first trial, we also swiped and there also transaction failed and also the amount was debited from the account second time. Then we filed a complaint stating the incident happened in the bank branch(Arakkonam). We faced the same problem when we tried to purchase on 11th April 2017. On 11th Apr also, the bank had debited the money twice from my account.

                Money Debited from my account Post POS transaction failure:
                On 9th April 2017 -1523+1523 = 3046 Rs
                On 11th April 2017- 320 + 320 = 640Rs

                I request you to refund the total amount that the bank debited from my account ASAP.

                on 27th March, 2017. I made a purchase through pos transaction at south india shopping mall and first time the money got debitted but the reciept was not generated. The sales person said transaction got failed, money will return in 5-6 days. and the next time for the same amount money was debitted and transaction was successful

                One more important thing, I wanna add here. Bank suggested me to complaint on the incident also by giving a call to toll-free number, So I have tried all the toll-free numbers which are there in bank passbook, atm debit card, etc. but the automated voice says that there is no such number exists.

                      Wish to bring to your kind information that I have been cheated for Rs. 16000 (sixteen thousand) by a fraudster, a merchant linked to EBAY. Wrongly I have transferred Rs. 16000/-

                      Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand rupees) to his account in Bhadrak branch - Andhra bank and 6000/- (SIX THOUSAND RUPEES) to his account in UCO Bank.

                      to the manager - Canara Bank).

                      I have given a complaint in the Jayanagar police station (Bangalore, Karnataka) regarding the same (copy enclosed).

                      I have communicated the same to the manager - Bhadrak branch also.

                      Request your goodself kindly to please instruct the concerned and help me in getting back my amount of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand rupees) from that fraudster and oblige.

                        I am an Andhra bank customer from past 10years but the sub manager Mr Danam is very rude with customers and not accepting arts 10 coins for deposit. And when went to ask about loan he is suggesting to go to other non Andhra Bank branches. When ever I go to bank I see him talking with very rudely and harshly.

                          Transaction of RS 1000 at sai Sri prakash filling station Hyderabad POS is declined at 1130 hrs today(14/4/17) on my card no. [protected] . However amount is deducted from my account. Taken copy of all transactions on POS from the filling stn and didn't find transaction slip for my RS 1000.

                                    I am m a david, went to purchase a product which little costly at khords hyderabad, secunderabad clock tower, swiped the card for 43800/- to buy drum pads, money debited but not shown in shop owners account.
                                    Waited all day till night for the final settlement receipt, but that transaction did not reflect on they machine, confirmed that it dint go through there end, now i want the bank to refund me, i have emailed, called to many people, customer services, manager dept, gm, agm of andhra bank. Adc help desk says we have to get the details of the transaction yet, once confirmed that the transaction is failed we will refund the money, but taking complaint cannot solve the issue.

                                    want to know one thing when will i get my money back
