I had swiped my debit card on 04/04/2017 card no [protected] at suti shopping store for an amount of 1094 rs the transaction was declined so I paid by cash and settled the amount but after 5 minutes I got a message that my amount of 1094rs is debited from my account.please go through the detailed and accept my complaint and reverse the amount in my account.

      and I use my atm card on today(11/04/2017) at 7:34 pm for online fee payment for the purpose of POLYCET exam.I using card at only at one time and in online payment is failed.But POLYCET application is not successfully completed.Finally i got a message to my mobile that is

      (POS tran of Rs. 350 is done on Card XX1368 on[protected].
      A/c Balance is Rs. 206 .)

      So, I kindly request you to please help me and solving the problem, Please refund the money.

            its third time that transaction declined and getting message as withdrawn. it's really not satisfactory on customer satisfaction.kindly verify our problem it's already 11 days I complained on telebanking services. but no action was taken till now. we tried to do transaction in Bangalore and home branch is gunadala vijayawada. kindly solve the issue as we are in need of our amount .or else suggest us rules to follow .even one customer care also not responding

Money has been deducted but the online transaction hasn't taken place, and i have experienced this problem recently without any refund into my amount. kindly help me with my issue. please make sure that money is reversed into my account.

                I had swiped debit card on 31.03.2017 at Southern star hotel mysore for an amount of Rs 4297.00 three times bearing transaction ID S73430842, , S73431281, , S 73437924 .. totalling Rs 12891.00 I have immediately received Message on mobile and further the hotel have received a slip as cancelled for all 3 times . when i have checked in my account an amount of Rs 12891 is debited from my account, when ched with hotel they informed they have not received the amount and which i had to settle the bill by Cash.
                Please go through the detailed and accept my complaint and reverse the amount in my account

                  Amount deducted!!! request to get my money bank..
                  I was trying to add 200 rs to my paytm wallet from my andra bank aacount on 25 march, as the amount got deducted from andra bank but did'nt added to my paytm wallet. the same happened on 10 april while adding 53 rs more. i sent the mail to the customer care of andra bank but did'nt got any reply. so please kindly help me with the same.

                      Yesterday I went a jewellery shop and I tried paying for it by my arm but the Money was debited from my account but the amount was not transferred rs 2300/- to them .I tried many times but was of no use.The transaction was declined always.i thought the amount will be credited in 24hrs but I didn't get so Im expecting you to return my amount as soon as possible

                        RS 300 + 300/- amount deducted from my account but there is no slip from swipe machine on 31.3.2017 at 12.14 pm and 12.20PM from a Petrol Pump. It mean petrol pump has not given me petrol for Rs.600/-. bur Rs.600 de from my account. On 5.4.17 when I contacted they send me the mail.

                          For the above account i was given a debit card no.[protected]
                          On[protected], i went to raj service station, khairatabad for filling diesel in my car. i filled in diesel worth rs.500/- and tendered my above numbered debit card. everything went on well till receiving the info, but at that time - may be due to network problem or so the transaction slip did not got printed.

                          Again i tried second time, same thing repeated. then i tried to draw cash for making payment. i went around 5/6 atms, but mostly they are not having cash. at last i tried to get ministatement. then to my surprise i got two debits of rs.500/- each appearing there and showing the balance of rs.71.71

                          To that extent i gor sms to my cell phone no.[protected] which is registered with the above account.

                          I now request you to kindly look in to the matter and please arrange to re-credit the rs.1000/- to my account at the earliest

                              Hi i am M Krishna Kishore, and my account number in andhra bank is [protected]. on 27th March, 2017. I made a purchase through pos transaction at south india shopping mall and first time the money got debitted but the reciept was not generated. The sales person said transaction got failed, money will return in 5-6 days. and the next time for the same amount money was debitted and transaction was successful

                              The first trasaction got failed, and i even lodged a complain in my home branch

                                      my brother in-low(He is Un-educated) has Andhra bank account from long back today[protected].he was withdrawn 500 with his ATM BY ATM machine himself.

                                      After 30mints later 500 withdrawn and again immediately 2000 withdrawn since the ATM card is in pocket, he is in home. He went to bank .The bankers said its a POS transition.

                                      Some one hacked your account . Kindly guide me what should we do?

                                        I venkataramana having an SB account in andhra bank jntu branch have done a PoS transaction rs. 3025 on 23 march 2017 at m/s sais fashion hub. However the amount did not reach the merchant and also the amount was debited from my account. Twice when the card was swiped some error message popped up but third time the amount was debited from my account.Since so many days the amount has not been credited back to my account. Kindly rectify the complaint asap.
