I have a SB account in Andhra Bank - Balajinagar Branch, and I am using Debit card also. But recently I used the Debit card at South India Shopping Mall for Rs.170/- on 16/03/2017and Petrol bunk at Miyapur for Rs.300/- on 26/03/2017. Amount deducted from my account but not reached to the merchant ( Declined).

Please refund the amount wrongly debited in my account.

          Hi,

          As I have done transaction with Paytm on 3rd March 2017 by tensfering money from my account to paytm, but the amount got deducted from my andhra bank account and nothing was added into my paytm wallet. And it's been a long duration that I didn't receive any response from of them neither bank nor Paytm. So please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

            I am an Andhra Bank Account holder. My card was denied while swipping but still I got a message like pos transaction of 1000rupees has been done on 1st march. There is no use in giving complaints to customer care. This is the worst service i have never seen. No response and they are not even worried about the status of the complaints. We are really fed with Andhra Bank. A month passed by still i have not received my amount. Since I have office till saturday I cannot able to reach out the bank. I really doubt whether these people are working. Am 100% sure that i will not prefer this bank to anyone. Really worst service. If we truly work hard and if money goes out then we will know the pain. I am in that position. This is the worrrrrrsssssssttttttt bank. I am planning to close this account because of their cheap and poor service who are not bothered about the customers.

              I have tried to purchase a mobile from ebay online store... I paid amount of 24400rs.. Amount debited from my account Bt got notification like transaction failed... I enquired the seller about my problem to return my money... It has been a week since ebay refunded my amount with

                Respected sir/ Madam

                This is B. Veerachari having account in Andhra bank, I am purchased some dresses at Sri Kanaka Mahalakshmi Ready made dresses shop, Bapatla on[protected]. For payment purpose I swiped my Andhra bank ATM cum Debit card. First swiping POS machine shown some internal error, second swiping also POS machine shown error and third swiping also POS machine shown error, so totally swiping machine shown 3 times error and transaction could not be completed. After i pay the money and came out. But 3 times amount is debited from my Andhra bank account (Account number- [protected]) as i recieved SMS. Totally 3X3, 950=11, 850/-RS is debited from my account. Next day i enquired at shop but they told me that not credited to shop account. I am also called to customer care number but problem not solved. So i am requesting you to kindly solve my problem.

                Please do needful and reverse the amount earliest.

                  With my ATM cum Debit card I tried for paying Rs.2000/- through swiping the card at petrol filling station. But transaction could not be completed. Then I paid Rs.2000/- cash and got away. After 20 mts. there is an SMS alert to my mobile that Rs.2000/- is debited in my account due to transaction at POs. As seen from the account statement of the POS the next day the amount was not credited to their account.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have a housing loan a/c number [protected] in Gopalapatnam, vizag branch. As per recent RBI Guidelines, i have requsted to revise existing interest rates from 9.7 to 8.75 % from prospective effect. in later communication, branch manager send communication mail regarding the collection of 1% service charges Plus service tax which is erroneous and fraud lent charges on the customers. I have been facing many issues since starting of my loan with andhra bank, because of lack o[censored]pdate with bank managers, they are imposing lot of collection charges E.g. Insurance amount of Rs.25000 without our customer acknowledgement and other monthly charges and again on conversion of existing interest loan rate to revised interest rate. Request you take this to necessary Head adn consider our sincere request to resolve this issue asap.

                    Dear Sir/Madam I have applied Housing Loan (Under Construction)for sum of Rs.15, 00, 000 and sanctioned First Phase Amount. At the time of sanction, Manager has informed us, Insurance componenet on Housing loan is mandatory and it will be charged Rs.200 per month as part of EMI. Hence forth, they have charged Lumpsum of Rs.25000 amount towards Insurance amount and charging Interest on Rs.25000 and recovering Rs.200 per month as part of EMI When we spoke with respective branch Manager, he informed us, Old Manager was repalced with me, so I cannot take any action against such charges Please look into the Issue. and reverse the charges as soon as possible.                     I am also experiencing same issue with Andhra Bank, Neelangarai Branch, Chennai.
                    Every 3 months Administrative charge (Rs. 288) has been deducted no other bank does this as far I know.
                    Then to reduce the interest rate have to pay 18000 it seems, but no other bank takes this much.
                    All other banks are imposing up to 2k as processing charge, no service tax and all.
                    And also Andhra bank website can be improved much. It would be very beneficial if loan schedule is displayed.
                    Can someone explain me why we have to pay service tax 18000 to reduce the interest rate.

                        RS 1720/- amount deducted from my account but there is no slip from swipe machine on 19 march 2017, around 8:30pm at NOOR AL ARABI MATAAM Arabian restaurant, ERRAKUNTA, HYDERABAD.
                        Then next time I have done a 1400/- rs swipe it is successful at same place only after 5-10 mins
                        Plz take care of 1720 rs which is deducted.My account is at maheshwaram branch.

                        I am applying for Stand up mitra loan, my application is picked by your bank(SUNDRAPRAM Branch Coimbatore), through mail i got it last week (03/03/2017) I go to our branch (13/03/2017) meet your Manager, He told Cancelled my application. on that days no information from our bank for me. please ensure that and reprocess my application.

                        Only one time amount 2030 rupees went to recipient on swipe. But not bill was generated on swipe at one time but amount 2030 was dedicated two times from my account.

                        When we check recipient account, one time amount was credited but not another time.

                        One time amount 2030 rupees was debited from my account and not credited to recipient.

                        When should I get deducted amount to my account.

                                1st transaction it showed transaction declined - response code 072 - unable to process (Record no-9239)
                                2nd transaction also same message at 13:38 hours (Record no-9240)
                                3rd transaction also same message at 13:39 (Record no-9241)
                                But cash 4000 was debited from my a/c at 13:38 hours.

                                    I submit that my credit card credit limit is rs.75, 000/-. As per the statement dt.[protected], the outstanding due is rs.66, 072.43ps out of rs.75, 000/- and balance credit limit is rs.8, 927.57ps. On 2-3-17, i try to swipe the card it indicates “decline”.
                                    I further state that on 2-3-17 i paid rs.10, 000/- to my credit card account as part payment. On 2-3-17 i received a message from the bank stating that minus amount of (-) rs.38, 072-43ps. On 4-3-17 again i received a message from the bank stating that minus amount of (-) rs.27, 503.73ps. Really i shocked that. How can it is possible?

                                        Given the modi government initiative of swacch bharat, i was extremely shocked when I was treated rudely and downright badly (threatened to hit me as well) when all I wanted to do was put an empty water bottle in the dustbin of an Andhra Bank ATM. Is this the way Andhra Bank treats its customers? Are the ATM attendants trained to drive away customers who are trying to keep the country clean? Is this how a government of india owned bank is to respect initiatives by the prime minister? I was shouted at and manhandled when I tried to reason with the person there.

                                        The ATM in question is Andhra Bank on Appasaheb Marathe Marg in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. This incident took place and I complained on facebook, but received non chalant replies from the bank.

                                        This is completely unacceptable. I demand an apology. That is all.
