I went to withdraw Rupees Twenty five Thousand (Rs.25000 ) from Andhra Bank ATM situated at cyber gateway Hyderabad at approx 2.10 P.M. on 1st of march 2017.
money got deducted from account and Machine showed the massage like “PLEASE WAIT …YOUR TRANSACTION IS IN PROCESS “ but after some time i was asked to fill the Amount for Withdrawal on screen instead of deliver the Amount filled already.

    Andhra Bank — Refund of payment

    Sir i was recharged from paytm by using andhrabank debit card on 31.01.2017.
    But the transaction has been failed, but the amount was deducted from my card.
    I spoken with paytm customer care they said that the bank was not given any conformation on transactions, they are doing pending on transactions conformation. I given complaint on deducted amount to andhrabank customer support care. But till now there is no response through...

    I hold an sod account against deposits since 2004.

    My concern: we observed that the rate of interest for deposits is automatically changing according to the bank policy. but the interest for the loan is not changing automatically. when enquired at the branch they asked me to give a request letter.br...

    I ch.vsd. srinivasa rao having subjected loan ac since 8 years, took housing loan in 2010, 1st 5years fixed interest rate then after RBI rates but 11% interest charged post 5 year completion, I noticed 7 months later and questioned to branch manager then reduced to as per RBI 9.5% and request letter submitted to branch for reversal of paid high interest amount but till now response.

        This is the mail which i got from PAYTM.

        Paytm give status of my refund amount ARN no.30001070257024120361679. Refund Amount : INR 3644 has been refunded on 24/01/2017 but still im not received my amount back.

          Respected sir,
          Iam hereby feeling sorry to make a complaint regarding an officer named deepthi of vundrajavram branch, west godavari dt-534216, for her negligence to customer regarding gold loans & atm cards. I hv been roaming around the branch since 5times for a new atm card. Though there are atm cards she is not interested in issuing to customers where as she is asking us to come after 1 week for issue. she is even rude to customers...

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            One of my relative by mistakenly transferred 70K (Seventy Thousand rupees) to my father (My Father is farmer) account which is Jan-Dhan Yojana account for agriculture work in her farms (She thought it is SB account).
            Now Bank manager informed to my father, account was freezed and cannot withdraw single rupee until unless you submit PAN number details.

            Sir this is ch nagasuresh babu i stay in bhel township, sir recently i have applied for loan which was rejected due to cibil score after seeing the copy of the cibil i noticed that a personal loan of amount rupees 50, 000 was wrongly entered and that account number is [protected] and its dates are (date opened/disbursed 10/04/2007, date of lastpayment is 02/09/2013, date reported and certified 30/09/2013.pls take the necessary action.

                  Andhra Bank — No respect towards customers

                  Dear sir /madam,
                  We have been to Andhra bank to open an account for my mother but the staff were irresponsible and they did not even care for my mom and they say we have to come only In the morning hours to open the account and they did not even mention on any sinage we went to give complaint to the branch manager he was also saying the same and he was saying to go to another bank and open your account his name is rama Krishna reddy...

                  Andhra Bank — Money cut 2000

                  Dear Sir
                  last December I was done online payment.
                  paytm to money transfer.but money cut my account transaction is not done.
                  So I was loss 2000 plz check the details and send me my money back.
                  Last time I was send complint but no one care about this complaint.

                  We have taken house loan from AB at 2008. here is the account number [protected] with the interest rate around 12.8%. we are basically from agriculture background so we make as the yearly repayment. we have paid like that only usually we get money in between Jan to May for our crops.

                  i have noticed some of the problems here

                  1. they never ever changes the floating interest till today, now bank is issuing new loans with the 9.7%. we have notified them about this they will be asking to write a letter to change it. why should we do this if its floating interest either it should be updated in the software or its employee responsibility to do that.

                  2. every quarter bank is adding quarterly maintenance charges, i need clarification regarding if its loan account why would we pay this, as we not getting any services from this apart from interest. bank people said this is the policy but what that policy not clarified. checked with bank customer care people they were not aware of this charges, suggested to check with the bank only.

                  3. interest bank is adding like compound interest for every month instead of every year, as we selected in the yearly repayment cross checked with the application in the bank system recently.

                  when ever we ask for the clarification bank people says this is not the regular EMI which you get from other banks, its different policy we are fallowing.

                  if its different policy why should you people educate the farmers before taking the loan, simply they says they wont ask and we wont tell.

                  we have taken 6 lacs and already paid 7 lacs with still 6 lacs as principle amount.

                  what should you people for us for this issue..?

                  Account is showing as float balance: -14 so i have deposited only Rs.100 into account assuming that if any X amount of money deposited into, will be deducted further.

                  Even though after adding Rs.100, ithas been reflecting now as float balance: -62

                        Sir, In the year 2010 I applied for interest subsidy in Bibinagar branch where I have taken my Education loan a/c no:[protected], till now I have not received subsidy amount from the last four when I started payment through EMI, I started asking the branch manager they are saying we have applied to concerned department we will update when we receive amount from the government they they are telling in yesterday our branch manager said in below message:

                          I tried to make an online payment to amazon.com for buying a book, but that could not be processed, it showed an error message saying some of the fields like your card number or expiry date or CVV are wrong, but i checked and retried still it didn't worked . I guess my card is not registered for online payment, and same was said by customer care executive i spoke with. I request you to look into it and resolve it at the earliest
