The aforesaid mentioned amount has not been credited to my account, though the refund date is showing 07/02/2017. I am attaching my latest updated bank statement, you can see no amount has been deposited in my account between 01/02/2017 to 21/02/2017..
Please consider my request and refund the aforementioned amount.
