    My name is Akhil Kancherla. My Andhra Bank A/c No. is [protected]
    15 Days ago, i have added money into paytm wallet from my bank account. Money got deducted from the bank account but the same has not been added to my paytm wallet.

    Being raised a query to paytm, i was told that the said money will be added to my bank account within 7 days which has not happened yet.

      Sir,

      On[protected], i am swiped pos machine (Postxn/rupayroland electronic/[protected]

      1433/- to roland electronics. Money deducted. But money not transferred to roland

      Electronics.

      I am complaint to your call center in 3 times, but i am not received satisfactory answer.

      This is the 2nd time i am facing this type problem from andhra bank.

      Please clear this problem. And return to deposit in my account.

        Sir..
        I am purchased some items at nice opticles shop vizag on 02 mar 17.. For payment purpose i swiped my andhra bank atm cum debit card. First sly pos machine shown 3 times error. After i pay the money to shop. But 3 times debited from my andhra bank account as i recd sms. Next day i enquired at shop but they told me that not credited to shop account. 2300 × 3 = 6900 debited from account account no is [protected]. Pi am also called customer care no but problem not soved. Plz do needful and reverse the amount earliest

          I ordered 4-tb external hard disk on 22nd february 2017 in flipkart and i did online payment with andhra bank debit card but it got error and money got detected from my account and money not refunded back please verify

          I verified with flipkart customer care and they said did not received amount to their account.

            When we are creating instant internet banking, there is no option displayed to set a password for user ID then how it is possible to login... Please suggest the answer.. when we set user id (customer id) then the step of creating new password step is missing and directly displayed login page. That's not the correct process.             Sir my rupay debit card no 004900 last six digits issued by Andhrabank to me is not working for all UPI apps.tried for so many times but "ur card is not valid " is coming.but that same card is working for all online and ATM .pl check at ur side.I have raised the same complaint at bank but they didn't give any solution.

              I tried to with draw rs 5000 from andhra bank atm at moosarambagh near more super market. Transaction denied temporarily notice came .All the customers who came were denied amounts.May due to cash out of stock . And no receipts were served

              but to my surprise i got message you have withdrawn rs 5000 from account xxxx7059 thru atm on[protected] a/c balance 178489.60.The account number appear to be fake but the amount appears to be correct

              please inquire into the matter and inform result

                Sir, I hold an account in Andhra bank, Nellore, Harnathpuram branch.304 US dollars and 30, 000Rs are credited into unintended beneficiary.Bank manager says, she has withdrawn and we may not be able to do anything but call and talk to her.Since she is a sweeper, he says she may not pay.Should I lose such heavy amount.I understand, account number, IFSC code and name of account holder...all should match.That is why the bank takes 3 hours time to authorise new payee for registration of net banking.In this case IFSC code and account number(mistakenly written by sender) match but beneficiary name is wrong.In such a case, bank can revert the transaction instead of blindly depositing.Can I Get back my money

                  My client has submitted a cheque in Rajiv nagar Hyderabad Andhrabank branch on 6th morning into my bank account, which is lying with the same branch..
                  Cheque is from Axis bank and the cheque no is 072967...The cheque's not cleared till 8th eveing even after the office hours...When i contactedthe branch, they said it should happen by the end of the day today...
                  Could you kindly look into the matter and get the cheque cleared asthe money required is being required for hospital expences...

                  Hi i have ordered through e commerce website and also returned the product and i have also got refunded message from e commerce site few days ago yet its not reflected with bank account
                  I request you to do the needful
                  we i have submitted 2 cheques in Andhra bank Bellampally on april 28th 2017, this cheque has been cleared on 15th May, 2017 and one more cheque..they told it is returned ..but till now we did get our check back.these people are not all good at there work...Any bank takes 2 or 3 days of time to process a check, But for this bank one check they have taken 17 days of time and for other its almost 1 month. till now we did not get it back..urgent action is required...please consider.

                    Sir, I am getting sms alerts from andhra bank of 4 accounts. I went to my hometown branch. Manager says as the whole acc ni will not be displayed in sms, it's not feasible to deactivate the alerts. It's causing me inconvenience. Iam frustrated for the last 8 months and discontinued my savings account also. Still I am getting sms alerts if others accounts. Please improve the service of AndhraBank. Very poor service.

                        Sir Iam the existing bank account holder in AndhraBank as this currency issue is some what in a better position every bank atleast maintains some cash in their ATM's but when it had come to ANDB the situation became very worst i had 3 ANDB ATM's surrounding to me not even a single ATM has cash from past couple of weeks (sharadhanagar, bhagyalatha, shanthinagar) Then its our choice to make transaction in other bank .So i Request you only the thing is Donot send us the message that u made transaction in other bank Or take off any two ATM's and maintain atleast please sir Atleast 1 properly

                          I had transferred money ABK mPay app, IMPS service to my family member. During transfer, the app displayed timeout and the money was not transferred.

                          I received a message that money was debited. Please help in crediting my money
                          The Amazon Seller had refunded my amount on 23rd February, 2017. Which has not been reflected yet in my bank account. It has been more that 5 working days.

                                  I have been sending emails to the branch from past 10 days but there is no response to my query. i am staying out of country so cannot visit the bank in person and so writing these emails.However no response from bank or customer service.                                         Sir,
                                        I am chinta vasanth chaitanya varma savings account ([protected]) holder o[censored]r respected bank from years. Today[protected] i went to withdraw amount from kvb atm but it got displayed 'showing invalid card' for 2times. After that i went to canara bank atm near located in college road, amalapuram for withdrawal then and after the canara bank atm also did the same thing to me showing that we can't dispense the amount and transaction failed. After that i checked my balance in your andhrabank mpay app, in that mini statement it was shown that withdrawal of 900 was done from account. My money 900 rupees got deducted from main balance.

                                        I would like u yo look into it and encash debit 900 rupees which got deducted from my account today[protected] which i didn't receive. Kvb and canara bank atm's college road, amalapuram, east gogavari district at the earliest.
