Atm w/d

I tried to with draw rs 5000 from andhra bank atm at moosarambagh near more super market. Transaction denied temporarily notice came .All the customers who came were denied amounts.May due to cash out of stock . And no receipts were served

but to my surprise i got message you have withdrawn rs 5000 from account xxxx7059 thru atm on[protected] a/c balance 178489.60.The account number appear to be fake but the amount appears...

Sir, I am getting sms alerts from andhra bank of 4 accounts. I went to my hometown branch. Manager says as the whole acc ni will not be displayed in sms, it's not feasible to deactivate the alerts. It's causing me inconvenience. Iam frustrated for the last 8 months and discontinued my savings account also. Still I am getting sms alerts if others accounts. Please improve the service of AndhraBank. Very poor service....

Very bad response from branch

I have been sending emails to the branch from past 10 days but there is no response to my query. i am staying out of country so cannot visit the bank in person and so writing these emails.However no response from bank or customer service.
