Unable to make an online payment through my debit card

I tried to make an online payment to amazon.com for buying a book, but that could not be processed, it showed an error message saying some of the fields like your card number or expiry date or CVV are wrong, but i checked and retried still it didn't worked . I guess my card is not registered for online payment, and same was said by customer care executive i spoke with. I request you to look into it and resolve it at the earliest...

ECS deducted even after giving written application to bank

This is to bring to your notice that after submitting my application for cancellation of ECS, I received a confirmation call from my Branch Manager ensuring that my ECS services have been disabled permanently & no ECS will be deducted in future.

But shockingly I find that deduction of my ECS is still continued. However two ECS of Rs. 1150 (Total = Rs. 2300) have been deducted unnecessarily.

I pleased to inform you that, I went to an ATM to withdraw sum of 4500 rupees on 02/01/2017 in one of the andhrabank ATM and in this case, Money debited from my account but not dispensed cash.

Then from that day, i have been complaining to Service supports and they promised me that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours. so far it's been 16 days since money debited from my account. I have never seen this type of service especially...
