I tried to make an online payment to amazon.com for buying a book, but that could not be processed, it showed an error message saying some of the fields like your card number or expiry date or CVV are wrong, but i checked and retried still it didn't worked . I guess my card is not registered for online payment, and same was said by customer care executive i spoke with. I request you to look into it and resolve it at the earliest

    from my HDFC bank account "[protected]" and i confirmed with my bank that the money is transferred. but Venkata reddy is telling still he did not receive the money even he did not receive any message or mail .

      My ATM card no is “[protected]” for the account no: [protected]. I have used my debit card in couple outlets in Hyderabad, Telangana State. But the amount got debited from my account but it was neither credited to the vendor nor reverted back to my account. Please find the details of those transactions below for the same. Could you please help me to get these transactions reverted back to my account?

        Like to bring you few lines that I have applied for Cheque Book on dated: 01/12/2016, but they applied it after some days. bank employees said me that you will get cheque book within 7 (Seven) working days..

        I am going regularly to the branch and asking for cheque book they are not responding and telling me it will come tomorrow, it will come tomorrow, after that i requested mananger to solve my issue, but he said me that you have to take ATAL PENSION YOJNA firstly .I said that i m not interested in this plan than he not respond me.Bank staff behaviour is very rude to me

        Sir I want you to take some legal action and do in my favor. I am need of Cheque Book because I have to give cheques to my personal payment

            This is to bring to your notice that after submitting my application for cancellation of ECS, I received a confirmation call from my Branch Manager ensuring that my ECS services have been disabled permanently & no ECS will be deducted in future.

            But shockingly I find that deduction of my ECS is still continued. However two ECS of Rs. 1150 (Total = Rs. 2300) have been deducted unnecessarily.

                Hello Sir/Madam,

                We gave complaint regarding money missing in our Andhra bank savings account but we did not get any response from the branch so we contacted Zonal office so they said we are going to verify it and get the information from your branch then will let you know. From 4-5 days we are trying to reach everyone but till now there is no proper and clear response from anyone. We are hesitated and gave complaint in consumer forum (ID: 1468158) and then we tried to reach the branch manager again then he said it was transferred to your loan account after that we verified the loan account which he said how much amount was credited but there was only one transaction done then where was the remaining two transactions? because of that confusion we asked him to clarify all those stuff. Instead of solving the problem the branch manager creating issue, threatening us to return the complaint from consumer complaints and send us email like we are satisfied. He also said that if you are not going to take the complaint return i will give complaint on you as not paying interest from 5 years etc, . what is this? we are clear and good with everything then who is he to threaten us? whom should we contact? after this we tried to reach zonal office again so he said that you gave complaint to consumer forum so we will answer them only, even if we say the manager was forcing and threatening us to take the complaint back by calling to our mobile also the zonal office official said i do not know anything about it and i am not responsible. As a higher authority they should take action on him and they should try to help the customer. if it was the service from them, they are not supposed to run the bank and do not give any loan. We need immediate action on all these things as soon as possible.

                Three transactions were done in our savings account but when we verify through other branch the loan account was credited only one transactions then where were the other two? if we are not clear about our account and not satisfied why should we take our complaint back? we need each and everything clearly, upto my knowledge customer has right to ask anything about his account if there is a confusion.

                    I pleased to inform you that, I went to an ATM to withdraw sum of 4500 rupees on 02/01/2017 in one of the andhrabank ATM and in this case, Money debited from my account but not dispensed cash.

                    Then from that day, i have been complaining to Service supports and they promised me that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours. so far it's been 16 days since money debited from my account. I have never seen this type of service especially in banking sector.

                    Finally, i am expecting a solution from this service. please look into this matter.

Because money was missing from my account as 3 transactions on 13/12/2016 from that day on wards i did not verified my account balance. Two days before when i went there to withdraw i came to know that. I tried to contact someone who can help in the branch but no one responding properly even through customer service online.If it is misplaced they should respond well and tell us to wait for sometime or else we will take care of it but nothing from their side.                                     Hello Sir/Madam, i gave complaint on Andhra bank (ID: 1468158) yesterday regarding money missing in my account without my action. today i got a response from zonal office of Andhra bank as the amount was transferred to loan accounts but i do not have any pending loan account in Andhra bank and they were not saying or showing any loan amount, details in the branch so i am requesting you to return the money which was deducted if they show me any pending balance i will clear it off that was different thing, appreciate your response.

                                    We do not have any over due loan accounts if we have they should inform us and contact us to clear that but no one contacted us regarding any overdue so how can they transfer our money without prior intimation to customer? we know that the amount credited to some accounts etc, . but we gave complaint about without intimation how can they do transfers from our accounts? and
                                    we just have two loan accounts (educational & crop loan) the debited 3 amounts were went to three different account numbers and in that also we do not have any idea about one account. If we want to clear the crop loan now we are not sure to which account number we have to transfer because the account number we have and the one which appears in Internet banking they linked were totally different. So we need all the complete details about my accounts and account numbers also the account numbers which were closed and which one is running everything clearly. appreciate your response.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Please find the screenshot of my Andhra Bank Credit Card Statement in which i was charged one 13000/- wrongly. In the hospital when i swiped the card for the very first time, i got the result as "Transaction Failed" and second time it was "Transaction Successful". I am really feeling guilty that Andhra Bank is cheating people like this.I even calculated the total due amount in which 13000 was added wrongly. Please get back to me ASAP on this. And when i called up the customer care they simply asked me the mail and the issue cannot be resolved over phone. when all other banks are resolving the issues immediately over phone why is Andhra Bank unable to resolved such issues over phone?

                                        I have attached all the details in the PDF format. Mail was already sent yesterday to both the ID's but haven't yet got any response.
