Raised complaint on the Rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
Closed the complaint without any action.
current status of CS[protected] is closed with the below comments. I haven’t got any call from branch and they simply closed the ticket with below comments after 1 week.

Comments : wllThe branch expresses sorry for the inconvenience caused.


Below is the issue happened:

On 29 the December visited Bank to with draw money, after the long wait and struggle able to get withdrawal form. The guy at the counter spoke very rude and humiliated in front of everybody in the bank
When I told him I don’t have cheque book in a harsh and rude manner he said will someone remind you to have food everybody will you eat on you own( I failed to translate the same same thing that he said in Telugu ) he was very unprofessional and
behaved as he is my boss. When questioned about his rude manner he yelled and shouted me to get out of the bank.


I am aware due to demonetization there were issues with withdrawal, MY concern and complain is on his rude and unprofessional behavior, looking for clarification on his rude and unprofessional behavior.

The branch closed the case without calling me or enquiring what happened.Please reopen the case CS[protected] again. I will wait for the call in case if the bank doesn’t call me, As per the grievance process
Listed on your website will reach out RBI through the email mentioned.


Inform the branch to reopen and call me if they really want to address the customer issues.

    I am using m pay of andhra bank. I am having 3 accounts with you.
    Only one account is linked to m pay and other accounts not linked.
    I am having the following accounts with 1359 brindavan gardens guntur branch.

    [protected] both these accounts are not connecting to m pay
    [protected] eventhough the party code is same.

                My Self having a current Account no:[protected](user id:[protected] name:Venkateshwara Transport co., so while transferring to internal third party the money not sending and there was a error that is " Your yearly Debit has been Exceeded " and while transferring to different bank the amount is transferring but to only Andhra bank accounts the amount was not transferring and getting a black screen showing " Your yearly Debit has been Exceeded " and I tried at least 1000 rupees also but not going so please solve as soon as possible. I already complained to my Andhra bank branch manager but there are not responding there are saying to call customer care [protected], I was trying this number from one week onwards but it’s not connecting so please solve the issue.

                            Iam G.Yamini (A/c no. :[protected]). I issued a cheque(no.5) for Rs.4000/- in the month of Nov, 2014.But due to some reasons i hadn't visit the bank.On[protected], the same cheque got cleared from my account and an amount of Rs.40000/- was debited instead of debeting Rs.4000/-.

                              I have registered my self in online for andhra bank internet banking. I am able to login, view my balance also but, While transfering funds system asking transaction password. But, I does not know transaction password. Due to transaction password unknown not able to utilize net banking. How can I get my transaction password. pls guide in this issue.

                                Sir, I had requested for issue of a cheque book in the last week of NOv. 16 and necessary charge was deducted from my account. Thereafter so many mails were sent to the customer care but no action except an acknowledgement n copy to bank for n. a. Last week I went to bank to get money but chief manager me. Sonalika refused to give money with withdrawal slip as I was issued cheque book. she told me that I cannot money with slip as I was not issued cheque book. I don't understand the meaning of withdrawal slip. If I was issued cheque book what is the necessity of withdrawing money thru slip. When I asked act this, she refused to accept the cheque or allowed me withdraw money thru slip. Sir I am 58 years old and my salary as well as pro rate pension both are in this branch. Today is 16th Dec. 16 and I could not get single rupee from this bank. Banks online system is also faulty one as I tried the same too. During this notebandi times, instead of helping old people, bank harassed a lot. Why the bank could not accept withdrawal slip when no cheque book was issued to me. Is it Rbi rule? or bank trying to harass customer? Kindly arrange issue of cheque book earlier and penalise the bank harassing customers. Also transfer the chief manager Sonalika who refused to give money thru slip. Also give warning to ANdhra bank management for not addressing properly the grievances of customers.                                 Cheque book is issued from HQ but HQ is forwarding complaints to area concerned. Area refused to issue local cheque or allowed me to withdraw money thru slip. Charge for cheque book also deducted on 30/11/16.

                                      on[protected], same reason to come after a week.they are careless in receiving customers.I pray them to take my form immediately, because of no time to me to apply scholarship .                                         I am kuttiraja, on 11/12/16 around 5.30pm i visited your bank atm at r. K. Puram and i wish to withdraw rs.2000/- as per limitations. The amount has not been dispensed but i got the slip as rs.2000/ dispensed and also i received the mobile message as rs.2000/ - withdrawn. Atm no. 0481003 txn no.2766.
