Good evening sir. My name is uma maheswari bearing account number [protected] with atm card number [protected] requesting to consider this.. My account balance was 80, 600 on 24-11-16.. On 28-11-16 for fees in country club hospitality limited they swiped our card four times but they haven't received all papers from swiping machine, they got only one paper showing 10, 000... We also not received any message there... But in the night we received messages that amount is debited is totally 80, 000... We shocked and took a mini statement which showing clear transactions that amount is debited... We went to company and asked but they r telling that they received only 10, 000 from that account and not more... They gave a customer copy of that 10, 000 and all the details of transaction... So please check once and kindly recredit my remaining 70, 000 amount sir. Tanq so much.. Am enclosing all details. Pls do as early as possible sir.

          Inefficiency involved in cash withdrawal process.No organized way and poor management. Security is not efficient. Mismanagement due to which cash is given to people on personal priority rather than public waiting for hours in long queues. Surprised to see no token system available. Finally after a long wait for 5 hrs approx public should return home with no cash. Failure to provision cash at all counters equally due to which there is no show of cashier and fool around people who were waiting in the queue despite coming early than people in other counters. This is kind of great handling and managing they demonstrate. Please let this get notified to higher officials until all the flaws are rectified.

                      I have paid today an income tax challan from my SB account with Andhra Bank bearing No.[protected] for Rs.27380.

                      But to my shock and surprise this amount of Rs.27380/- was debited 4 times.

                      I have registered a complaint no.[protected] through Mr.Appalaraju on their toll free no.[protected]. Mr.Appalaraju has informed me that the reversal of excess amount debited will be done within 7 working days.

                      Kindly take up this matter on priority. As I have issued debit instructions in my account those will get dishonoured.

                        Dear sir, i would like to tell about the poor Service provided to senior citizen, on asking for pension life certificate form, staff did not have the approprate form and it took 3 hrs to get the form for filling, staff at Nacharam branch r pretending to work as if they are busy, inspite of all efforts by staff still all pending all long lines, they wantedly work slow and make every customer suffer, i went to manager asking for form in reply said he does not have, only one substaff is having that to he is not available. I kindly request u to check they day to day work, how much work the staff has done the work in how much time, lot of big line for deposits, exchange, only one counter in operation no extra person has been alloted, one can stop FD counter and put that staff to help on exchange, deposit but this does not happen. please monitor the work of staff, as they is lot of politics on allocation of work, near a dear will get less strainful work where as others who r straight forward will get youge work. do take action before its to late. Thanks

                                        This is Dr.Karthik here from Canada. I hold a a/c [protected] in your andhra bank, venkatapram branch.
                                        I would like to tell you that I am unable to use the new iternational visa platinum card for transaction here in Canada. I have tried it in many ATMs here but every time I am trying the transaction but the ATM is showing " TRANSACTION FAILED..PLEASE CONTACT THE BRANCH"

                                        I have 6 lakh rupees in my account and when I needed money for emergency the card did not work. Is this how Andhra Bank treats its customers. I am very very dissapointed with the Andhra bank International VISA PLATINUM CARD [protected].
                                        I want a immediate action from the bank.
                                        I do not wish to continue further services with your bank. I will inform my dad to withdraw all the money and deposit in other bank.

                                        If your bank does not provide one single working card for emergency for people like me living abroad then what is the use of running the bank with many staff there.
