Inefficiency involved in cash withdrawal process.No organized way and poor management. Security is not efficient. Mismanagement due to which cash is given to people on personal priority rather than public waiting for hours in long queues. Surprised to see no token system available. When I try to pay my college fee online through your net banking service(28/11/16) two time it shows error like host not available and when I try third time the pops up window show that insufficient balance in your account then I check my account statement it show three time same amount debited from account, then I talked to your representative they told me that refund will reflect in your account within 7 working days and also raise a complaint...

On November 12 2016 I used Andhra bank ATM card at a pos. sum of 3770 was deducted but not credited to their account. I saw their pos statement too. Then I paid in cash . I have paid today an income tax challan from my SB account with Andhra Bank bearing No.[protected] for Rs.27380.

But to my shock and surprise this amount of Rs.27380/- was debited 4 times.

I have registered a complaint no.[protected] through Mr.Appalaraju on their toll free no.[protected]. Mr.Appalaraju has informed me that the reversal of excess amount debited will be done within 7 working days.
