    I am G Sujay i am one of the saving bank account holder in your bank at Tirupati Yogimallavaram branch. I have opened my account on[protected] marked with the facility of Atm and Cheque book
    Today i.e[protected] i have visited to your branch where i opened my account as per discussecion with your manager he is hesitating that my account will be blocked amt rs2000 on demand with reckless behivour as saying in telugu that i[censored] want to take u take otherwise screw off.
    This is the way he behive with me thinking that he is the manager and he can do anything it self
    As per my knoweledge and everyone knowledge min bal for checkbook is 1000 rs and even that amt will also not be blocked but this manager is saying like this now what should i do and why should i still continue in your banking system here money is not an matter at all
    The rules of banking system is to be followed and should be...

    Let me explaine some things
    1. If min bal is not maintained fine will be deducted automaticly when the cash deposit has done
    2. If min bal is not maintained for chequebook even than also amt will be deducted
    3. If cheque is return then also amt will be deducted as per rbi rules

    Then why should i get blocked my amt for no reason
    If your manager want to play target games like this what people will do is up to you sir/madam
    To fullfill his targets without getting from his seat is not possible for anyone expect in some cases it ok but not on every thing.

      Sl. no.1 - bhaskar behera, sb ac. no - [protected] - atm card issued.

      When i asked atm card for sl. no.1 account. to the munnekolala branch, they have issued a new atm card and they blocked my atm card of sl. no.2 account. but now both the card are not working for which i am suffering a lot.

      What is the reason to block the atm card of sl. no.2 account. also what could be the reason that the sl. no.1 (newly issued by munnekolala branch) account's atm is also not working.

      Therefore i request you to kindly activate my both the atm card for which i shall grateful to you.

          I used depositing machine to deposit my 6000/- and i enterd my details and i kept my money in machine and some counting sound is came,,, after that it showed "hard ware error" and i got 1slip that machine is out of service,,,, so plz rectify my problem immediately.             Hello myself Venkatesh togaru..
            22.09.16 night around 10 I went to Kotak Mahindra bank ATM for with drawl of 5000..so I requested 5000 but I got only 700 nd after that I got a slip.In that slip they mentioned clearly that amount requested is 5000 but amount dispensable is 700.so after seeing this clearly I made my transaction once again requesting 4000 but this tym I got 4000 but In my account there is total reduction of 9000 ... so I need to get back 4300 in return. Pls kindly accept the request.i consulted Andhra bank customer care service they gave me Surity that my amount will be returned back in 3-4 working days it seems..so plz kindly accept my request...

                      I was making payment of fees through andhra bank debit card on 24 aug 2016. Transaction was cancelled due to some error but money got deducted from my a/c. Its been more than 24 hrs but i have not recovered that money. Plz tell me how to recover that money as soon as possible as i m in urgent need of that money to pay my fees. Thank you...

Sir I had transferred an amount of Rs.3000 from my SBI account ([protected]) to Andhra Bank account above mentioned made a Net Banking transaction an amount of Rs.3000 on 11/12/2016 (IMPS Ref no[protected]. From SBI account the amount was debited but I had checked my Andhra bank account amount was not credited. So please persue this problem and credit my amount to my account and I sincerely request you.

                                    I am using my idea pre paid number since 2014 before it was BSNL network. I ported to idea on 2014 . Suddenly yesterday I.e.[protected] my number not working.when I called idea customer care they my number is inactivated and turned off. I was astonished why it suddenly happened when I asked idea customer care they don't have any information why my number inactivated and even they saying it cannot be activated again. Nobody giving information why number is inactive. It make me frustrating, I am using my number daily, all my friends and relatives having this number, I am not able to contact them now. I have recharged 100 rupees and having total 400 rupees talk time in my number.

                                    You don't understand how I am troubling without my number. I am using this number since 2009. All my private and government services linked with my number.

                                    I want to how many attempts you made to reach me and do you proof that requested for documents re submission. Do you have conversation with me that requested for documents.

                                    How will you justify here if someone linked all bank, government related services to the number when you disconnect number prior notice.

                                        I requested for a duplicate pin (hard copy) for my credit card no.[protected] fifteen days back. You acked my mail and replied that the DUP.pin will be sent shortly. I have sent three reminders but no response. Pl let me know the time period set by your bank for 'shortly'. One month, two months, three months or one year.

                                        Poor service by you people.
