    Dear andhra bank. this is tejaswanth. this mail is regarding your educated and lazy employees in anantapur. court road new town branch branch code-000385. on[protected]. i went to deposit rs. 49500 in my mother account ([protected]) at this branch. as usual in all branches i went to cash counter to deposit but unfortunately. your cashiers simply chit chatting with co employees. and guided me to go and deposit in deposit machine i said. i cant every time i will deposit in cash counter. but in return he replies very rudely. here we will not deposit. go to cash machine do what ever u want. i will deposit only above 50k here i asked sir is their any new system sir. he replied go to manager. and talk. and i went. to the manager. but iam shock after meeting the manager. he also. used the same words. this is our bank. my rules we purchased the machine for 5 lakhs. go their and deposit i said sir this is not fair. i just came regarding your cashier rude behavior but u also using same words. i asked him is their any signs at least at cash counter that we are not accepting the cash below 50 k? but. he replied i will stick in the evening and do what ever u want. and i enquired with your toll free num they said their is no rules in andhra bank regarding my issue? is this the way to behave with customers? they have only one machine for that is has long que but your cashiers simply time passing with out taking customer deposit forms. i fed up with this branch and i went to deposit.in ramnagar branch. which is 2 kms from this branch they accepted in counter. so if this branch purchased deposit machine means your employees have to skip the works and have to chit chat with co s. and becomes lazy to deposit in counters. for that your organizations paying them salaries? we are very disappointed with your employees behavior. and planing to cancel the account with your bank not only me and my whole family will cancel accounts. i will. suggest my friends circle not to do transactions in andhra bank. thank you sir. i[censored] have any issues with my mail and any quires regarding my mail plz feel free to contact. my num-[protected]

    It's completely false statement given by your bank manager branch -000385. Court road Anantapur
    The exact time. I came in between at 12.15-12.45.pm If i came after 1.pm. How can I deposit. At cash counter at Ramnagar ? from court road to ramnagar its 1.5 kms you can check the records at Ramnagar i deposited around 1.5 pm-1.5pm so as per their statement how can i will be available at same time in two different places do they think i have magical powers? need apologies from that branch. manager For giving u a false information ? To you and me. I think your bank has. Cc cams. They can check and find me. In cams. In between 12.15-12.45 pm. I wear a yellow t shirt. blue jeans .plz consider this complaint as serious issue because your managers giving false information? in future they may cheat customers for sure with this false attitude i am expecting justice from head office

        We would like to bring your kind notice that the Andhra Bank, Lankakla Koderu, Palakol mandal, West Godavari district, A.P.

        The officials of the said Andhra bank are not responding to the customers grievances. They are not conducting monthly customer meeting. Hence the customers are unable to bring the grievances to the bank notice. Officials are not properly responding to the customers problems. Hence we request the authorities to conduct customer meeting every month in their presence to know the grievances of the customers.

        Yesterday I used my andhrabank ATM for 3 transactions of 448rs...money was deducted from my account..but my transaction was unsuccessful to certain website...I mailed to that site payment gateway members...they told that andhra bank didn't authorized the amount..so please refund my money quickly

            I have deposited rs.11, 000/- on 07/06/2016 in andhra bank, durgapur branch -713213 against my abcc bill of june 2016 but the same has not been recorded in my credit card account. I have not yet received the message of cash deposit on 07/06/16 from credit card division.

            I am not able to register and link my credit card no in andhra bank net banking so that i can pay credit card bill easily. I have tried many times as per steps given. Every the message shown in the computer that this card is already registered & bill will come from next month. But in last five months credit card bill has never came in my net banking. Please resolve the issue soon.

                Sir,
                This is to inform you that i had a transaction of rs. 1500.00 from andhra bank atm (N0048001) located in bhubaneswar, odisha on[protected], 1:07 pm.
                After that transaction two more messages were received on my mobile showing amount of rs. 7000.00 and rs. 5000.00 debited from my sbi account (Mlnrec allahabad branch) for which i did not made the transaction. I only used my card once for transaction of rs 1500.00.
                I also filed a complaint about this in customer care sbi but couldn't get my problem solved. Kindly refund amount that is debited.

Today (25-may-2016) went to andhra bank balkonda branch (Ifsc code 000737) to deposit the cash, in cash counter employee name : krishna, employee code: 35566, i am given money to him to deposit 45000, he told me i am not take the money here, to deposit that money in atm cash mishen, i said ok but take this money i will deposit reaming amt in that mishen, he said i dont take, and move from here, main problem is he is taking the others amt, but he is not taking my amt, regarding this same matter inform to manager, but he is also not responding, and employee told me i[censored] can complaint any one, i will not get any problem, and he also given his employee id. Plz give me clarification on this issue. Your employee is very proud, and his feel like no body can do anything. Plz give me reply on this...

                      . My debit card is used some one from last month and withdrawn 55000 from my account no alert massage has received. When i went to bank to take statement i noticed that 55000 has withdrawn already then i asked bank manager to provide me transaction details he simply said go to police station and head office ask there not here. If i got alert massage when first transaction has done i'm not loss by 50000₹ it is totally by fault.

                          Andhra Bank — improper responses from Customer Care staff

                          I complained about the blocked ATM Card to Customer Care staff. They suddenly disconnected the connection in the middle of my quiery.

                          Money withdrawl problem

                          Respected sir, i have drawn 4000/- of acc num :- [protected] v.m.v branch kurnool B.VISHNUVARDHAN REDDY the money was not delievered from the machine but after few seconds a message recieved to my mobile as money of rs 4000 was withdrawn . So kindly please help for refunding my money

                            In[protected] withdrawl amount of rs10000/-from sbi bank atm at gowliguda, hyderabad but amount not dispensed from atm machine, but deducted from my account it has done twice from my account once it got back but again nxt time i dint got My refund back to my account.                             Sir, My ATM Debit card has blocked because of I have used as wrong Gmail in Mobikwik online recharge suddenly. please consider me and unblock my Debit card.

                                Sir,
                                I am velupula lavanya savings account([protected]) holder o[censored]r respected bank from year.

                                On[protected] time 10:18pm) i swiped my card in neelima hospital sanathnagar for medicens but there got a slip showing cancelled invalid tran or account .
                                After some time i received phone messages that withdrawal of 1203.00 rs
                                In individual transactions messages) was done from ur account.My money 1800 rupees got deducted from main balance.

                                I would like u yo look into it and encash debit 1203 rupees which got deducted from my account yesterday[protected] time 10:18 pm) which i didn't receive. At the earliest.

                                I was carpeting money would return back as there were public holidays in between .
                                Please do the needful help. Thank you sir.

                                  Excuse me sir... I wer transferred mny through machine to another account.. At the time of transferring it was clear dat ur mny wer debited successfully... Later wen i went to withdraw.. Der is no any transactions about tranferred amount and no debetion of amount... I hope dat i can find a better solution

                                    Yesterday i was making payment for inox movie ticket and for rs. 788.7 and the amount has been debited from my account but it was showing error giving me massage that session is expired so payment is not successful.
                                    But i have got massage for rs. 788.7 debited from my account.
                                    I am attaching to you mail for debiting of amount for rs. 788.7 which received on my mail id.
                                    Many time i tried to call on customer care no. On[protected] but there was no any answer just got voice response that "there is no any operator to receive you call and also i sent a mail to their customer care mail but could not got any response yet and i analyse one of the worst service is andhra bank because no any customer care no. Is connected with customer.
                                    Please take an action against this bank so that they will aware and they must try to understand problem of the customer because they are just passing their time and getting salary but they are not ready to help any customer problems.

                                      I have paid rs.9000/- on 04.04.2016 as part payment through visa money transfer via neft from axis bank net banking against my andhra bank credit card(No.[protected]) bill of rs.21, 128.05 for april'2016. Due date of full payment is 20.04.2016.
                                      Please confirm the receipt of rs.9000/- at the earliest so that i can pay balance amount of rs.12, 128.05 within due date.

                                      I always pay my andhra bank credit card bill via neft but this time i have not yet received the acknowledgement.

                                        On 11th apriel 2016 i have made first transaction for rs.10, 000/-(Ten thousand rupees) using andhra bank debit card in hdfc bank atm
                                        At quthbullapur branch in hyderabad. I have taken the amount.

                                        Again for second transaction for 10, 000/-(Ten thousand rupee) i got the message as transasction declined.
                                        I did not receive the amount but the amount 10.000/-(Ten thousand rupees) has been deducted from my account.


                                        I need immediate help from whom ever it concerns and want my amount back as soon as possible to my account for rs.10, 000/-(Ten thousand rupees)
