Sir,
I am Dr.jayanth kumar savings account([protected]) holder o[censored]r respected bank from years.yesterday[protected] I went to withdraw amount from HDFC ATM but I got a slip showing(055)invalid tran or account for 2times.after that I went to SBI ATM beside hdfc ATM located in mangadu area, chennai for withdrawal then and after the SBI ATM bank also did the same thing to me showing that we can't dispense the amount and transaction failed. After some time I received phone messages that withdrawal of 1800(400+400+500+500 in individual transactions messages) was done from ur account.my money 1800 rupees got deducted from main balance.

I would like u yo look into it and encash debit 1800 rupees which got deducted from my account yesterday[protected]which I didn't receive. Hdfc and SBI bank ATM's mangadu, chennai at the earliest.
Please do the needful help. Thank you sir.

      Hi,
      I tried to withdraw money from IndusInd ATM with my Andhra bank ATM but I received transaction was not done but money was deducted.This is not the first time it happened twice today and previously around 20 days ago from AXIS and ICICI ATM's.At that time I sent a mail regarding it but vdid not get any response.So, I kindly request to look intomyissue and try to solve it as soon as possilble.

            Hi,

            Tried to place cake order in dona cake world website, as part of which selected Andhra bank net-banking option, and amount got debited from my account, after which it was showing transaction error message, and amount was not received by CCAvenue. Received " CCAvenue Order No. 47007 :: Transaction Failure"

            Please let me know how many days it will take to credit the amount 600 back to my account

            From yesterday i am trying to contact customer care, emailed, no response over this..

                Dear /sir/madam,
                Issue : i got a call from the somebody posing himself as the andhra bank employee and asking details for issue of atm card.
                While being speaking to him i have been getting the automatic messages for the purchases on sunday 27/04/2016 (Seems to be online purchases for me).Moreover this purchases are in small denominations.
                I have not shared any pin, validity, cvv number and to my surprise there is no otp password security for such online purchases.
                When contacted the andhra bank branch at nizamabad on 28/03/2016, they have taken the card and took request for issue of new card.
                I don't know how one could online purchase /with draw amount to the extent of 35000 rupees when the validity of card is expired.
                We have raised the compliant or grievance in andhra bank portal reference to the complaint no. Cs[protected].
                But the customer service department did not contact me and in repose to the complaint it is mentioned in the mail that customer being contacted and closed .
                I am worried because employees are not putting any efforts to investigate on the issue

                  I had a balance of rs.2.4 lacks in my sb account and i need a money of rs.20, 000 on 1st april_16. The banker's has restricted the atm withdrawals to rs.10, 000. Regarding this no prior intimation to the customers. The decession restricting atm withdrawals to rs. 10 thousands is bankers or reserve banks ?. Keeping money with the not in a position to withdraw when a customer in a need of emergency is quite meaning less. I want to challenge the issue in consumer form for the inconvenience.                     On 27 march 2016 at 11.00am there was a call from [protected] ( mobile no) confriming my card number in no time started getting message of online getting my balance to minimum .When trying to call call centre by the time every thing was zero .Pl help me . I am banking with andhra bank br bwarakanagar hyd road nizamabad (Dist) telangana state.
                    Request you to refund . As i am a private teacher my wife is also a teacher hardend money . Rs 35000/ is huge saving pl help our family.
                    Happen to speak andhra bank custumer complant version was having account in as is as good as throwing on road dissgusting dis satisfied with answer

                              I have my salary account in Andhra Bank, at RP road branch, hyderabad, ac no [protected], my atm card was robbed and tje amount in the account was withdrawn in ATM id C0480101 and i approched near by andhra bank madhapur branch at kondapur on[protected] and given a complaint letter and the Branch manager suggested to visit home branch at RP road branch, i visited the rp road branch and i given another complaint letter to the staf but no one was contacted me on this regard, police people asking the detais of the said ATM id from my end, for cc tv footage, is it necessary to visit home branch, near by branch manager was help less and given a sugestion to me. i have maild many times to the branch manager but customer service was not satisfactory. police asking detais if atm location to lodge FIR, i am help less to submit the required detailson this regard, requesting you to please do needful.

                                  I went to near by ATM to draw 600/- which showed that transaction is being done but receipt showed transaction was not complete. But I received a message that money were withdrawn. Kindly please look into this and refund the amount. Thank you

                                        I had booed a irctc ticket through andhra bank account, but my 1583 money debited from my account, but still then i have not received my money, i hav complained in my branch, but after that i am hopeless.the service is very bad service on the date of 12feb money has debited but still then..i hav not received my money, the staff service is poor..i want to deactivate my account...
