I was trying to get forgot password by using my customer id and registered mobile number but getting the below error Onrgvz0001] [106035] the request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime.. Have submitted my mobile number to my bank and also contacted helpdesk/customer support but there is no response. /could you please see my below details and help me out. User id[protected] Venkata. Its Praveen -we applied for Reimbursement-Claim no is 201184--contacted customer care so many times-they are telling claim is under process--rejection is more with this policy--please speedup the process
