Hi sir

Today on 26/07/2021 I am travelling from anantapur to Penukonda.
When I asked driver is there stop to Penukonda
He said yes but he won't go in Penukonda and he will go through bypass even though there is written on board stopping in Penukonda.

Even though he said there is no stop in Penukonda I decided to get down in bypass itself. I paid 200Rs for ticket
He said there is no change then I went and brought 155 change which cost fare 115, again he said there is no change for forty even though he has n giving change to other passengers who r going to Bangalore

Why he is so denying n torturing passenger who want to stop in the Penukonda
Why is there any rule not to stop in other stopings if the bus full with bangalore paasengers?

And sending passengers willingly for change out side

How far it is right to do so

Plz do justice to passengers

Ravulapalem to kakinada service bus driver didnt stopped the bus at some stations. From the toute of ravulapalem to kakinda im in the station of veerabadrapuram the driver didnt stop N i cross the bus N reached nxt station(pedaparthi revu) on bike. At pedaparthirevu stop also the driver didnt stop.

I am traveling from chittoor to Bengaluru on 12th July 2021, 6 AM departure, vehicle no : AP03Z0147. This is to address you regarding the seats occupied in the APSRTC bus during covid time. While booking on the app I can see the alternate seats allowed for booking but while boarding the driver and conductor are allowed to occupy all the vacant seats because of the negligence if one get affected the entire 50+ crowd will get affected and the crowd on bus may cause damage to others while they reach destination.

Bus not stopped at stops on 10 july 2021 from hindhupur to kadiri at 12 o clock

During pandamic period depo manager and subordinates of salur has forced us to sit beside each other which is against the covid precautionary rules. Please take necessary action against the depo manager of salur.

I was travelling from visakapatnam to narsapuram with service no 97231 dated 4-07-21 here the driver is completely violating covid rules by picking up passengers without reservation and filling the seats completely but not in zigzag manner

Driver and conductor are loading bus as if there is no Covid-19 guidelines, though reservation was done maintaining distance, they forcing to sit without gap between passengers

मेरा नाम कुसुम कुमार मीणा ही में बारा से कोटा की यात्रा कर रहा था
बस अंत पहुंच चुकी थी
उस समय मेरे स्वास्थ्य खराब होने की वजह से मेने कंडक्टर पानी बोतल लाने का निवेदन किया
तो कंडक्टर ने मुझे बहुत ही अपमानजनक शब्दो मे कहा की ये मेरा काम ही क्या मुझे क्या समझ रखा है और मुझे गली जैसे शब्दो का प्रयोग किया

This is to submit that, Visakhapatnam-Narsapuram express buses not coming in to Tuni RTC complex. Many passengers follow the timing, mentioned on the wall and wait in the complex premises. The above said buses are bypassing Tuni RTC complex and going on the high way. Since a wall is built and no shelter is built, it is also difficult for the passengers to wait at the highway point, in the hot sun and rainy days.

Considering, the above hardships of passingers, I request the concerned authorities to look in to matter and set the things right for the convenience of passengers.

From 6AM to 8AM, No bus is available(NELLORE TO ALLUR), and management is not having any information and everytime they will tell like, bus is available in 5min
After bus is filled with 25 passengers, management still cancel the service and management will shout on customers to wait
In this covid time also they want to fill with 50 passengers, this is how our APSRTC WILL HELP SOCIETY TO SPREAD COVID

Atleast these people don't know how to talk

I am taking my 32 inch tv parcel with myself in APSRTC Bus from tirupathi to puttur
But they taken 100rs for parcel to take my parcel with me in APSRTC Bus

Buses from dmm to atp there no single bus running so many people suffering puttaparthi depo is better than dmm depo. It's very worst experience. In covid time we suffering to travel.ptp buses running continuously. But dmm depo buses no running they all running after 9.30 it's

I had registered seat number 5, which is single seating due to covid rules, but bus conductor made 2 of them to seat beside me, no covid rules were followed in the bus.

S.kota to Visakhapatnam bus are not coming in time...every it's repeted ...so many passengers will be suffering this problem ...so take action
