I tried to book a bus ticket through APSRTC from Kakinada to Visakhapatnam on 4th Jan 2022. I paid the money through Axis debit card. Money was transferred to APSRTC from my account. But ticket was not booked.The transaction reference no. is (ECOM
PUR/APSRTCONLINE/MUMBAI/040122/09:35). And bus service code is 2877...

My money has been debited but ticket is not booked...

I was at jangareddy gudem bus stand from 10:50AM actually there was a bus to chintalapudi at 11:00Am
I was at bus stand now time was 12:30 but still bus was not came....

It's been more than 3 months I have passed in DL test and I have got online form of my DL. But I haven't got my Driving licence smart card until now. Whenever I check it just displays card not yet printed. Until when I'll get my driving licence. Nearly 4 months ago I have completed. until now didn't get the card is a troublesome issue.
I'm from Rajahmundry, east godavari, Andhrapradesh.
Once the DL test passed it should be updated...

I have booked online an Amaravati bus from Nellore to Bengaluru (service number 7786) for 02/01/2022. The timing shown in bus ticket was 6am. But the actual bus departure timing was rescheduled to 5am. The generous bus drriver called and informed me the same just before departure. But it is a lack of responsibility from the apsrtc by not informing passengers about the reschedule of the bus timing. Even in the reminder message the timings...

My journey date is 29/12/2021 and seat number 5, 6 . Booked date is 28/12/2021 Amount deducted ticket not confirmed. Please get back my amount as early as possible. Amount : 1342/-...

Driver said bus is under breakdown and asked me to get into another bus 6781 which will reach my destination 1hr delay . irrespective of bus I have reserved.
Irresponsible behaviour of the driver to inform at the last movement waited almost for half an hour in bus stop.

I'm one of the residents from Aishwarya grand apartment which is located between Tummalapalem and Ibrahimpatnam circle. There are nearly 250 families staying here but there is no bus stop. It is very uncomfortable for the students like me who using this city buses for daily transport purpose. The bus drivers are not accepting to stop the bus near the apartment. Not only families there are 2 hospitals also. Consider this as an urgent request...

He should be punishable...

On Dec 17 th evening 5:00 pm we were travelling from banglore to tirupathi in apsrtc banglore to Nellore Amaravathi Bus service .service no 77 87.we reached varsha grand at 7:30 pm.At 8:00 pm we started from there.we were going to tirupathi on national highway there driver wants to do his personal work as he wants to pick up his friend and his daughter to drop them in Apollo medical College .so he reversed bus upto 5 km back on national highway...

With lots of expectations, started travel to nidadavolu with tadepalligudem service bus. The bus does not have proper seating, glass doors and even the sound is horrible. Is this how you give respect towards the passenger.

I request you to look at it and provide good bus which is having in condition. Let's give best to public and the same expect from them

The apsrtc bus conductors are not allowing the student bus pass holders ., rather they are much interested in getting ticket passengers.
As a part the students are getting late.
As we already paid pass amount we have a right to inform to apsrtc.
Kindly consider this.
I found this prblm with bheemavaram to rajahmundry bus which stops at ravulapalem at 7 '0' clock...

The driver isnt concentrating much and he takes few gaps to split out of the window where there is a chance of crashing at that speed.its the bus started from machilipatnam to vijayawada on 13 Dec 2021 at 5:40 am non-stop...

I booked vennala APSRTC from Ameerpet to visakhapatnam was asked to stay beside KLM shopping unfortunately there are two sides only u guys knw which side is that beside!!? Anyway I guess my pain started from here I was msgd to be there before 15mn I was there on time bus was late for 30 min I had to wave like a mad guy asking them to stop as they were driving off to their beside part which they only knw..
The bus was not sanitized...

I'm not satisfy with Narsipatnam depo( APSRTC).There was an wrong intimation from depo and the passengers are waiting for their answer, since 1.30 mins away.still not responding to the passengers .
Im requesting you to provide a manager with polite and desence way....
