Respected sir,
Iam Mohan, recently i travelled from Vizag to Srikakulam on Rtc bus.when i reached the Rtc complex Srikakulam, I met some of my friends and we are talking, at that time one hijra came to us and asked money, one of my friend gave her 10/- but she demand us more.we refuse to give her money as we have no change and then she started bullying. she used so many abusive words and we are so uncomfortable.
iam requesting you to take some action about hijras at complex area.

            BuDriver of the bus AP30Y79 Santhabommali, tekkali to Srikakulam bus has driven the bus rashly causing my motor vehicle to almost knockdown and missed an accident just by little space while travelling at hospital junction of srikakulam on 11//1/2022 around 5.15pm.Kindly take disciplinary action so as not to repeat such events.

                      It's been more than 3 months I have passed in DL test and I have got online form of my DL. But I haven't got my Driving licence smart card until now. Whenever I check it just displays card not yet printed. Until when I'll get my driving licence. Nearly 4 months ago I have completed. until now didn't get the card is a troublesome issue.
                      I'm from Rajahmundry, east godavari, Andhrapradesh.
                      Once the DL test passed it should be updated in state and national wide transport departments portals but it just updated in AP state transport website only. In national portal it's displaying that no card is valid with this number.

                          I have booked online an Amaravati bus from Nellore to Bengaluru (service number 7786) for 02/01/2022. The timing shown in bus ticket was 6am. But the actual bus departure timing was rescheduled to 5am. The generous bus drriver called and informed me the same just before departure. But it is a lack of responsibility from the apsrtc by not informing passengers about the reschedule of the bus timing. Even in the reminder message the timings were given as 6am. On informing the depot controller on duty, he showed no respect to passengers and was not even willing to give complaint register. This is a pure disservice to passengers. Please take necessary actions.

                              Driver said bus is under breakdown and asked me to get into another bus 6781 which will reach my destination 1hr delay . irrespective of bus I have reserved.
                              Irresponsible behaviour of the driver to inform at the last movement waited almost for half an hour in bus stop.

                                I'm one of the residents from Aishwarya grand apartment which is located between Tummalapalem and Ibrahimpatnam circle. There are nearly 250 families staying here but there is no bus stop. It is very uncomfortable for the students like me who using this city buses for daily transport purpose. The bus drivers are not accepting to stop the bus near the apartment. Not only families there are 2 hospitals also. Consider this as an urgent request and kindly do the needful.

                                        On Dec 17 th evening 5:00 pm we were travelling from banglore to tirupathi in apsrtc banglore to Nellore Amaravathi Bus service .service no 77 87.we reached varsha grand at 7:30 pm.At 8:00 pm we started from there.we were going to tirupathi on national highway there driver wants to do his personal work as he wants to pick up his friend and his daughter to drop them in Apollo medical College .so he reversed bus upto 5 km back on national highway and took u turn and changed his direction towards Apollo medical College to drop his friends.he was so irresponsible and his neglegence made passengers in terrific condition.For his personal satisfaction he tried to put passengers in dangerous condition in late night
