Hi sir this is hemanthkumar I'm travelled thirumala to Chennai bus.the bus number is AP03Z 5557 MY BOARDING time and date is (Wednesday evening 3.20 pm date 31/03/2021) many more cockroch available is passengers sitting seats I informed bus contactor but he not care any thing other passengers also compliant the same issues but not care for bus driver and bus contactor kindly take action immediately to solve this problem I'm very disappointed for this service because currently Corona problem to going hugely but this kind of transportation is not good for people

    Early morning there must be a bus to amalapuram from rajahmundry. The bus has to arrive at 6:30 am at kothapeta. But the bus is not on time and coming at 7:00am Or 7:15 am. sometimes the bus is getting cancelled . The students are facing so much difficulty regarding on this issue. Please solve this problem.

      Dear sir/ madam,
      This is the first time I am travelling via bus from rajahmundry to Vizag n had a very unpleasant experience. When I purchased a bottle of maaza from rajahmundry shop, he charged me 5 extra on the mrp printed on the bottle. When I asked him, he gave explaination that all the shops do the same. For the same I enquired the price of different bottled products at the bust stop. All shops we're charging RS 5 extra. When the bus reached annavaram stop, I brought badam milk bottle n again here also I had to pay rent 5 extra for it. At annavaram bus stop, RS 5 extra is being charged on all products including local chips also. When I asked the authority sitting at the counter, his reply was "whats ur problem whem, everybody is paying". If this is how authorities behave, then how is the government saying that they have checked corruption. Plz, request to take necessary action against this wrong doing n save passengers from this loot.

        Address: Madanapalle , APSRTC busstand infront of two town police station

        Tried to ask when the bus starts as it is waiting with neither driver and conductor to asked the guy who is manager for depot and he responded in a very rude way, no wonder people prefer private travels then a government provided service.
        Pity you all uneducated managers in all APSRTC depot hope you all ignorant old educated illiterates retire and pave a road for younger generation

          I had booked a bus from Hyderabad to kadapa
          Amaravati A/c
          and was boarding at kphb colony
          Boarding time was 8 40 . I called the driver and told him that I was on the way and reached within 5 mins. The driver started abusing me and harassing me . I told him I was sorry for coming late but he continued arguing and abusing. And both the conductor and driver are not wearing masks.
          Because of ppl like these we have a surge in corona cases .

              Hi sir/madam.. My complaint was on bus conductor (lady) and driver..as I'm travelling from ravulapalem bustand to Ramachandrapuram.. it is an ordinary bus from ravulapalem to kakinada..I took a ticket from lady conductor and she didn't returned change to me..she done same thing with other passengers also..she is taking full amount from passengers and not giving change to anyone..if we ask for change, she is saying take change after last Stop.. Is this the way u trained to ur employees..such a worst behaviour from her.. speaking badly and rudly with co-passengers and driver stopping bus only in few stops.. I asked name but she didn't told to me and driver talking call and driving bus..for ur reference I'm sending ticket photo.. please look into this seriously and take sevier action on them..                 I would like to bring to your notice, the careless driving of APSRTC driver - driving vehicle no. AP31Z0312 on Palakol- Bhimavaram road leading to Srugharuksham railway gate around 06.05 P.M (24th February 2021), Overtaking from the right side inspite of heavy traffic(before nearly 15 vehicles before my car) and hit my car and the rash driving by the APSRTC driver has resulted in scratch and dent to my Vehicle (Swift Dezire 2020). Despite of repeated horns the driver has totally ignored and went off.

                I chased and vehicle and caught him at Bhimvaram bus deport, he was arrogantly replying i have hit ur car and we cant do anything now, accidents are common on roads why are u taking seriously, you can’t do anything against on me.

                Hope this will be addressed to the appropriate authorities in APSRTC for required action against the driver. and I’m pretty sure to say that he is not to suitable for RTC Bus driver due to Too Rash and Dangerous driving and highly arrogant with his mistakes.

                  Attempt to book the ticket on 23rd February 2021(Date of Booking), to travel on 26th February 2021 (Date of Journey) using https://www.apsrtconline.in/ was failed.

                  However, the amount of Rs 479 was debited from my bank account and paid to APSRTC but the ticket booking status shows as failed.

                  The transaction was done through Internet Banking of ICICI and I spoke to the customer care of ICICI bank and they informed me that the debited amount would be reflected into my bank account within 7 days.

                  But it did not happened till today.

                    How come only one person is being appointed in the bus counter where hundreds of people will be arriving daily?
                    The officer at bus pass counter is showing so much negligence. This issue must be solved immediately as possible. Thank you.

                      I lost by today(28/02/2021) in the bus while travelling from Vinjamoor to Bangalore.
                      Bus number: APSRTC 5242, Kavali depo, which start from kavali @ 7:00 PM and I boarded @8.30 pn ON 28/02/2021 and left 1 March 2021 5:50 AM in KR puram. while getting down i forgot my bag in the bus.

                        Lot of people who visited kanipakam temple are suffering with lack of buses in return to tirupati. Duration of kanipakam to tirupati is nearly 2 hrs. How a common man stand in a bus for 2 hrs. People are fighting at the entrance of the bus for the seat. Imagine how a girl can enter in the fighting. How a girl stands for 2 hrs.peoples are very much disappointed. They (including me) are very much angry about the government. I am writing this complaint because my father is also in standing position.

                        So plese increase the number of buses from kanipakam to tirupati

                        So I hope you people will increase the buses.

                          I had booked tickets for 3 members, journey is from Lb nagar, hyd to vijayawada, journey date is 03.01.2021. But i was cancelled the tickets on 30.12.2020.
                          Till now i didn't get refund amount and i had already submit the complaint against this issue though i received no response..

                          The refunded amount is Rs 1971/- which id not a small amount to me..

                          Hoping that it will be solved soon.

                              I'm booking a tiket anakapallibypass to guntur on 20/2/2021 night 8:40pm bus timing ...I have msg from Rtc .. contact details are not working operator phone number is an out of service..there is no phone call from bus operator ..I'm called customer care from their side also no details about operator ..how I can catch my bus on heavy traffic on anakapalli bypass road . . after 1hr I catch the bus. Asked to driver why u are not calling to me. They said my no not working, &asked another operator has another phone. At least u can call me that phone or other passinger phone u can use . .bus drivers has irresponsibility on their Duty..I'm a young person&educated so no problem..other wise old people, uneducated ladies what they can do that situation..every time RTC bus booking time feels unhappy...I want explanation & take an action on bus operator .my phone [protected]

                                I am travelling from annavaram to Hyderabad in an apsrtc bus and the quality of the bus is not satisfiable and the shock obsorbers of the bus seem to be not working properly which is making our journey difficult.they are charging Rs 960 and nothing seems to be good (the quality of the seat, no cleanliness)

                                  Today I have come across one shop in Tirupati RTC Bus stop where they are overcharging food items like biscuits, cool drinks etc., more than the MRP price. When I questioned the shopkeeper he replied like it’s common there.I have also experienced the same scenario while using washrooms there. I hope you look into it and solve the issue which is faced by everyone there.

                                      I booked ticket from Hyderabad to Tadipatri, the bus should go via Kurnool, Gooty, Yadiki, Bugga and Tadipatri. But bus driver and conductor are rude and they said we don’t go that route they taken me directly from Gooty to Tadipatri. I suppose to get down in Bugga and they dropping me in direct destination by another route.
