I am traveling from hyderabad to nizamabad, after i reached nizamabad, i need to hired palda jannepally, i reached the busstop around 11:55, i enquired in the busstop bus will be 12:15, in between 20 minutes around 20 buses which traveled to bodhan came, why you people can't put the buses to some other areas, at least once for 30 minutes. And now the time is 12:35, palda jannepally bus not yet came. Please understood this. And do the needful.

Bus no AP11Z 6165 of waltair Depot is leaking rain water due to which no one is able to sit in Window side seats.
The conductor of the bus number 38, bus reg number AP 31z 0063, not accepting the ten rupee coins and asked me to get down the bus, how can he ask a woman to get down the bus, if you are not taking any action on this I may go further on this issue. This has happened on[protected], time 1:50 in the afternoon

    I've been waiting at city bus stop from 04:45 hrs to 05:45 hrs for bus no. 3 (From bus stand to govt press). But no bus has arrived. This was not the first time i had faced the problem. People wait for a long time. And then, all of a sudden, almost 2-3 buses arrive. There is a lot of irregularity in timings in this service.
    Kindly look into the issue and do the needful, so that time of people can be saved.

      I have purchased a non-stop bus ticket from tenali to vijayawada. At the time of purchase they have not told that seats are not there. After taking ticket and entering into the bus it was found that all seats are found full. I have asked the driver for my seat, he least bothered me. I have no seat till i reached vijayawada. What is the meaning of booking the seat. I have been cheated. Even in ordinary bus i may get seat. For getting seat only i have chosen booking eventhough no justification in apsrtc

        I had booked 3seats from bellary to kurnool service no. 51229 departure time is 3.45 p. M but the bus departed at 3.00p. M. I with my family and 2small kids should wait standing for more than a hour in the bus stand. Ticket no. 66885432 booked through redbus. I want to get charges for waiting n changing two bused to reach the destination from apsrtc.

        Booking seats in 301 No. bus from Windows by putting kerchiefs, towels and giving trouble to the passengers who enter first into bus. If I occupy forcebly, it is leading to quarrel and man handling. Conductor is unable to do.

            As i am nri, i used to prefer tralveling with government based rtc vehicles,
            I did travel from bangalore to rayachoty on 17th august 2017 at 16hrs, in ultra delux bus with ticket number tn-b45275, and dri-no:29z3953, cond — no:412977
            I have been picked from bangalore city, seated a1, driver didn't make ticket at picked point, when reached to k. R puram15km far, driver claiming seat a1 is reserved and behaving very rude with such language which feels very shameful for me,
            Requesting apsrtc management to please instruct drivers/conductors to behave with professionalism or atleast minimum dignity
            Hope further this will not get repeated with any passenger

              When i travelled from vijayawada to miyapur x roads on 12/08/2017 (My ticket no.[protected] vide service no.3605, the driver, sri p. Ch. Sekhar ([protected]) has stopped the bus at our prior stage, i. E., hydernagar before miyapur x roads and directed the left over passengers who booked upto miyapur x roads (Including old aged and ladies) to get down immediately and that is the last stage that too at the late hours of 22.30 hrs. The driver even drove the bus one hour late than scheduled arrival time and argued with lady passengers not to question him about late. He even told that he never afriad of complaint to higher authorities. Kindly initiate suitable action against him and save the reputation of apsrtc.

The clerk has collected rs.478.00at nonstop counter visakhapatnam rtc complex. Amount collected not clear on my ticket no.66472788/024 12999 taken for 2 members. Confirm the fare to my mobile.[protected]. I will be back by 9.30pm today itself. If any excess collected may please be returned at bus station.

                  Aps rtc is not providing any special buses on floating days. Hold all the buses for reservation what about the people who does not have reservations. Rtc either aps or ts never know how to manage and utilise the buses for public. That's why rtc always will be in loss. At mgbs there are so many organisers without use. They just will roam by wearing white shirts. I don't know why rtc is hiring those many organizers by giving that much of pay with out having any use. There is no use with them.

                    Sir, I am Ch. Kiran from Guntur city... The subject is that the APSRTC Narasaraopet route buses are not coming in time. They have check points and officials are checking at Perecherla, Guntur Palnad Bus stand. But the timings are not being maintained at any time to Pallevelugu Passenger Buses. Some times 2 buses 3 buses come at once. For some times no Buses come for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It causes severe inconvenience to the passengers who travel between Guntur to Narasaraopet and vice versa. The officers are not taking it as a severe issue. The APSRTC should take good action on maintaining timings of Passenger Pallevelugu normal Green buses in between Guntur to Narasaraopet and vice versa.. Thank you..

                      Hi, pls forward to govt officials to take action. Not on staff but on whole employees. Staff is totally rude and not cooperating. Shouting. When kid i climbing driver moving. When customer asked he is shouting and scolding.
                      Despite of many factors i am supporting govt by travelling though my family not interested.in this bus no tv, no windows opening. Stopping on road for luggage. I got luggage within limit and asked for using luggage cabin and saying it is booked. I taken bus at first stage.
                      I told them to behave properly to encourage people to use govt buses in mid of private competition. They are saying ok for moving apsrtc to private. They are ready to begging outside than working with apsrtc. There are many people outside need job. Including me though i am techy ready to join apsrtc if they allow.

                        Im narsingh, i was travelled from visakhapatnam to tirupati via garuda a/c service no 3479 and driver k. V. S. Rao on 05.08.2017 for attending panchayat secretary mains exam on 06.08.2017 in sv eng college, tpt. Already i enquired that right arrival time to tirupati at viziag bus station and he told me that min time 7am and max 7:15am even though they mentioned same time in bus ticket also. But bus was reached to [protected]@9:15am. Due to delay in journey, i was not allowed into exam hall to write group3 mains exams. Before that i spoke with dm (Kumara rajasekhar) of vsp and driver. But i didn't any proper reply from both of. Please suggest me to whom i contact to further. Really i lost 1 year of hard work by believing of apsrtc.
                        Please suggest me how to sue against apsrtc. Please help me.

                        Due to delay in journey time, i lost chance allowed into exam hall to write Panchayat secretary mains 2017.I was begging to police staff to get entrance but they didn't allowed me into inside the exam hall.Actually my exam reporting time is 8AM to 8:45AM.But i thought that if journey time may be delay for 1 hour that means (8AM) but not exceeds more than 8AM.when i was asked right time to Tirupati from Visakhapatnam ticket counterist replied me that to 7AM. Even though they mentonioned arraival time tirupati is 7AM. Pls see below attachments for your reference.But Bus was reached [protected]@9:15AM.I lost entire 1 year hard preparation and 1, 50, 000(for coaching) invest.Just assume that how much struggle i faced with reference get coaching and do hard work for mains exams.APSRTC has destroyed my entire career . There is no proper responsibility from Driver(K.V.S Rao) and DM (Kumara Rajasekhar) of VSP. And also i contracted with APSRTC customer care but they given Vijayawada DM number, i spoke with Vijayawada DM ( Nagashesulu) and he took more than 1 hour to reply, Finally he told me that service number 3479 bus comes under Visakhapatnam depot and I should contact with VSP DM only, Again i called to APSRTC customer care number and however I got DM of VSP contact number.that's type of service providing to customers.there is proper coordination between staff to get correct information.For every hour i remainder to Driver but he didn't take any responsibility.Really APSRTC is worst service in the India.for further i never use APSRTC.Finally APSRTC spoils My life..

                          I have noticed a driver taking bribes from people to transport their goods to other places for this driver's are using government vehicles and making money. This has been happening for ages why don't you authorities take an action against these kind of people. This may lead to a huge damage to government and private agencies also we should not encourage these kind of people so please take care of that.

                            Hi this is to bring to your kind notice, i am regular traveller of apsrtc, today i come come across very bad experience with ticket issuing officer at ticket counter at tenali as on 3 august 2017 around 7: 30 am, being an elder person he shouldn't speak with indecent words and rude behaviour with passengers, i am travelling to vijayawada to super deluxe bus, don't have change exactly 51 rs, i have given 500 rs, officer spoke un necessary words like.. How come you travel without 5 paisa in your pocket.. Given a class to me infront of other passengers.. Then i asked what are you speaking.. He is rude and spoken filthy language.. This is not acceptable.. Being a govt sevant and doing very responsible job, interacting with customer.. He shouldn't speak like that.. Without enough change where can passenger will go for change in bustand.
                            Take necessary action on ticket issuing officer. Passengers are effecting.. Please provide some petty cash change to ticket issuing officer.. We need to save rtc.. If this is so no one will travel in rtc.. Which leads to losses.. Save apsrtc.. With good customer experience.

                              My complaint is with bus no ap11z 6719, whose bus driver bus driver see passenger standing and do not stop at all though his tendency look that he is going to stop and demands board into only by running bus even show hand to stop even at bus stop
                              In this route maximum all drivers will behave same like not stopping at stops and not return from rest point
                              When asked why return so late they say road jam but it's false because road jam issue is at secunderabad vicinity but not at rest points

                                On 25th july 2017 i boarded bus no. Apo3z-0174 at mulbagal to bangalore. I produced senior citizen card issued by ksrtc, driving license as also pensioner card issued by my bank state ban k of india in support of my age. The conductor refused to accept these documents and insisted me to produce aadhar card. I told the conductor that since aadhar is a very vital document in the present day context which is not generally carried by any individual. He categorically said as per apsrtc rules only aadhar is acceptable and not any other documents. As a mute passener, i paid rs.109/- for journey upto tin factory (K r puram) as the bus was going to vidyaranyapura (One of the extension in bangalore)

                                The ticket no. Is tna131014 issued at18.59 hours on 25/07/2017 having conductor id 554973 and driver id 552937

                                At tin factory, i asked whether i can travel upto the last point since ticket read destination as bangalore. He said "i should buy another ticket.

                                Incidentally, i have also travelled in apsrtc on 20/07/2017 and on 26/07/2017 wherein i was charged rs.86/- by both bus conductors.

                                I am pained to note how an employee of an organisation can frame his own rules and bring bad name to the organisation.

                                I am not seeking refund of rs.23/- but would like to know, if this type of incidences are happening to educated passengers like me, what would be the fate of less educated/uneducated.

                                Please take suitable action and reprimand the conductor whose actions are totally atrocious.

                                Abnormal toilet charges of ₹5/- per woman was collected on 22/07 /2017 in Kurnool main depot. The phone numbers to complaint were also destroyed. This is all happening very near and quite opposite to the police post on the flatform. Please control.

                                  We are residing at chinamushidiwada near by pendurthi. I observed so many times that passengers travelling on foot board who wanted to travel from 6to9am. To day one student met with an accident while getting in to the bus. By luck nothing happened to him. You have only limited buses at that peak time. Please provide some more direct buses towards gnanapuram railway station to facilitate travelers to reach station in time.in this time autos are coming very frequently and you are loosing your business. So please increase frequency in this 6 to 9 peak time to avoid foot board travel.

                                      There was bus failure of adn depot while coming from hyderabad. The failed due to air lock at jadcherla at 12:10 am. I had done reservation by paying rs.52 more than the base fare so that i can reach on time and safely. The officials were less concerned about the passengers and were asked to take other buses, while buses coming from hyderabad were all full as it was weekend and we were asked to travel by standing, though we waited for 3 hrs at jadcherla. The corporation dint even thought to arrange other bus and response from officials was disappointing when driver asked for the same.
                                      There should some mechanic at the bus ststions to handle such situations.
                                      Otherwise other bus should be arranged from nearest depot.

                                      Bus service no.6746 (Bangalore to Anantapur)is supposed to arrive Esteem Mall stop at 10:06PM but it always arrives after 11PM. This is happening continuosly 3rd time for me. We have to wait on road for more than one hour.

                                        I have booked a ticket from nellore to Visakhapatnam through apsrtc online on the date 27/6/2017 journey date 28/06/2017.but for network problem ticket booked and my seat hasn't confirmed from my account the has been deducted to apsrtc online account.smae time u called apsrtc customer care that person said that your money refund my with 7 working days and sujjested to send a mail to online.support.apsrtcinline.in
