Executiveengineer in irrigation and going to kakinada from vizag by apsrtc nonstop service. No3439 (Luxury). The clerk has collected rs.478.00at nonstop counter visakhapatnam rtc complex. Aps rtc is not providing any special buses on floating days. Hold all the buses for reservation what about the people who does not have reservations. Rtc either aps or ts never know how to manage and utilise the buses for public. That's why rtc always will be in loss. At mgbs there are so many organisers without use. They just will roam by wearing white shirts. I don't know why rtc is hiring those many organizers by giving that much of pay...

They have check points and officials are checking at Perecherla, Guntur Palnad Bus stand. But the timings are not being maintained at any time to Pallevelugu Passenger Buses. I have noticed a driver taking bribes from people to transport their goods to other places for this driver's are using government vehicles and making money. This has been happening for ages why don't you authorities take an action against these kind of people. This may lead to a huge damage to government and private agencies also we should not encourage these kind of people so please take care of that....

My complaint is with bus no ap11z 6719, whose bus driver bus driver see passenger standing and do not stop at all though his tendency look that he is going to stop and demands...

On 25th july 2017 i boarded bus no. Apo3z-0174 at mulbagal to bangalore. I produced senior citizen card issued by ksrtc, driving license as also pensioner card issued by my bank state ban k of india in support of my age. The conductor refused to accept these documents and insisted me to produce aadhar card. I told the conductor that since aadhar is a very vital document in the present day context which is not generally carried by any individual....

We are residing at chinamushidiwada near by pendurthi. I observed so many times that passengers travelling on foot board who wanted to travel from 6to9am. To day one student met with an accident while getting in to the bus. By luck nothing happened to him. You have only limited buses at that peak time. There was bus failure of adn depot while coming from hyderabad. The failed due to air lock at jadcherla at 12:10 am. I had done reservation by paying rs.52 more than the base fare so that i can reach on time and safely. The officials were less concerned about the passengers and were asked to take other buses, while buses coming from hyderabad were all full as it was weekend and we were asked to travel by standing, though...

I tried to book a ticket from bhimavaram to vizag on 24th june using apsrtc oprs payment. (order no. [protected]). I used indian bank internet banking for payment. However it was an incomplete transaction but money was deducted from my indian bank account . When i enquired, they told it will be refunded in 48hrs. But it did not happen. Kindly see to refund my money

I was waiting at the bus stop for tekkali - sompeta service at 8:30 pm on 15th june, 2017. But the bus didn't stop at the point. I had to go by bike for 3 more kilometres and catch the bus. When asked the reason for the same, driver answered very negligent with rude behavior. His answer to that was it was not rtc service and its hirer service. Depot srikakulam. I'm studying in one of the degree colleges in gopalapatnam. As it is a new academic year, i applied for the bus pass through online & took the application along with 10th marks memo to simhachalam depo. The simhachalam depo members simply told that they won't accept this application & they also said that apply for bus pass in my college only. They also suggested one of my college staff name (Who generally collects money for doing bus passes)....

I am a software engineer and i work in vishakapatnam. Recently i have used toilets in vishakapatnam bus stand and i was disappointed by the maintenance of the toilets. Despite of paying 2rs and 10rs for the toilets usage the maintenance is very bad. U observed the following issues
It is not hygienic.
