Not even giving change for rs.20 and behaving arrogantly in front of others.
Money that i should give should be rs.13 and i have given rs.20. She stated yelling at me saying what for you get into bus without even having change and bla bla. Finally she took change from bag gave it to me. Though she is having change she started shouting unnecessarily as if we are travelling for free. Please take some action teaching how to behave with passengers.

    I'm traveling to Vizag from Hyderabad.

    Started at 8pm in 12th January 2017. The actual departure time for Vizag is 7am. But I was in Vijayawada by 7am. I never heard that it will take 11 hours from Hyderabad to Vijayawada.

    I'm still traveling, I don't know when I will reach Vizag.

    They charged 50℅ additional for all special buses but maintaining the service like this.

    Worst service by Apsrtc.

      I have to travel from Hyderabad to Vijayawada and I have to board the bus at Miyapur Alwyn X roads at 11PM. I came to stop on time. The bus came and had crossed that stop without me boarding into it. The driver did not called me, I've called him and it was switched off. So I had tracked the bus and boarded it at Kukatpally. It is difficult for me to chase the bus in that traffic at that time. The driver instead replied very negligently. Do take a severe action against him immediately.

      I booked ticket from Chennai to Hyderabad i cancelled that e-ticket in online and i got message from apsrtc that they can refund money 834/- within 15days for my account but one month passed i did not get any refund from them please take action regarding this.

        I travelled on date 11/01/2017 in service 4563 which travels from Bangalore ..where driver takes pay from me 500 rupees due to festive season .. if I'm querying back the wired answer I GT frm him is management only taking money why I cannot .
        Why we need to pay additional amount if it s festive season ...

        Rather than APSRTC beggars are far better ...

          I am venugopal RaoDV, I have booked my seat by subject service no. For 24th decemeber 2016 to be started from bangalore at 18.30pm to ongole. The service was cancelled by the corporation and i have not received any information of cancellation. Person at inquiry counter at majestic was talking so rough, as if bus cancellation by apsrtc is also my fault. He was reluctant to give the correct information and careless toward the passenger. I took the another ticket by garuda at 09.30pm to ongole. After coming to ongole i cancelled my ticket (no.58496892; uidno.5827; service no.3875)but so far i have not received refund in my account.

              Service no:50818, dated 4/1/17at 14:38 from palamner to kuppam Apsrtc bus service conductor number:555592.pallevelugu busVery idiotic and harsh behavior of conductor to the fellow lady passenger.. Using such filthy language on the ladies like #### off She was carrying a small boy who was very ill. He wanted him to stand and the baby could not do so.. For that reason he started talking nonsense and shouting at the lady like a maniac. How can anyone talk so badly.. Please take action on this guy.

                Hi,

                There are no signals near the Appa Junction Roundabout. People get confused and the vehicles come from all directions. In take this route everyday for work.

                Please take this matter seriously from as it is a safety hazard for people taking this route regularly. Also there are no street lights in that area may be because of the army cantonment. Its very risky.

                  I have booked on line ticket in apsrtc on[protected] from ananthapuramu to kadapa for the bus at5.00a. M belongs to rayadurgam depo of ananthapurmu disrtct. But the service is cancelled due to back water of gandikota reservoir near at railway kondapuramu. The ticketamount has not been reimbursed to me so far.in this connection i have contacted to the apsrtc to the no [protected]. They informed me to contact depo manager of rayadurg. The depo manager phone is not working. I request to reimburse the the ticket amount at an early date

                    First of all it's not a complaint. It's just a suggestion for the great APRTC that it is better to have SHELFS in the daily bus services which are plying within the city. such facility will be beneficial to the students who are carrying their college or school bags and the citizens who go to their respective jobs along with lunch boxes or carriage of their meals. And such facility will also save place to stand in the bus. Thank you APRTC.

                      While doing reservation of a seat a male cannot book a seat beside female.
                      But some gents are booking the seats as female and sitting .
                      The conductor is not at all checking the details of ticket whether, he is male or female, ticket number, nothing . And the conductor's are not responding properly for our inconvenience. We are not comfortable to travel.The bus I have traveled is APSRTC No.5433 From Bangalore to Tirupathi.And I have booked my seat in two seater only.

                        I booked a ticket on 10/12/16. due to incompleate transaction money had cut from bank to apsrtc account.

                        i booked an ticket in apsrtc app on that time the ticket had not booked
                        perfectly because of technical problem the money had cut from my account in crop bank 519 rupees . after that, i had called customer care then they said after 2 days the money is refund. i booked my ticket 15 days before the money had not refund.

                          APSRTC bus service holding a number of - AP 03TC7779 on 28th December [protected]@11.am, collected unauthorized fare from me Manubolu to Nellore, where as the conductor collected fare from Gudur to Nellore, after questioning he informed me that bus is non-stop, & so he collected fare of Gudur- Nellore.
                          First thing is there is no display of non-stop board on bus & second thing is if it is non-stop why did it stop at Manubolu?
                          For their incorrectness why should a common man pay more? please take action against those people.
                          How to stop these activities at ground level & how should a common man act in those situations?

                            04th dec2016 from 4.30am i am wating for bus at kakinada main bus sation and bus already kept @ platform... Eagarly waiting and the actual time has been scheduled to start 5.0am driver also available... But conductor came slowly aftee 5.30am... Who is the responsible aprtc services conductor or driver... Bus first trip from kakinada to santhasramam. I came from vijayawada to kakinada around 4.30am. At that time only rtc bus available... They were killed my time. As a passenger i request to rtc management, plz donv't allot the duties ti irresponsible employees.

                              Central govt. waived off toll charges, but ur apsrtc charging toll fees.i asked conductor about this, he said it is higher official orders.In this critical situation also, u r trying to rob passengers.i travelled from anantapur to bangalore on 22rd November .there are 3 tollgates in highway 7.when i saw the ticket, toll plaza fees is charges as Rs 18.i asked conductor that toll charges are waived off till 24th of november.But he said that it is higher official orders.

                                Dear Sir, even though government announced to accept Rs.500 old notes in RTC, but the concerned conductors not accepting the same, conductor is asking get down in middle of the journer, very much hurted.

                                  One month gone - no reply or any action regarding the below complaint. You people testing our patience. I feel that the the case should be taken to consumer court.
                                  I had booked two tkts from tirupathy to chennai - service no 9184 and tkt no 55719586 departing at 19-45hrs for[protected]. I reached tirupathy bus stand by 19-00hrs from tirumala and enquired at apsrtc counter. The staff confirmed the timings and informed about platform no. As 1or 2. We went for light refresement and came back by 19-40hrs and waited near platform no 1and 2 till 20-15hrs. As bus did not turn up, again we went and enquired at the counter only to get the information that the we would have missed the bus and gave driver phone number. When we rang up, we were told that bus has left. The crew told that he tried to contact over phone but could not be reachable. Of course it is true as my phone charge was exhausted as i was up in tirumala and could not recharge my mobile. But my main point is that i have been waiting near platform 1&2 from 19-40hrs. How could have i missed? Iam quite sure that there was no non a/c apsrtc bus to chennai at that time near that platform.

                                  The result is that no use for me even by doing advance booking and i have to shell out extra money to reach chennai with quite mental agony
                                  Can that conductor show any evidence that the bus waited for us near platform 1& 2 during that time. If it is so the counter staff would have shown to us (If it is anything like time entry sheet). We have given complaint at that office and complaint sheet no.1255.
                                  Can i have any explanation for this and if i am not wrong can i get refund for this to continue to be apsrtc customer.

                                  The next day was vinayaka chaturthi and we want to be at our home town in time and hence we made reservation which was of no use and also caused mental agony whether we will make it or not.

                                  But it's departure at 07:50AM.IN LOG BOOK they signed tha time 08:00am.we are suffering.

                                    Apsrtc issued sur charge that too improper for regular buses on certain timings, the normal charge from chennai - kadapa normally would be 343 and now the same worst bus with bad condition on friday night or sunday return from kadapa - chennai would be doubled 566 and cat card not allowed, what the hell going on i think rtc want to shut down let it be worst management and worst decisions

                                      I traveled in APSRTC AMARAVATHI 11:30 PM service from vijayawada to Hyderabad. I paid 700/- rupees to my trip. I liked to traveled in that bus because of seat specific Television. But those are not working on that service. So why should they charged 697 rupees from me?. I would like to raise a complaint against this problem.
                                      I felt my journey like as normal AC bus. No difference when compared with other services. Private transportation is better in same price.

                                        I am frequent traveller through APSRTC.
                                        Ticket Number : 55936676, Seat No : 42, Service Number 2637
                                        from Kakinada to Bangalore left on 1 Nov @15:30 p.m but I received message the time of bus as 16:00.
                                        Because of this I missed bus and my money wasted. I didn't receive a call from the driver G Y Das.
                                        More than my money the trust I have on APSRTC lost.
                                        If the driver would have thought of waste of call by calling the customer then we could have paid him that call charges.
                                        I suffered a lot because of missing bus and lost complete trust on APSRTC.
                                        This is not the way to behave especially by driver who was supposed to call the customer.
                                        Raised complaint on the system that generated message with wrong time and on the driver who was supposed to call if the customer not arrived on time.I have already forwarded the message from system with wrong time to [protected].
                                        I haven't received any positive response yet on complete.
