I am Weekly passenger for Apsrtc from Kadapa to Bangalore and return.
I will travel in only 2 buses from kadapa.

I.e: Service No: 6073 and 50012

this two buses are super luxury buses and daily services from kadapa.
now bus fare is different for the two buses. Actual fare is 350 for the daily services.
why you have increased bus fare for few buses only ex:(50012).
please escalate the email for higher authorities and discuss with them as a member for common people.you are not providing any special benefits for the increase fare. Already you have added special buses for Diwali and fare 531.

you are looting the money from the common people. this is not at all fare for your people.

In the increase fare also you people are saying still the Apsrtc is in loses.
then who is the people are looting the money..

kindly escalate the email to higher authorities. this email is not writing only form me. This is request from all the passengers of Apsrtc.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am a regular travel to chennai on every sunday night 11/11:30 pm bus. During last two weeks (16 and 23), the conductors are charging 237 rupees instead of 165 rupees. In case of special bus we can understand but i dont under stand why normal bus also charging that amount. Kindly do check.

    Dear APS RTC,
    As on 12/10/2016 Amalapuram depo bus 0389 express service from Amalapuram to Bhimavaram not stopped at Pasarlapudi badava sai baba temple Request stop at evening17:00hrs which caused to inconvenience to me. Take civiar action on driver. Even Bhimavaram depo express services also not follow the process. Why drivers take such stupid decisions. Is it depo problem or drivers problem. In emergency time how can we travel with RTC. Definitely we lose the loyalty on RTC service. Same day some other passengers mis the Narsapur train. This is not small issue.

        I booked 50205 service from bangalore to mydukur seat no.38. Normal timing at iti gate is 11:12. As per apsrtc need to be there before 15 min. I reached it i gate at 10:40 for safer side. Now time is @12. I just call to bus driver he said they have just started from megistic. Will take min 40min to reach iti gate. Pethatic service by apsrtc. Hariibul.

          In all the shops of bus stand of armoor, nizamabad district they are using non-certified water packets and loose water in the armoor bus stand and they are frankly saying that we are getting high comissions by using these non certified drinking water in armoor and i said we need isi or fssai certified water packets then they are taking extra charge for the water packets and the loose water tastes like the bore water which is not filtered correctly that bore water they are selling for about 5rupees for 1liter in order to run any drinking water in the shop they should use isi certified packaged drinking water or fssai certified packaged drinking water we hope that you make a correct action and make some rules for the shops in the bus stand of armoor

            Yesterday i travelled to chittoor in tirupati-vellore bus ;the bus number is ap03z5159; drvcode512596& cond code 550759; the ticket no is126704dated[protected]; i had produced original photo id partsof cardsof my wife&myself for senior citizen concession. The conductor of the bus demanded the oblong portion of the id card for considering the concession, despite our showing the laminated photo id portions of the aadhhar card. Thus we were denied the legitimate concession by the conductor due to his lack o[censored]nderstanding. When we persuaded him to accept the proofs, he stated that he is carrying out the orders of the department. I consider this as dishonoring the credibility authenticity o[censored]nique id system issued by govt of india; as you are aware that the photo id part of the aadhar card with a cutting symbol (Scissors) implies enhanced portabilty& validity;thus a p sr t c had dishonored the grant of its own consession&the authenticity o[censored]iai of india. I am to add that on the return journey the same id card was honored by another conductor;how does it happen? Please arrange to redress my grievance&resolve the issue.. B. N. Murthy

              Now apsrtc is running buses without Conductor. Drivers in hire buses are operating ticket issuing machines while driving buses. This is very risky to the passengers. Apsrtc should withdraw it's idea to run conductor less services. Drivers are concentrating on tim machine and taking money and giving change to passengers while driving. If anything goes wrong the bus gets upside and all passengers will be at risk. When complained to depot managers they expressed their inability and have to follow orders of top management.

                The condition of washrooms available in tirupati bus station is horrible! We are asked to pay rs 5/- and the washrooms are in pathetic condtion.
                -no buckets, no water & unhygienic
                The city is been visited by thousands of people every day for the darshan of lord balaji, shouldn't these things been taken care?
                I humbly request the concerned team to take immediate action regarding this.
                We are paying and the amount should be effectively used in the maintenance.

                  I have requested earlier to run buses to jegurupadu village, kadiam mandalam, Rajamundry, east godavari district.But no action taken so far. There are no buses to jegurupadu since three years. Auto drivers are looting the passengers. Rich people are travelling through cars and bikes, but the poor people are suffering a lot, especially ladies and children.I there fore request the Rtc officials arrange to run the buses to jegurupadu.at the earliest.

                    We booked 3 seats in APSRTC SERVICE No.9304 - KADAPA T0 BHEL KEERTHI MAHAL. TKT No.56172532 journey dt;07.09.2016 @19.30 Seat Nos.8, 11, 12.
                    We have asked the conductor & also driver to get us alighted at Keerthi Mahal stop, BHEL, where our car is waiting to pick us. Since it is first time we booked to BHEL-Keerthi mahal, we specifically requested twice both the conductor & driver to inform at Keerthimahal -BHEL bus stop.

                    But we have been alighted at some other place by the bus crew stating that it is BHEL-KEERTHINAGAR Bus stop. After getting down the bus left eventhough we are inquiring whether it is the correct stop or not as the public there informed that it is lingampally signals. The conductor instead of responding to our call asked the driver to proceed. Infact we 3 only were there for BHEL-KEERTHIMAHAL DESTINATION on that day. We suffered a lot both physically and mentally while Auto drivers were asking for Rs.350 to 450 to go to our destination. We had to call one of our friends near our residence and explained the situation. The car waiting for us could not pick us. Finally my friend booked a cab through his known sources and we paid Rs.450/ to reach our residence. The mental agony caused to us by the bus crew is un-measurable.

                    Hence, we make this complaint to take necessary action against the staff and also claim compensation for the extra amount we paid and for the mental agony caused to us. If this complaint is not redressed properly, we don't hesitate to approach State consumer forum by filing case legally.

                    I am quite dissatisfied and would like to know what for the Indian consumer complaints forum is established? Is it just to receive the complaints & keep them. What action THE FORUM is capable of taking against the culprits? If you do not have any powers to take action for redressal of the complaint what for it is formed? You have informed that I will be getting solution in some days. But more than a month now. NO ACTION. VERY SORRY. PL INFORM WHETHER YOU CAN TAKE ANY REAL ACTION OR NOT?                       I travel every week from vijayawada to tadepalligudem in saturdays.
                      The ticket fare is 158, the conductor always charges 160rs.Even on asking the change he never gives it and very rude.
                      I have been travelling every week since last one year. Never they return the change.
                      Its almost 52 weeks and 2 rs per week. Its almost 104 rs from only me for one trip on just one day. Can you imagine how much of illegal amount he is making from all the trips from all fhe customers.

                      I had journey to day on AP02Z0272 bus from gonehal cross to Hillary at 9pm.

                      They were not stopping the bus in respective bus stop and he behaved rudely.
                      I HERD FEW WORFS FROM BUS CONDUCTOR WHICH ARE not acceptable .

                      He said it my bus and I served like my wish.

                      This is not good to here .please take care on this type of situations.
                      No stop the village holt why? then i ask the bus driver...? that person reply is this bus is contact basis... "MY BUS, MY OPTION, NOT RESSPONCE YOU and YOUR QUESTION. I DNOT CARE ANY THING" i say complaint higher official that driver replay is ఏమి పీకుంటావో పీకో.

                        I travelled on 26.08.2016 from bangalore to vijayawada. Points that every passenger observed.

                        1. Bus was waiting near konappana agrahara bus stop for more than 15 min even if all passenger from stop was boarded.

                        2. Driving was very slow. Through out electronic city and there was absolutely less traffic.

                        3. Reached majastic by late still bus was in wait mode till 07:50pm.

                        4. Reached kr puram by 8:50pm and bus was in wait mode till 9:30pm

                        5. Bus was again stopeed near kammat upahar for dinner.

                        6. Finally bus reached vijayawada at 8:45 am in morning

                        7. When multiple people asked the reply was due to rain. The funny thing here is it hardly rained.

                        8. What i want to highlight here is that, with this much of gaps if we can reach by 1:15m late. With proper halt mode we could have reached much before ariival time.

                        9. I would request you to take proper action so that everybody will be happy end of the day.

                        Note: somebody came to vijayawada entrance to collect some parcel from driving people. I really don't know whether the halt at kr puram majastic etc is to receive this parcel to the concerned person.

                          Hi, I would like travel frm Bangloore to VEmpalli frequently. I have to choose only APSRTC bec there no private travels in btw . Every time buses will come at least half an hour late and they don't respond Any calls . I don't know why APSRTC provide conductor number . If I ask why latest they mis behaving me even after problem is there side. Worst service and every time we are facing same problems. I think APSRTC recruiting roudies and goondads as a conductor or driver .

                            Dear sir,
                            This is satya kumar native of visakhapatnam. I am a frequent traveller from visakhapatnam to tuni and back. While returning i always finds that express and deluxe busses are not coming to tuni bus stop and directly going through highway. I had asked many times at the tuni enquiry, but they always replies in a easy manner that its not their fault and the timing chart it is useless as the driver wont comes to the bus stop but directly goes to visakhapatnam or further without stopping here. Im complaining about the buses which are supposed to stop and not the bypass services. Thank you

                              We suppose to catch a passenger bus (from kakinada to rajahmundry at mng 8am) at rajahmundry govt hospital which is a main halt for no. of students employees patients etc. today that driver driven very irresponsibility and he doesn't stop at major holts like arts college govt hospital lala chervu
                              We struggled a lot for his rash and irresponsible driving

                                The time is 4:26 and iam searching for an apsrtc bus to go to chittoor in vellore bus stand. Two apsrtc buses were boarding passengers but when i went near the bus the conductor standing near the door of the bus stopped me and asked where i want to go. I said "i want to go to chittoor". He told "no" even though chittoor is written as one of the intermediate stations on the side of the bus and it is not an express bus. One fellow (Iam not sure who he is) told me "this is the trend now-a-days". If intermediate stations are written on the sides of the bus, then why don't they allow passengers to travel to those places? It is not fair towards some passengers. At that time seperate apsrtc buses are not available to chittoor. What am i supposed to do? Wait till 6:00? For an apsrtc bus that is destined to chittoor or go for some private bus? In both cases it affects either me or the organization's self respect. I hope this changes after my complaint is processed. Thanking you in advance

                                    I booked a garuda bus ticket from vijayawada to visakhapatnam, i have came for pushkaraalu and completed everything. And now there is no proper information giving to passengers regarding the bus details, we rounded whole vijayawada. They even send didn't send me the bus details and driver number. My deep request to ap cm please don't celebrate all these pushkaraalu and stop troubling people actually i am huge fan to tdp but from now i hate it, 😡 bus service number 1570 vijayawada to visakhapatnam time: 22:00
                                    And the driver was arguing with us, stupid andhra bus drivers

                                      Frrom starting APS RTc in loss because of irresponsible drivers and management, Here I wanna tell something about pravite Travels they are giving very good service for people that's why they are aacquping RTc income upto 50%, Now I am traveling From Hyderabad to Allagadda, Actual time was 11:45 all people are waiting for move but there is no driver came upto 12:40, Finally We people wanna say one thing to management if you people will concentrate on it APS RTC will have a bright future ahead otherwise it will be in the losses untill drivers and management work together.

                                        I had very bad experience with apsrtc.

                                        I was travel on 8th bangalore to kadapa to bangalore in the service 9267. Bus no. Ap29z 3308 indra a/c, bus is very old and not conditioned, maintenance also very worst. I bus staring point onwards ac not working. After some time bus engine also not working. Bus driver and their officials are cheated public. Bus driver telling we are arranging bus. Currently we have express bus available. They bus came after 1:30 with full of passengers. They cheated passengers. After that they are currently all buses are full. You need to travel standing only. We ask back our money they are telling we can't back money. We are 41 people suffered 6 hours. There is no responsibility depot manager and diver to make alternative arrangements.

                                        Please understand passengers need and provide good services accordingly.

                                        If management will provide same services to the passenger in future also apsrtc wont service in profitable way.

                                        This is my sincere appeal to the management.

                                        This is Harsha G Bus no 2827 from Gokavaram to BHEL yester day night i get in the bus on 10.30 pm actual time is 8.45 pm, my seat no is 5 seat it is not good push back button is not working, T. V not working, The bus go very slowly this 2nd time I am facing the problem, all are suffered alot .
                                        Please look at the issue solve as early as possible.
