Today 21st march 2018 at 7:45am at eluru bus stand, driver of the bus with driver id : 0hb1618 hesitant to say his name behaved very rude with passengers boarding the bus. There was no reason for his anger and bus was half empty at that time. Driver was very hurry in moving bus and shouted/scolded with unparliamnetary language to passengers to take tickets at the counter and then board the bus. As passenger was in hurry to attend office interviewand the bus was moving from the point he said he will take the ticket at vatlur counter. Driver got angry and scolded the passengers to get down from the bus immediately.
The same thing driver might have told with a soft tone, instead of shouting. These people should understand they are public servants and behave properly with the public. They should first understand their salaries are being paid with public money.

I have booked ticket online and because of some reason payment failed.
There was nothing wrong on my side .
Why the service charge of 2.5 % was charged to me??
There is no meaning in deducting amount of customers when there is an issue with APSRTC.

    Apsrtc vovvo bus from bangalore to kkd service no:2636
    Dear sir,
    Apsrtc sending messages to the passengers on moble regarding crew details before starting the journey.
    But your crew will never lift phone. They are telling mobiles are not working, we are not responsible.
    The crew is very adament, they don't know how to speak with customers. Please give training to do good service.
    If passenger is not available at stop as per trip sheet, kindly ask crew to call the passenger on mobile, which ksrtc crew is doing. Learn things from other organisations.
    Do good service for servival.

      Respected sir/ madam. This is really embarrassing to complain about our state members. I don't know driver name but the bus number is ap31z0363 driver abused me while i, m driving on road. He did rash driving and abused me and went. Please teach them traffic rules and minimum ethics to live in this society. This incident happened on sat - 10th march, 2018. At the time of 6-15. It's not fair for him to do like that and that too at the time of traffic. I feel this will be resolved soon. Thank u.

      I was travelled in this bus on 19/03/18. I was given 10 rupee coin for my ticket but the conductor did not accepted it and refused to take that coin. He says apsrtc says no accept that coins. is there any rule to refuse the coin? RBI says accept 10rupee coin but why the apsrtc refusing the coins?

        We all the students have Bus Passes and we got into the Bus and Conductor stated that student passes are invalid today and punched the tickets after taking the tickets we asked him about reason why pass is invalid today He just stated that he is not interested to see Passes he is out of mood so punched the tickets.
        Need to take up action on such stupids

          Service number 2601 vja-amp bypass express didn't come to the platform. Even driver dint call us. At enquiry they told bus passed away at 5:10 without intimation. Even announcement was not given. I request you to take action against the driver. Make sure that this mistake doesn't repeats again. We waited at bus station for 1 hr 40min so we request you to consider this complaint.

              Apsrtc drivers are doing a pathetic public service without picking the passengers who have done the online booking of bus tickets. Even after reaching the boarding destination half an hour before and trying to reach driver they are not picking the phone and later point of time after frequent calling it is updated that they have crossed the boarding destination and giving the excuses that passenger phone is not reachable. Even we had tried to reach the tc or inspector who will be the incharge of scheduling such trips provided in message sent to us during booking well in advance before the destination boarding time but they have updated that bus is still in bus stand and it will take time to reach the destination. There in guarantee from apsrtc for any pick up for online booking

              I hereby submit that on 26/2/2018 an amount of rs 1212 has been deducted from credit card by Apsrtc hyderabad authorisation code 072876..BUT to my surprise no ticket has been issued. Hence i request to refund as the transaction has failed from your end whereas the credit card debit has taken place.

                Mobile: [protected], today on 20th february 2018, while iam travels through rajahmundry to anaparthy, i gave one 10 rupees coin and one 10 rupees note, but the conductor rejected the 10 coin. That was not a fake coin.
                So please take action on that conductor.

                The apsrtc bus i boarded this morning is the worst i have ever seen. The driver hasn't shifted to third itself and even share autos are chasing us. This bus is charging very high fare but not even worth it. Very low speed, bad bus condition and the driver drives into interior area while this bus should take highway. This bus has crossed gummidipoondi at 6.30 am and i couldn't see the bus number.

                    I am citizen of Andhra pradesh I Regularly travelling in Apsrtc city Buses in vijayawada city premises.

                    From very few days the conductors in city buses are commanding towards passenger in vulgar language.

                    Unnecessarily arguing with passengers in city bus.

                    As a citizen we know our Rights and duties and following rules and regulations of apsrtc.

                    But conductors are authoritating on passengers unnecessarily and involving into our personal matters.

                    I request the concerned authorities to take action on bus conductors and all staff to please don't involve in passenger personal matters.

                    We already informed to apsrtc call centre but no response from them.
                    They are hesitant to take a complaint from passenger of apsrtc.

                    So i am legally planning to proceed in this
                    Issue and to file a case on apsrtc.

                    I am expecting a legal necessary action from you. If not i will follow my procedure.

                      I have booked a ticket in apsrtc from tenali-bhel-keerthi mahal service no: 4320 driver: k. S. Rao contact no.: [protected] which is scheduled at 29-jan-2018 21:00.

                      My concern is bus is delayed for 3 hours at tenali due to a/c issue. They have arranged a regular bus instead of a/c.

                      I spoke to dept. Manager, he hang up with out listening what i am saying. ([protected] manager number)

                      I have a job interview where i have to report 08am morning. This won't happens because i couldn't reach at time.
                      The dept manager is irresponsible.
                      Coming to drive, after reaching vijayawada he on his way to sell tickets to fill the bus.

                      I need justice to my bus fair, time i waisted because of delay
                      Drive should prechecking the bus condition before he starts trip.

                      I know this compaint, will be ignored.

                      I have my own ways to resolve this issue and take action.

                      I have taken the passenger reference who traveling along with me.

                      Taken the pictures of bus what we have allotted.
                      I have recorded call, what i spoke to manager.

                        I am very irritated with the delay of buses every time. The response from the driver is very rude. I am shocked to it. The actual bus time of rajamundry to hyderabad is 10:45 in tallapudi. To the same time the bus still in rajamundry. This is not the first time as we'll. Please kindly take action towards it. And important thing is the rude behavior of drivers and conductor's. They are very careless towards the elders. They shout and make fun of them. These are things should be controlled. Thank you for the service.

                            This happened on our way from Tirupathi to Madanapalle yesterday. The driver behind the wheel of this APSRTC bus must have been on dope to be driving like this! In fact, I started filming after he made a similar move on us! In our case, both we and a Toyota Innova coming in the opposite direction had to come to a complete stop for him to be able to overtake us without hurting either party.

                            A.P.S.R.T.C. - Will you take action against this driver for such irresponsible driving and live up to your promise of providing a safe and comfortable journey?

                              I'm booking a ticket by mistakenly selecting female in place of male. But my ticket booking is confirmed and money deducted. But rtc driver refused to travel my cousin in bus. I told to driver that i show ticket number and all references. The one and only reference vb is ticket number and corresponding phone number. After few minutes i asked for television in bus. That is not working but they collect money for all facilities

                                I am sashank i am software professional and i was very dissipointed in paying for toilets its public property and looting like pigs u apsrtc people who are responsible people for this toilets.in vijaywada bustand and who the hell are u to cost for toilets. Thats why everyone is pouring toilts in bustand premises. Shameonu people. Who are taking for money even for toilets. Please take action on this and make it cost free it is our right for people who are passengers to ask. My friends who are otherstates are laughed at me for being victims for this incident and laighed ant my state. Very dissipointed and u are resposible for this to make my head bow down.

                                  I am frequent visitor from proddatur to kadapa via mydukur. While passing mydukur it is a night mare. Road condition is worst and no action taken for years. Bus condition is additional problem the this road. At lease one cement road is sufficient, i feel shame to travel in this road. Please consider this as a sincere request and take appropriate action.

                                    Bus chennai - puttaparthi 25/12/17 h. 7pm - 6 am, service code name 6886.
                                    When we stopped the first time i asked the drivers the toilet. They were already eating, but the toilet wasn't there, we (Especially women) must arrange in the street. 3 min after they stopped close to shops and restaurants. We i asked why they didn't tell me before they shouted "go to the toilet, go, go", treating me really bad.

                                      On[protected] morning 8oclock i have boarded visaka palasa bus at ramvarapadu. I have asked the driver whether seats are there or not twice. He said seats are available but the moment i've got in to the bus not even one seat was available and the driver started the bus. I've got to travel the entire journey by standing. The conductor also spoke very rudely with every passenger not even giving minimum respect. He spoke like he was the bus owner and the passengers were servants. This behaviour is to be changed. I want you to take action against them. If my complaint is not answered i have to go to right to information act authorities.
