I have booked a ticket in apsrtc from tenali-bhel-keerthi mahal service no: 4320 driver: k. S. Rao contact no.: [protected] which is scheduled at 29-jan-2018 21:00.
My concern is bus is delayed for 3 hours at tenali due to a/c issue. They have arranged a regular bus instead of a/c.
I spoke to dept. Manager, he hang up with out listening what i am saying. ([protected] manager number)
I have a job interview where i have to report 08am morning. This won't happens because i couldn't reach at time.
The dept manager is irresponsible.
Coming to drive, after reaching vijayawada he on his way to sell tickets to fill the bus.
I need justice to my bus fair, time i waisted because of delay
Drive should prechecking the bus condition before he starts trip.
I know this compaint, will be ignored.

I have my own ways to resolve this issue and take action.
I have taken the passenger reference who traveling along with me.
Taken the pictures of bus what we have allotted.
I have recorded call, what i spoke to manager.
Please take action asap.
This would be another reference for me, as i raised compaint but no action taken.
