Respected sir,

I was waiting at the bus stop for tekkali - sompeta service at 8:30 pm on 15th june, 2017. But the bus didn't stop at the point. I had to go by bike for 3 more kilometres and catch the bus. When asked the reason for the same, driver answered very negligent with rude behavior. His answer to that was it was not rtc service and its hirer service. Depot srikakulam.     I'm studying in one of the degree colleges in gopalapatnam. As it is a new academic year, i applied for the bus pass through online & took the application along with 10th marks memo to simhachalam depo. The simhachalam depo members simply told that they won't accept this application & they also said that apply for bus pass in my college only. They also suggested one of my college staff name (Who generally collects money for doing bus passes). This means that depo members are linked up with my college & both institution members collecting bribe indirectly from the students itself.

    Actually we had suffered suffered lot with A.P.S.R.T.C Services.. toady due one Bus conducter we had missed our bus today at tadepalligudem.. and after that we had Complained to D.M (Depot Manager) As we complained for him about that issue He wulgarly answered us.. And we had some call record with us

      I am a software engineer and i work in vishakapatnam. Recently i have used toilets in vishakapatnam bus stand and i was disappointed by the maintenance of the toilets. Despite of paying 2rs and 10rs for the toilets usage the maintenance is very bad. U observed the following issues
      It is not hygienic.
      It is not clean
      Full of water leakage
      Foul odour
      As a responsible citizen i want to take up of the issue to the government and hoping that you will consider my complaint and resolve the issues asap and make vizag bus stand much more cleanlier then now.

        I traveled from vizag to anakapalli on[protected] through telugu velugu bus no:ap9255 cond no:751076 dri no:257 tn-c09790. I gave rs.100/- note to the lady conductor (Name not known) and she give me 16/- and told to ask balance 50/- at my halt i.. E, at anakapalli. While i getting down i asked her about balance 50/-. But she is telling that i gave her only 50/-. I am not bothering about 50/- just like this type of persons (Conductor) your apsrtc shall come bad name. So its my humble request to the management to punish her and see not to face this type of problems to anybody.in future.

        Hope you will punish this type of persons

        asked for half ticket for our child who is 10 years old to the conductor no.576102 travelling from anantapur to kurnool. He argued with us and issued full ticket to that girl. We r unsatisfied with ur service.

When i approached your authorities to get the facility of student pass, they ask me to go to kovvur station for bus pass. It is being difficult me to get the student bus pass every time. Today bank is not accepting deposits on the plea that PAN freezed. previously personal PAN of Depot Manager was attached to account.             I booked online 2 tkts to vijayawada (Both way) from hyderabad in semi luxury serv (Do this bld* corp heads know the meaning of luxury???) unhygienic seats, engine noise etc... If you see driver cabin its horrible i don't understand how he is sitting and driving... Is there union leaders are sleeping!! They r only bothered about giving speech sitting in a/c rooms

              I want to share a worst expereince with the ap transport and its is completely non acceptable.

              1.) i planned for the trip for the tirupati on 27th may 2017 from the apsrtc and i booked the bus under the abhi application.

              The timing was 3:10 pm and we were waiting near the kr puram over bridge and spoke with the driver of the garuda bus (Service nos 2636) they told that the bus will be waiting near the foot step bridge, we were waiting for the bus and it was late for around 45 min.

              After 45 min delay the bus came and crosses the bridge infront o[censored]s and didn't waited i tried to call the bus and they was simply going and not stopping and then i don't know they waited after the kr puram bridge near some other temple. Then i told that i before the bridge and you just crossed the bridge please wait for some time as i was with my family member and a children they didn't stopped and they ran away and finally i have told that i will be coming upto hoskotek still they didn't waited and they ran away.

              They are not refunding the money for the non onboarded...

                We were travelling from tirupathi to hyderabad on 11th june 2017 @8.30 pm. Service no : 96547. Driver name b. S manyam. Phone no:[protected]. On the way. We the passenger suggested him to drive slow. Then also he was driving rashly. That he can't control the bus for few seconds. We are getting fear and few ladies in the bus were afraid. Sitting at the back seats. We told him to stop the bus or otherwise let's go to depot. I told him i will complaint against you to the dm of your belonging depot. He was saying ya go on. Then i tried calling toll free number. It was not in use. So this is the thing the government employees behave with the public. And playing with other passengers life. I request to suspend him from the work. Who can not do his work properly for the common people. Take action against him. Hope the same from the department.

                  Today iam waiting for bus when i asked, in enquiry he said that bus will come 9 pm, i asked 8:30 pm. After one hour he will say bus will come another half an hour, these is the irresponsible duty's and irresponsibility because of he is government employee so negligence. Why government is given jobs like this type of employment.

                  Iam waiting still 9:40 but no bus is coming.
                  I asked a question about rtc
                  Why maintain depots??
                  Private traveller is so better than rtc???
                  Why employment???
                  Why irresponsible???
                  Where customer services???
                  Late nigts busses also???

                    Bus number ap16z0488. Garuda service. The driver rash (Elder driver) behaviour and refused to ticket to nellore, only giving to vijayawada and hardly say to get down. The time is 1 o clock mind night. We suffer a lot. I am travelling 10 to 15 on my job purpose. This sad thing the time. We respect aprtc. But the behavior of that driver is not good with a passengers and suffering us midnight. I think he drunk.

                      My name is N.N.Babaji. I have tried to book 5 seats in your service no.3704 of Masulipatnam depot from Guntur to Bangalore on 6.5.17 for travelling on 7.5.17. Though the amount of Rs.3654/- was deducted from me the tickets were not issued. Your transaction no. is 219223. Though 17 days have passed the amount was not refunded to me. It may be refunded immediately

                        I have placed an order for two car vaccum cleaner and one fast mobile charger vide order ni #[protected]. I received today 4.5.2017 only one box containg only one vaccum cleaner. The amount i paid as per the invoice pasted on the box Rs 639 to the currier man with a belief that all my ordered items are there. After the currier man left my place I found only one vaccum cleaner was there where has he has collected full amount for my three items. I kindly request you to deliver the rest of the item immediately so our faith on SHOPCLUE is maintained. Hope you will react immediately and do the needful.

                            Hi,

                            I have travelled in apsrtc on 21/4/2017.

                            I was 15 minutes late for boarding, driver shouting on me for delay.

                            The reason for delay is, i have reached on time to bus stop. I have called driver and asked where is the bus. He said it is in front of kalamandir (That is one of the bus stop in hyderabad, kukatpally). I have searched there and there is no bus standing in that place. I have called him again he said same thing again. I am frustrated and went to help desk and asked where is this * service number bus. He said it is opp site to rs brothers (That is one of the bus stop in hyderabad, kukatpally). So i went there for boarding the bus. When i reach there driver is shouting on me that i am late.

                            He is not realising that he said wrong name of the stop. And scolding on me. And there was continuous discussions and shouting till complete journey between both o[censored]s.

                            I want to raise an issue/complaint against the driver. Just to change his behaviour on customers.

                            I will provide the details like service number, doj, pnr number, ticket number detail, photos in case you need.

                            Please let me know if you need any more details from my end.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I submit that while purchasing bus ticket for travelling from SRIKAKULAM to VISAKHAPATNAM by Non-Stop Bus on 18.04.2017, the ticket issuing Clerk has refused to give the Senior CItizen concession based on my Aadhar Card. The reason for the refusal as stated by the Clerk was that the Aadhar Card does not bear the full details of my date of birth( i.e. 10.02.1957), but it only contains the year of my birth ( i.e. 1957). Then, I produced my Driving License which contains my date of birth as 10.02.1957 and requested to give the concession. But, the Clerk has out-rightly refused to oblige my request. Then, I had to purchase tickets( for me and my wife) by paying full value of the tickets Rs.250/-( Rs.125/- per ticket.). Immediately, I tried to approach the Bus Station Manager, but he was not available at his seat. Since, the bus was about to start and I had to catch train at Visakhapatnam, we rushed and got inside the bus.

                              Here, I want to submit that during my onward journey to Srikakulam by the same APSRTC Non-Stop Bus Service on 16.04.2017, the booking clerk has provided concession based on my Aadhar Card details. But the Clerk at Srikakulam was discourteous towards me and refused to oblige my request even after producing the above documental evidence( Aadhar Card & Driving License).

                              I attained 60 years of age on 10.02.2017 and retired as Chief Manager of a reputed Public Sector Bank in February, 2017. I am quite humiliated and agonized to face such a treatment from APSRTC employee.

                              In this context, I request that necessary steps may please be taken to avoid such discourteous treatment ( leave alone the monitory loss) towards Senior Citizens. The details of my journey are furnished hereunder:

                                  I would like to bring to your notice that i am travelling with my family in my own car from madhurwada to visakhapatnam today i. E on 12 apr 2017. As i am passing on highway by zoological park at around 8.10 pm an apsrtc super luxury bus from palasa depot going to bhadrachalam with no ap30z 0151 overtook from left side so close to our car and came infront of my way for which i have to slow down all of a sudden close to the kerb. As people have lot of respect and good will towards apsrtc buses and their drivers, the person driving the bus is well against that. Please take necessary action and counsel him accordingly.

                                    As I reserved the bus ticket on 08/04/2017 from Vijayawada to kakinada, service no2590, 21:30. My ticket no is 62046878 and my seat no is 18. Due to traffic jam I couldn't reach origin and even instead of that I didn't received any SMS alert from APSRTC OR CONCERCERN DRIVER CALL ALSO.
                                    I conveyed all info to driver, where I catch the bus @ramavarappadu center due to your technical problem.
                                    I travelled from vijayawada standing position.
                                    Even I requested and conveyed the driver to provide my concern seat no18 to me. He said that not possible to provide my seat no18. to me.
                                    Please take action against this kind behaviour with driver.
                                    Due to your technical problem.
                                    The driver said that my ticket was cancelled. But which hasn't cancelled.aAs I didn't received the confirmation msg for my ticket cancellation.

                                    As I already posted the complaint and the bus details as attached below on[protected], service no 2590 from vijayawada to kakinada . My reservation reg no is 62046878. Time 21: 30.
                                    Take action against bus driver due to not provided my reservation seat no18 . Due to your technical problem I didn't received any SMS or call and cancellation of my ticket as well told by the driver.
                                    Due to traffic jam I couldn't reach the origin on time 21:30. Meanwhile also I didn't a single phone call or SMS alert from APSRTC.
                                    Where as I caught the bus at RAMAVARAPPADU circle.
                                    But driver didn't respond and not provided my reservation seat. Instead of providing the seat the driver harshly told me that If you want to complaint. You make a complaint to APSRTC.
                                    SO, please take action.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I traveled from hyderabad to tirupathi last friday on 31/3/17 through amaravathi service (47144 / bhel (Brmd) - tpt). He stop the bus in a jungle called jadcherla in a hotel. We request him to stop for some time in mgbs to have dinner it already 9 clock at mgbs but he did acceoted and stop the bus in that place at 10:45 and its an expensive hotel minim price for tiffin is 40 rupees +, and if we like to purchase any thing in the canteen they are selling all 5+ plus and the seller is saying that it is for coaling charges. Request to take an action on this and make sure to make the stop in authorized out let only.

                                      As per my knowledge he is carry some luggage from out side of the bus stand and delivering our side of the bus stand. It is unauthorized.

                                        The 1'0 clock apsrtc bus from proddatur to Bangalore which was supposed to leave at 1'0 clock hasn't arrived to the stand till 01:25. Service no of bus is 50204. I have called the driver but he says he is coming but no trace of bus till now. The bus starts from proddatur itself it's not coming from somewhere else. I have come at 12:45 and had to wait for the bus for almost 45 min. Hope this attitude change and driver's maintain timings

                                        Trying to book ticket from Chimakurthy to Hyderabad, 408 rs on Monday and 490 rs on Sunday. Why this?
                                        Please maintain consistent record and not to behave like private travels.
