I am a retired bank manager. Today morning at 7.30am i boarded the passenger bus bearing no. Ap28z3890 from narasaraopet (Nrt) to guntur (Gnt). I have my aadhaar card in my mobile and showed it to the conductor but she expressed her inability to extend the concession accorded by the government of a. P stating that surprising squad authorities are insisting for hard/physical copy of the aadhaar. When i requested dm narasaraopet, he advised her to extend concession and he also requested me to carry the physical/hard copy of the aadhaar card next time.

In this context i wish to place on record that the government of a. P is moving forward with e-governance in line with government of india. It is not correct to insist hard/physical copy to extend the concession when the person himself/herself is showing the photo copy through his/her mobile that too the photo on aadhaar card tallies. The government of india, though nad national academic depositary, getting the academic certificates gets digitally deposited. Even in case the certificates lost by the candidates, they are assured of jobs and processing of visas

Under this scenerio, if it is insisted like this, the purpose of e-governance is defeated. I, therefore, put my appeal to the authorities concerned to direct the squad authorities as well as the conductors to extend the concession to senior citizens in such events, without insisting the hard copy of the aadhaar card

I am happy with the services of apsrtc in the ap.
I request your anantapur depot planing management to review the number of bus services available in the peak business hours from 8am to 9 am from narpala to anantapur.
Due to lack busses availability passengers are availing private autos. This retards the economy of apsrtc.
I request you to please run as many busses as possible in the business starting hours and closing hours. This constructive action helps both organisation and public..

1. Service number 47469 from Tirupati to Bangalore scheduled to depart at 1700 hours on 21st July 2018 arrived at the stand at 1730 hours after multiple follow up with the enquiry counter with officials who had no clue about the status of the service
2. For the cost of the ticket, the bus is very old and in a pathetic condition with broken seats at multiple places
3. Even after arriving so late the bus crew were in no hurry to depart or make up for the time to destination and were very casual stopping at multiple places including a long dinner break at 10pm still somewhere close to Palamaner at which time the service was expected to be close to Bangalore
4. The conductor of the bus was not in uniform which is very unusual and is rarely seen in State run buses across states. This didn't speak well about the crew

Overall, very unsatisfactory service not worth the price and causing significant inconvenience in terms of the huge delay. It was an equivalent of a town bus service

We ladies are booking seats in advance for safety, but why are you allowing gents to book beside seat. I have experienced the same problem many times. This is a serious problem whichany ladies are facing. Even I have seen many complaining about this You people are not looking at this... Very shame on. Look at this issue as this is not safe for ladies. You being government service this is not at all good, As you have to look at our safety.

Dated 18/07/2018, I travelled on apsrtc Telugu velugu bus from ramachandrapuram to kakinada. Its number Is AP28Z 5886.
The bus is very old and I think it is obsoleted already.
It is not in a running condition and RTO may be fraudulent to certify this bus. It is repaired when it reached Karapa(10km from Kakinada).
Why rtc don't thinking about consumer time and money.i had an interview on this date and went the interview centre on autorikshaw.
I want to intimate that it is always overloaded by passengers and conductor don't care and wants only more collection for the day.
They only wants to more revenue and don't even respect and respond consumers.
I need to complain on the linked persons of this bus to higher authorities.
PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE AND TIMELY ACTION.

While traveling from podili to kanigiri bus conducter told that full fare age of aperson is 10 .witout knoweldge of the bus fares he charging more unncessarily

please track the complaint based on ticked number enquiry the conductor he is telling like that he instructed as like that.
I explained the conductor while we booking in online online charges are taking as half charge my child but you are telling that full fare age 10, he not listening and saying that it might be in TSRTC .I repatedly told him no sir full fare age is 12 but he never considerd my request.He charged as he like unnecessary. I showed him on line fares .Then he asking me proofs.An argument is occured with him.Condyctors must behave in frindly manner with passenger otherwis Our APSRTC willbe loss the faith of people.

Rash driving by the bike rider at rk beach vizag near to kursura museum. The biker ran away after hitting the car. On being followed, he didn't stop and ran away. He eloped with a girl who might have suffered injuries because of his rash driving.
The bike registration number is ap31cm7069.in is an humble request to take charge of people like him and make the city safe.

Yesterday & today, there r no buses between guntur and mangalagiri, between mangalagiri and inavolu. Passengers r waiting for hours together at mangalagiri bus stand for these buses. Apsrtc not able to operate palle velugu buses between mangalagiri and guntur, between mangalagiri and secretariat. Eventhough mangalagiri falls under rajadhani area there is no buses not even palle velugu or telugu vellugu buses for every fifteen minutes between mangalagiri to guntur, mangalagiri to secretariat. I request official head of apsrtc to initiate action for convenient of passengers staying at mangalagiri as guntur, mangalagiri, inavolu, mandam other neerukonda falls under amaravathi.

Amaravati service (5709 - nlr-bng) yesterday got cancelled by apsrtc and there was no information provided to me either by sms/email.

The website showed that the bus got cancelled. But when i called them for the first time for the service status, the cc rep gave me the driver's phone number and even told that the service is running.

At the bus stop the apsrtc inquiry people doesn't have any clues about the bus and told me to go to a different counter for the information. The second counter people told that my tickets got cancelled. When i called the customer care second time, the person asked for my ticket number and then told that the service got cancelled.

I had to wait along with my family and my daughter is 3.5 years at the bus stop without any clues of the service cancellation. I had to catch a different bus with lot of difficulty and reached bengaluru.

When i browsed the website today, i am not able to see booking history option. Its very bad behavior from the apsrtc organization. They should have informed the customer about the service cancellation.

I want to file a complaint against elesvaram bus stand depo manager. Sir, there is no board signing exact information of a bus departure and arrival. None in the depo officers were responding to the request for information regarding the bus arrival. I have to catch a bus on 17th june at 12:30 pm which officers in the depo said right time and the bus was not arrived even after 2’ o clock in the afternoon. They need to be taken a severe action regarding the higher officials.

The people from village are also part of the country and they should be treated with respect. They are also citizens of this country.

Please kindly respond on the complaint against elesvaram bus stand depo manager. So they maintain exact bus timings and they will be responsible for their work.

There was a huge inconvenience for us while traveling from vijayawada to sukuma by jagadalpur bus which is at 9:15pm. While the journey despite knowing the capacity of bus, the driver and conductor were so greedy that they allowed whole lot of tribal people into the bus. The money they are collecting from the tribal people are not provided with any ticket (Which is illegal in the first place and least bothered about reservation candidates). There was not even an inch space to move, people are falling over one another. Here im attaching few photos as proof. Kindly react on this concern and take necessary steps to prevent overload of buses.

I am traveling from tirupati to guntur in super luxury bus it travels from tirupati to gudiwada at 11:00pm. Exactly at 4am they dropped all passenger's from bus at kavali busstand outside and they went for some repair it has been over 1hour but they didn't came till nowall the passengers are struggling so much at this night time that too even ladies are their they dropped not even in busstand outside of busstand some where near drains what the hell is this apsrtc is having good name because of this type of members it's getting bad name

Sir i am a student of vidyanikethan clg tirupati. Today at 6pm i boarded a bus from tirupati to piler. The bus driver and conductor are hesitating to stop bus at any stage on the way. Its not full but they were feeling to be free. Asked them about why they are doing this. They said it was police order to keep the bus free. I hope you take up over them. Thank you

As we know passengers are potential /primary contributor to run organisation of apsrtc but your conductor of ap28z5444 (Tiruvuru depot krishna district ap) bus was restricted me to enter in the bus at jaibhavi stop to go to tiruvuru bus stand. He says he closed sr. I was asked him how you closed sr before crossing all the stops, he started quarrelling with me both conductor and driver with rude language. I requested him that i will buy a ticket what ever costs but conductor and driver both are ordered me to get down from bus. I have a navya cat card since two years and have good relation ship with apsrtc. This incident hurts me and it may corrupt corporation image. Hy my name is Sarath I'm one of the passenger travelling from Vijayawada to ghantasala bus today @12/06/2018 at 7:00 pm and bus number is *****AP16TG3708******, i want to coMplaint about driver name (swami )Vijayawada dipo bus and he is talKing on Mobile from kankipadu to ghantasala one of the co passenger I want it to be taken seriously regardingly and i already told to the customer care member... Kindly plzz take care of about passengers today it was safe but Tomorrow it won't be like that ...

Bus number ap02- z0129. Bus is having problem it’s running is speed of 20 to 30km speed even though the roads are good and free space. The route is bangalore to anatapur. I request bus depot manager/mechanic to have a check on this bus. If there is trouble don’t send those buses to the route it will irritate passengers. Hope this will be issue will be considered

Sir, in chittoor - vellore metro bus one conductor behaving very rudely. His conductor id was 555202. He don't giving respect to anyone. He shouting like a dog with everyone. He don't have minimum commonsense. He don't know behave with passenger. I don't know how he got that job. Uneducated person can do this job sincerely. Minimum respect should give to passenger. He scolding passenger. Please take necessary action on him.

Conductor bearing id number 406503 has charged half ticket to two twin children who are born on 20.08.2013, who are not completed 5years age.
We also produced children's birth certificate and their adhaar...
But the conductor have made a nuecens and ordered us to get down the bus if you do not pay the half tickets to these two children.

On 14 may 2018 travelled on ap28z 4377 from ashram to tanuku 2 adult 1 child the conductor denaid to give half ticket in reasons of boy studies 6 class and age of 11 yrs and he forced to take full ticket, stopped the bus to get down the bus. I was ashamed, take three full tickets and i travelled. While in the bus i showed him the proof of age and website of rtc for getting half tickets for 12 yrs in my cell phone. He behaved rudly, get down, ran towards depot without any answering. Take necessary action against him.
