While myself and wife travelling on my bike on mentioned date and time. The bus driver didn't maintained distance between with front vehicle and the bus. He hit me from the back and damaged my vehicle. My wife got hurt.
He responded to me in a very rude way. The conductor and driver asked to complaint and said they don't care about anything.
They also denied to tell me the names for log a complaint.
I demand apology form both driver and conductor for their rude behavior.
Please take necessary action.

I booked a bus ticket from Kurnool to Hyderabad as per the schedule the bus should be here at 5pm.Now it's 6pm.This is not the 1st time. I have not reached my destination in t, if the bus is getting delayed we the passengers should atleast get an update that the bus is getting delayed.So, That we can plan an alternative. I know you are receiving a lot of complaints like this you are going to ignore this just like the others.

Nandayal District, Velugode (Mandal) Velugode Village, New RTC Bus station Public Toilets, Septic Tank get over flow and breaks down it is not working good so please remove that septic tank and construct new septic tank .
that's old septic tanks overflow with waste and drainage water, and gives very bad smell as well as pigs and some animals also come in that waste drainage water that waste water take over flow on the road and near the houses,
DM not taking any actions on that, they said we don't have funds to do that works, APSRTC Is now in the government of Andhra Pradesh.

Iam shaik Shahinsha, Iam travelling to my home town Nandyal from Kurnool in APSRTC (NANDYAL DEPO) bus..I had experienced a worst behaviour of conductor. The conductor who used to give tickets in bus abusing in unparliamentary language.Due to his age I didn't say anything infront of other passengers. he also abused other lady passenger infront of others.The lady entered into bus without knowing that is single stop bus. Because of this staff behaviour our APSRTC goodwill is getting damaged. I request the DM to take action against him.

A driver driving amaravathi bus with the no ap16z0572 drove rashly, stopped the traffic and abused when I confronted him for stopping abruptly in the middle of the traffic and boxing me into the left side

i booked ticket today from Sattenapally to Hyderabad for 21st May 2023 for the service no 4252
Money of 494 rs deducted from my bank account, however transaction shows as failed.

Can you please tell me when i can expect the refund.

Due to rash driving by bus driver on road, bus jumped very high, and that caused my mobile damage.
When asked for it, driver and conductor responded rashly and roudly.
Am requesting respected team to compensate me immediately.

Hi Team, we have booked luggage from Kurupam-Vishakapatnam on 5th May by www.apsrtclogistics.in and the track No:43340881. we did nor receive any update on this booking also raised complaint on 7th May and Complaint No is 198638. But still issue is not resolved, we did not get any updates from APSRTC.
Request you to please follow up with team and get it deliver as early. it is food item costs 3000rs it may get spoil on more delay.

Sir/ madam we are travelling from eluru to nellore by bus service number 3481. My boarding point is Gorantla Actually time is 21:45 reached out 22:40 1 Hour delay just for 35 k.m HDP.
I am left from boarding point last min came. Back to back TPT buses confused totally Nelluru-TPT bus pickup but thats not my service bus again get down & pick up
Totally time weast & including faimily are available. Late night waiting in bus top. There is not following bus service in APSRTC it's not mine my friend also experienced.
Every boarding point delaying 5 to 10 min Tea break.
The passanger are not able reach out on time in case of emergency. Suppose to 3hours jorny getting 41/2 hours due to break times.

I'm travelling today in Indra AC service number 6343 - Bangalore to Kurnool

AC is not working from the time bus has started.

This bus crew knew that AC wasn't working before the start time and never informed any passenger about it.

When we asked about it they are telling reasons that this bus has issues with AC

Why should I pay so much and travel without AC?? Is it a joke to spend so much and just adjust??

Is this the kind of service APSRTC is offering to it's customers???

When they say it's an AC bus, primary thing is the AC functionality.

How can they ignore and allocate the service???

Are customers fools to you ??? APSRTC????

Serious action needs to be taken to avoid such things going forward.

This is clear ignorance from the allocation department and cabin crew as they are least bothered.

Dear management of APSRTC,

Kindly look into this as it is related to customer satisfaction. If this happens often no one will be willing to avail services of APSRTC..and opt for others.

If you want to improve please allocate the buses which are in good condition. Else don't run the AC services at all, which really saves money for us. Thanks.

I have taken Super luxury bus from Kadapa to madanapalli. Actual timeing to reach destination of bus is 3 hrs. But it's delaying too much and need to be punctuality in timings. If like this will happens means passengers won't reach to their destination and further it will be effect to transport sector only.

I am Theja, traveling from Madanapalle to Bangalore in APSRTC Indra bus. The bus was in very pathetic condition. Seats are very dirty. So please take necessary steps for better service.
