Today, I booked a ticket from vijayawada to tanuku. Express bus at 12:30pm, the bus arrival time is 1:30pm but the bus not came till noe 1:56pm they did not inform me about late arrival. I asked about the bus in enquiry place but they said they don't know.

Have done RTC booking from guntakal to Nellore as I haven't get private travels from there, so the bus was suppose to come at 9pm but it got delayed by 1.30 hrs and arrived at 10.20pm to the point which is very bad experience.
The point here that I wanted to mention is, apsrtc won't allow any person if he is not available within the time and driver would not wait for customer not even to 10m because I had the same experience when I was travelling to Nellore from Hyderabad and i was late for 10m to reach the station and he left intentionally, i literally suffered a lot during that time and tried to come highway and picked up another private service, but here we have to wait hours of time if the RTC bus got delayed due to some reasons which is very bad.
They need to change their mindset and shoud not act like that, see RTC organisation is still alive here because of customers only.
Rule is a rule for everyone, why the customer should wait if RTC is getting late and why don't you wait for a customer if you are on time to the point. Please be careful on this and thanq

My name is G.Rangaswamy, I am coming from Mantralayam with my family on 15/12/22. At the time of getting off the bus, the last night light bus was moving to Pattikonda. Asked to stop, did not stop. I ran and stopped the bus on the road and asked him to stop when my family was coming, he went without stopping. After that I took a night bus from Bengaluru to Pattikonda. Before reaching the bus stand, Api asked you to walk from here near Ramdasu...

I am studying in a college which is located in CHERUKUPALLY village of vizianagaram district . I daily attend the college from my home which is in Visakhapatnam . Due to change in districts we are supposed to take an EXTENSION PASS which is the route of name "TAGARAPUVALASA - CHERUKUPALLY". But the drivers are not stopping at our college saying that there is no stop for us even we have an EXTENSION Pass . Even when we return to our house, the busses are not stopping for a while . There are no frequent busses in college attending hours (7:30 am - 9:00 am) due to which there is a big rush in the bus an we are hanging at the doors . Because if we don't catch the bus at 7:30 am, we can't reach our college at time . In recent days many students fell and fractured their valuable legs and hands . So i request you to please increase the buses in college timings and stop the buses at our college .

Sir, Iam a college student. కాలేజ్ కి త్వరగా వెళ్లకపోతే బయట ఉంచేస్తారు. నేను నా స్టాప్ కి వచ్చాక, రెండు బస్సులు వెళ్లాయి. మొదటి బస్ ఐతే అసలు ఆగనే లేదు. రెండో బస్ ఐతే నన్ను పరిగేతించి వెళ్ళిపోయాడు.నేను రెండు బస్సులను చెయ్యి పెట్టి ఆపాను. ఇద్దరు ఆపలేదు. ఆపలేనిది పైగా నన్ను పరిగెట్టించారు. నేనొక అమ్మాయిని.

I have travelled from ballery to Guntakal in pallevelugu bus and the actual distance is 53 kms but in ticket it was 70 kms and ticket cost was 75 rs

The bus conductor is rude towards passengers...and says...Come to bus stand if you need change...

Bus service no 3780 is running late by an hour.Drivers stoping for atleast 15 to 30 minutes in each stage.

There are not enough busses from Bangalore to Madanapalli to commute daily. Whatever buses are there that timing is taking too long and it is taking almost 6 to 7 hours. If we book tickets there is no proper tracking information and bus driver contact details are not provided. Overall it is very worst.

Respected sir, I'm rakesh let's getting to the main point that I ve booked a ticket from As Rao nagar (Hyderabad) to Podili on 13th December 2022 around 23:30 pm, money has deducted from my bank ie 617RS but ticket hasn't booked still not refunded the money

The conductor was very abusive and shouting on me that I didn't took the ticket but she never came to me and atleast asked me I was waitingfor her to come and take the ticket I had my money held in hand she just told me that she can't come to every body to take ticket rather we have to go to her

Hi Team,

I’m travelling from Vijayawada to ponnur.

Conductor shows partiality between two passengers, there was no stop for narakodur but conductor gave permission to one person but mother passenger asked person to take his kid (1year ), but drivers didn’t stop the bus for 1min and spoke very rude to mother passenger even conductor supported the driver.

Please take necessary action on both driver and conductor for there rude behaviour with a lady.

Me and my daughter of age 10 years running(DOB-29 July 2013) were travelling from Pileru to Tirupathi. The bus conductor charged full ticket for the kid as well. when asked he was arguing that any child whose age is 10 year running should need to pay full ticket fare.
that is not correct as per the details provided in APSRTC website.
Tried to communicate the same by showing the details and questioned them they were not at all listening and moved on

Due to transaction failure during the online ticket reservation at apsrtc,
they have deducted Rs.54/- as gate way charges and refunded the balance amount. When the ticket is not generated how they will deduct
Rs.54/- as gate way charges.?

such a worst and disgusting services giving to customers. how we can trust you in booking tickets through their online portal. please take any actions with this issue. payment failure is not our fault then how can they take charges on deducted amount.

He shouted me because I didn't give seat to senior citizens. Actually I am standing .he shouted and he scolding me .not anytype of nusence there.why should he shouted at that situation.nothing like he is showing attitude.
