I have booked ticket through online by using apsrtc portal amount was paid through phonepe amount deducted but ticket was not booked.
I need a amount back.

I tried to book tickets from Bangalore to tirupati and tirupati to tiruvuru on 7th early morning. I used the phone pay for payment method.while booking time, money deducted from my account but tickets were not booked both times.the amounts are 482/-& 885/-..please refund my money

Bus no ap 31 Z 3106 has been driving rashly on national highway route of highway, when I was on my 2 wheeler on the same road beside a lorry, the driver has been continously horning from behind even though when I didn't have space for him to allow, and he just missed hitting me by overtaking me on my left side at the same time when lorry was traveling on my right side and when I stopped at traffic junction and asked him, he abused me with his words,

This conductor misbehaving with me. He is not fit for this job remove him immediately. He said he don't care anyone. He don't know how to behave with the customers. Worst worst conductor. He uses abused words. He don't have minimum commonsense at all. Take him immediate action against him. Please find the attached ticket. He is fail to take a ticket from me I went to him told that why you haven't take ticket for me for that he is shouting and using abused words. Please see I have attached the ticket also.

Tenali Bus drivers/ conductors are not on time / punctual waited for an hour in the bus.

I travelled from kurnool to kadapa on 25 jun 2022 by bus.
The ticket price is 330/- and bus conductor told me to collect 65/- change after reaching my destination i.e, kadapa. But I forgot to collect my change in a hurry.
So please tell me how to collect my change of 65/-

I took a ticket from Annvaram to Visakhapatnam from Apsrtc bus number TNA99331 . Driver issued a ticket for 200 rupees, but i could not find any seat. I had to take another bus and paid extra to reach Vizag.

Today am travelling Hyderabad to the Anantapur it's A.C bus . Ths bus condition is worst and especially few seats of places literally leakage and it's looking like the lake and facilities also not good and we are spending the too much of money to this bus am sending the sleep less night today.is there any refund provided bcz it's a horrible journey to me in the entire life. It's looking like a hell to in this night. Booked a luxury bus and buy the luxurious problems. Literally am frustrated to this APS RTC services. This is the worest experience. Reaming my life won't book any A.C buses.

We had booked tickets from www.apsrtconline.in for the service 3560 from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on[protected] at 10:35pm and bus fair was 2688/- we had reached the boarding point before 30mins and had waited over their till 11:45pm and we get zero response from the driver and also the helpline employees had gave us the wrong information that bus will reach the boarding point in next 10mins at 10:35pm and we had waited for...

The complaint regarding about the bus this is charging 580 rupees from vijayawada to hyderabad which to too cost but i paid because ifs fast and good after getting in to bus i realised that bus was slow compared to other ordinary buses all the ordinary buses are moving overtaken this bus then i spoke to buss driver he told me this is the limit of bus. so dont fool’s public.

This compliant is regarding more than MRP price in Tirupathi Busstand. I went to purchase water bottle in Busstand shop person was selling more than MRP on water bottle at platform-13. So went to an another shop he aslo said 25INR for 1 liter water bottle so asked him why he is selling more than MRP he said like in Busstand they sell like this.
