I had very bad experience with apsrtc.

I was travel on 8th bangalore to kadapa to bangalore in the service 9267. Bus no. Ap29z 3308 indra a/c, bus is very old and not conditioned, maintenance also very worst. I bus staring point onwards ac not working. After some time bus engine also not working. Bus driver and their officials are cheated public. Bus driver telling we are arranging bus. Currently we have express bus available. They bus came after 1:30 with full of passengers. They cheated passengers. After that they are currently all buses are full. You need to travel standing only. We ask back our money they are telling we can't back money. We are 41 people suffered 6 hours. There is no responsibility depot manager and diver to make alternative arrangements.

Please understand passengers need and provide good services accordingly.

If management will provide same services to the passenger in future also apsrtc wont service in profitable way.

This is my sincere appeal to the management.

As in vizag apsrtc is providing very few bus between the time 7.30am to 9am since many rtc buses are hiring for private college busses at that time. So at that time commo persons are getting only very few rtc bus, as rtc buss has to provide for public not for private colleges.
And also rtc buss are with low maintenance as many buses under pollution condition so that public walkers and bike rides are getting close effect of the black smoke from rtc bus, so please consider request and do needful

Road from adikmet to tarnaka and taranaka to adikmet.. It is been digged very deeply for electrical pipes

Now the pipes are been placed it is been 6 months back but the road is not recovered

And the road at flyover is very muddy and it is damaged prone to accidents please check

As unable to travel daily it is heavy jam and heavy traffic cant to drive.

I am travelling from rajamundry to visakhapatnam in ac bus with number ap31z 0236.. After repeatedly asking the driver to decrease the ac.. He is not listening... It is hot inside the bus.. Temperature is above 30 degree.. Service number is 27069.. Date of journey 8/8/2016... Time of journey 3.30pm from rajamundry. Kindly ask him to resolve the issue

Please refer to a. p. s. r. t. c. andhrapradesh. respected sir, i a. ramprasad s/oa. s. v. subrahmanyam residing at addateegala. east godavari dt., andhrapradesh. pin;533428 the entire area of r. t. c. complex is full of pits and the rainwater is stagnated in those pits. the passengers are facing much difficulties while getting in and to down the buses in the rain water. the surroundings are polluted with waste materials thrown out by the surrounding shops. there is no out way to clear the stagnated water. hence it is only the solution to provide cc flat-farm and to flooring the ground of the complex. the sulabh complex outlet also connected with the open drainage. hence it is causing very foul-smell to the complex waiting hall. i request the authorities to look in to the matters cited above and solve the problems of the passengers at an early date.

Dear sir, my husband name peddi dhanumjayarao with badge number 506520 has died in service on 3-2-2011.we both daughter bhavya Sri and wife venkatapadmavathi received pension till November 2015.due to not submitting life certificate we unable get pension from November 2015.we lost PPF and PF account numbers. I booked four ticket for Chennai to Tirumala service No 5589 its departure time is 6.40 AM but I am not reached the bus in time..but I am tried so many times to inform I am ready to catch the bus in next stop..the mobile no not worked I am searched in online..Apsrtc people sended service no driver mobile at the time of
7:18 AM..Before that I am called to vijayawada call centre and ask about CMBT contact no and informed I am in next stop..But the bus driver says ur tickets are cancelled..For 6:40AM service they are sending msg on 7:18..Is it correct way to serve people..

Hi team,

I have traveled on apsrtc bus on following date with details mention, the driver is not accepted the luggage of rice 50kg and he argued with me 30 minutes. Finally he accepted and he charged 32 rupees luggage charge and i don't have change rupees so i gave 100rs. He wrote remaining change amount on back side of ticket, while getting off the bus i asked the change he is not gave and also he is asking 100 rupees extra money. Please take proper action on him not repeat this again in future

Sir i have been working as as contractual employee in the district collectorate of kakinada east godavari. I have been travelling since 5 months by bus with ur seasonal pass. I depend only on ur services to reach my office.
I have been facing problem of busses were not stoping while raising hand to stop. That leads to became late. This is repeatedly happening. This kind of behaviour not only for me, daily nearly 5 to 6 member due to this behaviour we my go by go private vehicles. I have argued with driver and conductor also. But they havn't respond correctly. Please solve my problem immediately, otherwise i will proceed judicially.

I travelled in apsrtc indra bus, service no:4371 from hyderabad to tenali staring at 11:05pm at kukatpally.
2 passengers in seat 6&7 were intoxicated and using offensive language with very loud voice.
I asked him to stop using such language while all others are travelling with families which is quite embarrassing. Then he started abusing me and i complained to the driver and conductor. They have not done anything in favour to me and i requested them to stop at nearest police station and they said ok. One of those drunk guys went to the conductor and offered a couple of hundreds bribery forcefully to not to go to police station. I was watching everything from the glass cabin. There after no one came to me to apologise or convince me.
Please do something to solve issues like this and take serious action.

I have traveled in apsrtc service no: 4694 from telephone bhawan, hyderabad to mangalagiri on[protected]. my seat no is 29. my name is k. sasi kumar. while traveling this bus about 3.30 am the bust shaking and sudden breaks are applying. then i checked the driver position. when i saw the driver mr. t. v. rao i shocked. because he was sleeping while driving. and i said to driver to stop the bus relax some time. but he did not stop the bust and entered after some time in kodada bust stand and took a few rest and started journey after 20 mnts.
So i request to authorities please avoid this driver for long drive on night time.

On 8/7/2016 i wanted to travel from khajpeta to proddatur at 15:00 hrs. i tried to stop pallevelugu bus which arrived on 15:16pm at bus stop. driver of the bus didnt stop the bus although i signalled him to stop. please take necessary action as it casued me inconvenience by waiting for half an hour for another bus and the bus fare also high compared to the above bus. below are the details.

Namaste. here by would like to inform that in all the buses of all the roots of chirala, prakasam district, seats reserved for ladies are occupieing by gents, and they are not listening atleast after requesting so many times. bus conductors are also not cooperating, and clearly telling that, we can't help, we can't fight with gents and it is not our duty.
So, requesting to take necessary action and help ladies.

I have travelled from rajhmundry, tuni... Last fortnight back. Its my syrprise :1. There was no distance available on tkt... So as in other tkt also. Apsrtc to correct the information appropriatly for guidence of consumers/its passegers, apart from other printed information on the ticket since. We, should know the distance prone to travel.
2. The emergency pushout window does not contain proper pictogramic caution. Passengers understand to runout, rather than utilise the entry out in emergency. Sensible guidence be there. 3. The display arrangement each is good. Its unfourtunate the operation doesn't explained to passengers, because the bus inmates say they are not trained so far.

Bus is in very bad condition and making lot of noise. Still driver is going ahead inspire of concerns from all passengers. travel is very unsafe and risky.

In rajahmundry busstand, for urine in toilets they are collecting 5rs, already inform to management they told us sorry sir we will take the action, but no use same stratagy followed by on demand, is there any solution, they are collecting 5rs then so many people release urine busstand premises in bustand ground, please take action for this .

Today Dt: 27/06/16 at 17:57Hrs I have boarded bus at Sangareddy X road (Sangareddy to Lingampally Bus No.AP 28 Z 4111). Bus Driver not at all co-operating to Lady conductor. Though she instructing to stop at bus stops. Finally he is stopping bus at 1 furlong away to bus stops. A old man forcibly jumped from running bus, god sake he landed safely at kavalampet Village. Another person wants to getdown bus at ganesh gadda, conductor instructed to stop bus but conductor not stopped, finally he getdown at rudraram.

This is very ridiculous behavior of drivers with our TSRTC getting into loss. Pasingers at bus stops are also unable to board bus though number of buses passing infront him. Finally passingers approaching Autos when there is no other option.

Request officials to take immediate action on such drivers who are responsible for loss for TSRTC. All busses to be stopped at bus stops for 5 to 10 seconds atleat to get good services to passingers.

Sir,

This is to inform you that we mr. B. Subba sekhar and b. Sai kartik booked bus journey on dated 26/06/2016 from bangalore majestic to pulivendula. Bearing ticket nos.54058258 and 54058259. As we requested the bus driver through mobile phone to stop the bus (Service no.6181) for 15 minutes at bangalore majestic. We reached the bangalore majestic within 11 minutes (Exactly at 21:11 hrs on dated 26/6/2016) but the driver didn’t wait for above mention period and went away from the (Bangalore majestic) bus stand without any intimation.

Could you please furnish me with the rules/instructions/guidance/training issued to bus drivers regarding stopping at both bus stops and request stops even though the passenger requested. To clarify, one assumes bus drivers have a procedure to follow regarding stopping at bus stops and request stops, and it is this information i am seeking from you.

Hence i would like to inform we lost the ticket fare and hopes kept on your bus service.
