This is regarding garuda service from tirupathi to chennai, service no.5438. The bus smells soo horrible inside. Curtains are very dirty, seats are dusty and nasty. It is making breathing difficult. This is observed many times, garuda services are unhygienic. Please someone look into this and make the journeys clean n safe. Garuda services are not value for money.

      Iam writing this in view of extreme dissatisfaction and pain... I have boarded Volvo garuda bus in Vijayawada service number 97299 on 13/05/2016 @ 12 AM which is supposed to come Vijayawada by 10.45pm.. I have compromised and boarded the bus but the driver inefficiently stopped the bus at nellore and started at 5.30 pm. Iam going to Chennai for an exam which is very important for my career and hopefully I am unable to reach Chennai by 8.30pm also. I have to be in the exam centre by 9am maximum... Iam highly disappointed and whom I can account on this... I seriously need an explanation on this or else I will make this accountable at court of law

        I reserved a ticket from hyderbad-vanasthalipuram to kavali in amaravathi service no.5066 (26.04.16), but amount was deducted from my bank rs.733/-, ticket is not generated. It is already 14days completed, past 10days onwards i am calling regularly, to your call center executives, they are telling today will deposit from past 10days.

          I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to nandyal dated 26/04/16 with reference number - [protected], and that was failure transaction, because of some network issue. Apsrtc says that 2.5% payment gateway service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation / failure transactions in e-ticketing.
          Govt encourages the people to book online and even charge for the failure transactions. There was rs 43/- deducted and the remaining amount was transferred.
          This is not customer friendly, govt encourges online without noticing these king of things.
          When the transaction was declined on 26/4 the amount was refunded on 8th may. The interest on this amount is also not paid and i have to mail the apsrtc for the refund and plead to refund the amount. When the transaction is failure it should be the responsibility of the gateway or the apsrtc to refund the amount rather than we asking them again and again. If we forget to verify our accounts they will enjoy our refund amount.

            I have cancelled tickets vide tickets nos. 51194128 for rs. 1108 and reference no. [protected] for rs. 520 vide service no. 3858 from vijayawada to kpbb on 16th march 2016 and ticket no. 51193605 for rs. 1294 and reference no. [protected] for 612 vide service no.4163 kphb to guntur which was cancelled by apsrtc, the said amount was not refunded by you and not credited in my account so far. The related bank statement also enclosed the attachment. Please verify and do the needful as early as possible .

            APSRTC — ASPRTC Guntur region - Non induction of city bus services in guntur city.

            Recently, 60 buses were sanctioned for Guntur city under JNURM Scheme. It is imperative for APSRTC to run theses buses as city services in Guntur. Where as most of the buses are plying as District buses. It is highly undesirable.

              The time given as 19:35 hours for the service 27093. We enquired in customer care, no update about bus service. We tried contact in nearest bus depot. No even lifting the phone to answers. Now it is 20:40hrs.

                My self venkataphanikumar booked a ticket in new APSRTC (Àmaravathi) bus on[protected] service number 3572 driver name u maheswara rao .ticket number is 52316491 bus supose come to SR nagar by 7:45 am but it came by 8:30 and still the facilities in the bus is OK but I hope the maintenance of the driven at that particular trip is too worst .
                1.bus started 1 hr late
                2.driver not responding to passengers politely
                3.TV is working but it's not audible when I informed to driver he stopped the TV.
                4.bus stopped near to Himayatnagar outskirts for agian 1 hour.
                My honest question is if your are failed to provide the facilities and unfit to reach the destination with in the time because of your poor driver behaviour and response towards passengers .how we will improve our RTC and how we can improve our reputation towards passengers.

                Amaravathi Buses worst maintenance . Driver behaviour very bad and arragant approach.
                Driver stop the bus for dinner at very bad location and hotel food is not good.
                As driver is getting commission from hotel they stop at bad location.

                  I have booked a ticket from Tallapudi to L B Nagar with service no.2787 dated on 17/04/2016. Bus failed due to diesel leakage. They wasted 4hrs for repairing, and finally arranged an alternate bus in Khammam which is "Express". But, I have booked ticket for "Super Luxury". Most o[censored]s have to go to office. Finally, I have wasted my money and time. Who is going to bare all the loss. As a passenger I seriously request refund on behalf of all the passengers. Hoping for positive reply.

                  This is the mail I sent to the online support team. They asked me to provide with the ticket number, I provided them with ticket number, support team forwarded the message to depot manager with email id "[protected]@apsrtc.gov.in". From then no response. Is this the way they respond to customers?

                  Please help me in this.

                  Increase buses from koti to Bank colony and Bank colony(Qutubullapur) to Koti in the evening the job holders and college students suffering verymuch we need to wait for one hour every day.

                    21st april 2016, 12:45am at amalapuram busstand AP37Z0058 number bhimavaram bus arraived and I asked him wheather this bus will go via razole he did'nt gave any answer, I asked him for reply and he replyed " Who the hell are you, I won't answer" (in telugu evadra nuvvu nenu cheppanu po) and went into amalapuram depot. Dear APSRTC I am the person who spends nearly minimum 200 to 300rs/- per day by travelling in your busstand all over AP due to my company work. So I think I have right to ask you to take some kind of action against him according to your policy or atleast teach him how to behave with the passengers.

                      Yesterday (18/04/16) i booked my ticket from hyderabad (Ameerpet) to visakhapatnam service number:3450 & bus driver name: n v v s s gandhi, contact no. [protected]. Correct time of the bus was 8.45 pm & i got the message from apsrtc at 7.56 pm about driver details. I contacted him immediately and he said he will reach ameerpet in 30 min. I reached the bus stop by 8.25 pm. Then i called him at 8.55 he said he was in housing board colony. After that i called him at 9.25 pm he said he was in sr nagar and also he said he will call me after reaching ameerpet. So i waited for his call then i got call from him at 9.52 pm & he said he already crossed ameerpet and told me to come to mgbs. With all the luggage i had to hurry to mgbs.In between i tried to contact him & he didn't even bother to pick my call, at last i reached the bus stand and bus came after 10 minutes. He was like "ok you reached the bus so forget about all what happened"... How can i forget all that tension and if something had happened to me in that hurry who will be responsible??... I am also very tired and couldn't even argue with him so i left the issue... Today morning again the same happened in rajahmundry there two people (Reservation candidates) was waiting for the bus and he didn't stop for them and left the place. After travelling some distance he again turned the bus all the way back to rajahmundry to pick those two... Worst of all these now i am stuck in tuni as the bus was breakdown... My complaint is
                      1) with luggage in mind i booked my ticket from ameerpet then why did he made me go all the way to mgbs & worse he didn't even take responsibility for his mistake. (I would have left the issue if he had said a single sorry)
                      2) bus was supposed to reach vskp by 10.30 am and i am still stuck in tuni (Now the time is 10.30) & i don't know how to reach my place now.
                      3) due to his mistake i had to reach mgbs by auto and it costed me rs 150/-
                      4) why should i go for apsrtc?? Is it to bear all that tension and uncomfortness and also it didn't even complete it's purpose (Bus was breakdown in tuni)
                      5) all the people in the bus suffered due to bus driver's incompetence
                      6) i want compensation for all the mental stress and uncomfortness he caused me and also for not picking and dropping me at my selected places... (Also my auto charges)

                        Giving complaint about my money...
                        Hi,
                        The travels of an rtc buses is waste because today morning at 8:58 AM when I have given bus pass to your employee (conductor) he has said to give me money then I have given money to him i.e., 10 rs and he didn't given back me my 4 rs if I could do this to your employee (conductor) even about 1 rs I didn't give him then he will say to leave then what should I say to him about my 4 rs you have to take a responsibility about this very seriously!!!
                        Nd I want my 4 rs back if I wouldn't got my 4rs back then I will take seriously about that conductor I will take my four tmrs by insulting him in front of all customers. So u think that about i[censored] will do this or I should do this.

                          On 7th April 4:30pm travel from Kakinada to Eluru, service which was supposed to be garuda plus changed to garuda causing 1 hour delay in journey and also no refund in difference amount.                             [protected] i booked ticket from hyderabad (nizampet)to kandukur at 8-45 pm timing but the bus not arrived ib correct time, its not a problem because its happend, but we call the driver where are you when will you picked, he told me i will come in 2 r 3 so i just wait there but he is not called me and not doing any annoucements and moved bus to another stop, i loss 200 rupees because of auto and your irresponsibility pls take neccesary action
                            Sevice number is 5876 and name is malyadri.he talked very irresonsible to passengers pls take action its not fair.
                            In private cost of the ticket is less than RTC but we prefer RTC because they are safe, responsible and everything but these type of behaviour is not goof

                              I Dr. Sunil...govt employee...the goods in the shops in rtc bus stand visakhapatnam are increasing day by day and between day and night. The shop exactly opposite the narsipatnam nonstop bus lay is really too much ...the prices are very much above the normal price..pls check and and have a control on them...make sure that it will helpfull to poor people also...thanq

                                  Bus num:AP21Z0314 who drive the bus from chennai to Nellore on 11:50 PM 8/04/16 Friday. He not stoping the bus on stopes. the bus is from chennai to Nellore via sullurpeta .but he is not allowing us to get in who need to go to sullurpeta on that night times even lady required .but he behaving very worst and he is tell that complete to whome ever you want but i don't allow you people. Here i don't understand govt is paying salaries as a public servent how can he behaviour like that.
                                  Kindly i request APSRTC to take action on him.we don't want this kind of persons who don't care about the public.

                                    Bus fares from Tirupathi to Bangalore are 1400, 2500 and 3000 which is very unfair and more than the flight price from Bangalore to tirupati. Please commence a rule where a limit should be provided for every town.

                                      I was always getting frustration while travelling apsrtc.bus timing worst all the time thats why people will prefer private travells.apsrtc people will not bothered about passenger urgency.i was waiting from last one hour for bus which is from rajamundry to vizag.bus number 3308.
                                      I request you please run the buses intime.

                                        When I was travelling from tirupati to Rajampet along with my friend on 25/03/2016 at mid night 12:00am we entered into the bus Ap24Z 0014 the driver refused to give the ticket and informed that he will give ticket only to nandyala we requested to give kadapa ticket though we are getting down at Rajampet he didn't listen our words and dropped down us from the bus. Due to this reason I suffered
                                        With mental agony .hence i request you consider my problem faced during the journey and take neccessary action so that it will not be repeated for others in future please intimate the action you have taken regrading this in order to avoid me approaching higher authorities.
