In rajahmundry busstand, for urine in toilets they are collecting 5rs, already inform to management they told us sorry sir we will take the action, but no use same stratagy followed by on demand, is there any solution, they are collecting 5rs then so many people release urine busstand premises in bustand ground, please take action for this .

    Today Dt: 27/06/16 at 17:57Hrs I have boarded bus at Sangareddy X road (Sangareddy to Lingampally Bus No.AP 28 Z 4111). Bus Driver not at all co-operating to Lady conductor. Though she instructing to stop at bus stops. Finally he is stopping bus at 1 furlong away to bus stops. A old man forcibly jumped from running bus, god sake he landed safely at kavalampet Village. Another person wants to getdown bus at ganesh gadda, conductor instructed to stop bus but conductor not stopped, finally he getdown at rudraram.

    This is very ridiculous behavior of drivers with our TSRTC getting into loss. Pasingers at bus stops are also unable to board bus though number of buses passing infront him. Finally passingers approaching Autos when there is no other option.

    Request officials to take immediate action on such drivers who are responsible for loss for TSRTC. All busses to be stopped at bus stops for 5 to 10 seconds atleat to get good services to passingers.

      Sir,

      This is to inform you that we mr. B. Subba sekhar and b. Sai kartik booked bus journey on dated 26/06/2016 from bangalore majestic to pulivendula. Bearing ticket nos.54058258 and 54058259. As we requested the bus driver through mobile phone to stop the bus (Service no.6181) for 15 minutes at bangalore majestic. We reached the bangalore majestic within 11 minutes (Exactly at 21:11 hrs on dated 26/6/2016) but the driver didn’t wait for above mention period and went away from the (Bangalore majestic) bus stand without any intimation.

      Could you please furnish me with the rules/instructions/guidance/training issued to bus drivers regarding stopping at both bus stops and request stops even though the passenger requested. To clarify, one assumes bus drivers have a procedure to follow regarding stopping at bus stops and request stops, and it is this information i am seeking from you.

      Hence i would like to inform we lost the ticket fare and hopes kept on your bus service.

        Recently i was travelled from hyderabad to eluru in indra a/c bus (Service no: 4791) on 24/06/2016 the water is leaking all over the bus starting from hyderabad the passengers are unable to sleep, later the a/c was also stopped functioning. They arranged an alternate bus on vijayawada 5 hours we suffered a lot because there is ventilation and the water is leaking all over the bus. Leaking of water is the 2nd time in this service and in this month also. While booking a ticket there is wifi service in this bus but there is no wifi.

          Dear sir,
          I am booking a ticket from vijayawada to BHEL keerthi mahal, but every time bus drivers drops at BHEL main gate (lingampalli bus stop). They said like it is a last stop, my question why I am paying amount up to my stop, why apsrtc mainting keerthi mahal bus stop?
          I am facing this problem at midnight with family, how can I reach to my place doing like this. I will complain to CM in open discussion form.

            Hi,
            On the 1st of june i have a made a booking at apsrtc as a guest at 12:01 am, for which no tickets were booked but the money got debited from my account. Later on the same day, i made one more booking, as i didn't get the tickets for the earlier booking. The money was debited from the hdfc bank credit card. Please find the attachment of the credit card statement that is attached. Statement password is mura5888.
            Please make sure to credit the money in my account.

              The bus started from visakhapatnam on 18/6/2016 at 3pm it is supposed to be reaching vijaywada by 9pm but it is still in rajahmundry. There is no traffic nor rains on the way. The bus is stopping for hours together at bus stations. This is not the way you work. While our honorable chief minister is working is hard towards development of amaravati government bodies should be ashamed to work in such a manner. I'm extremely disappointed and ask you to look into the matter as soon as possible and give an immediate positive response. Thank you.

                i have retired on superannuation in apsrtc at gwk depot on 31.05.2016, my name is p.Chandra mohan e-450040 . I want to know how much time will take to received my pension .                 I retired from services on 31.07.2001 from services of APSRTC, Amalapuram Depot. My Staff Number is 32191, Helper, SRBS Membership Number. 8539. I lost my leg in an accident when I was in service.

                Till last year, I was submitting my Life Certificate through any Depot Manager in Hyderabad and getting monthly pension of LRs. 650.00. But, my both the sons got transferred to other states. Elder Son to Pune and Younger son to Bangalore. As I am staying either in Pune or in Bangalore, I came all the way to Hyderabad to submit the Life Certificate this year, and submitted the same in Bus Bhavan, SRBS, Musheerabad, Hyderabad.

                But, they informed me that from next year I shall have to submit my Life Certificate at SRBS, Vijayawada, due to the bi-furcation of Andhra & Telangana States. Being Physically Handicapped person, I am feeling it difficult to go to Vijayawada to get the Life Certificate certified.

                In this connection, I request me to suggest me solution the following issues:

                1. Is there any alternative for me to submit the Life Certificate at either Bangalore/Pune or Hyderabad.

                2. For any reason, I cannot be able to submit Life Certificate next year, Can I cancel the Pension and get lumpsum amount against the same. If so, how much I shall get.

                Please clarify my above doubts at the earliest.

                  Power horns are used within the Vijayawada city premises, which is causing a lot of inconvenience and of course adding to sound pollution.

                  Request you to please discontinue the use of power horns in the city buses that are plying.

                  The drivers unnecessarily use these horns, requesting a stern action to avoid them.

                  This is having an impact on the people who are residing near the main roads.

                    Apsrtc is charging high rates in the name of special price for the special bus. I would like to know what is special in the bus.
                    1. There is no proper timings of arrival of the buses.
                    2. We cannot be sure about its arrival, whether it will come or not.
                    3. Driver doesn't know the route properly.
                    4. On top of all this, students have to stand the whole time in the bus.
                    5. Is there any value/consideration for this complaint?
                    6. At the same time i observe the visakhapatnam steel plant employees route bus moving at exact timefrom exact place in city. (Why is there a difference between both the route buses?)

                    I would like to know whom to consult regarding this problem. Reply as soon as possible. Please help us and solve the problem.

                      I have booked ticket from guntur to chennai. Bus timing are 11:15 p. M boarding but it arrived at 12:55 a. M and started at 1:00 a. M. Mean while, i have called to driver 24 times for location details of that bus, he didn't picked atleast once. My parents are waiting till 1:00 a. M because of this stupid driver (P n b rao, contact no:[protected]). After departing from guntur, he is not sure of chennai route properly and time passed 30 mins in guntur city. My arrival time of chennai c. M. B. T bus stand is 06:30 a. M but arrived at 09:22 a. M. This will be a huge impact on apsrtc. Please, take an action on driver & make the apsrtc as no-1/best transport dept for passengers.

                            I sateesh vurray travelling from jadcherla to kurnool with the ticket no:tna7248 dated 09/06/2016 time:11:01 super luxury 1200hyd hydk psgr tkt in ymgr depotsuper luxury bus. Ap 36 z 0045 with driver i'd 21z0533 and cnd i'd 426157qn48147690. Charged 167.00. The driver of this bus is very very rude and slow and though he stops in bus stands in kothakota and pebbair again he stops at every centre where the passengers raising their hands to stop. As this is super luxury bus we expect little speed and restricted stop upto bus stand itself. Even bus is in very worst condition every where sounds due to fitness issues. When i asked why these many stops he answered like lorry driver or cleaner. He don't have a respect to the passenger. Please take an immediate action for this. It's helpful for further journeys.

                              Ap29z0503 super luxury service bus of addanki depot is irritating passengers very much, it doesn't providing television option and also most of the seats are not pushing back but the ticket charge is tooo much for this facilities, express service is much more satisfies than this, by travelling in this bus, i loss the confidence on the apsrtc, it is worst expert, bullshut... Rtc employees are also not responding while complainting on this, waste apsrtc...

                                I reserved a ticket from Guntur to Tuni on a super luxury bus having service no.: 5021. There were heavy rains outside, the water was coming through the windows which were closed and through the luggage loft above. I don't understand why was there always hike in the prices of the tickets, may be there would be better services, but as I see it, it's nothing but a scam to loot by the government. I feel very bad for the services of APSRTC. I need the right justification and justice for my situation

                                  I t sudhakar, booked ticket from potti sriramulu bus stand to Kurnool, service no 6540, seat no 30, ticket no 53416953, at 9.40 pm on 31/05/2016, after 9.45 pm called the driver( [protected]) he said that I am at Rtc Nellore bus will reach with in 10 min to psrb, and I waited up to 10.05 pm again called him, where is the bus but replying on the way to psrb, after 15 min he called where are you I replied at psrb, that driver said bus alredy left Nellore ( almost 6 km from bus stand ), then I said I called 2 times where is the bus on the way he takes the bus without coming bus stand flat from, and called Rtc enqiury they gived regional manager no [protected], he said bus already left Nellore what can I do I can't help you, he is very easy to espce from the situation, is it correct . after communication with driver he takes the bus return to bus stand at 10.45 pm, commented me rubbish and valgar language .

                                    We are waiting at KRPURAM Bus station near ganesh temple from 9:45 pm for APSRTC Bus Service no: 5461 (10:10 pm). The bus reached KR Puram by 11:05pm and not even stopped at bus station and they not even called us and left out without any intimation.

                                    When we are trying to reach his mobile is swiched off later after continuous calls he picked up call and behaved rudily.

                                    We lost our ticket amount as well we didn't any alternative since all are reserved due to friday.

                                      Bus no: 5582 and driver name gopal. The passengers were waiting at tirupathi bus stand to board this bus by 5:30 pm on 26th may 2016, and the bus originating from thirumalai had passed the stopping without entering bus stand to pick up the passengers. The bus apsrtc authorities were immediately contacted on receiving message by 6:15 that the driver was unable to do the pickup. The authorities had asked the driver to return n do pickup and he had refused. Please take necessary action against driver who denied duty and initiate ticket refund.

                                        Online it is mentioned 3382 service bus number reaches visakapatnam by 6:30am. But drIver is saying no way it is going to reach by 6:30... daily it reaches by 8:20am.

                                        Why it is mentioned like 6:30am, when you are not strict to the timings. It distrubs the customers schedules and create loss to us . RTC would mention the correct timings, so that we will plan our journey as per my schedule. Tomorrow i will log a complaint again if it will not reach vizag on time.
