I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Mydukur in service no 50205 of APSRTC Indra service, but after boarding I found the vehicle very dirty, the seats were dirty, no proper seat covers, vehicle looks like as though it was taken out from the garage after a long time, the push back system of the seat is not working properly. I am regretting for booking the ticket.

    I Had booked a ticket online in APSRTC, and saved the copy of the ticket into a file for taking a print of the same. but the saved copy was empty, and when I called immediatly to APSRTC customer care numbers, the executives were elusively giving replies Server is down, please call after 15 minutes, for three to four times. I request you to check this asap,

      Respected Sir/ Madam,

      This is to bring to your notice that APSRTC is manipulating the services and increasing the prices of bus services keeping in view the special days such as festivals and other holidays. I totally agree and even thank APSRTC if it can provide additional special services on any such day where they feel is a chance of more demand, but not at the cost of existing services. I have observed that in lieu o[censored]gaadi (08-Mar-2016), being a widely celebrated festival in AP, few services have been cancelled on the peak days and they have been renamed to special services just to collect 50 % more charges than normal. Below is the table of services between BANGALORE and NANDYAL (to and fro), the Depot has cancelled three services on 07th April and instead has created two special services. Similarly on 10th April, two services have been cancelled. This is totally unfair and unethical to cancel services and call them special services to just loot the customers. Why do you need to cancel the service ? If you are really customer focused, create special service buses on and above the existing services. Also below are screen shots of the bus services on each of these days to prove the fraudulent activity.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Conductor gave me ticket up to Hosakote, Actually i want to getdown at kolar (By Pass), but conductor told me today is monday . so u have to take the ticket upto bangalore. After taking the ticket to bangalore your wish. Not only me, Conductor gave the ticket to other passenger also.
        For proof i have my ticket and video is there.

        Date : 14th march 2016.

          APSRTC Yeleswaram DEPOT,

          I had booked a ticket from HYDERABAD-AMEERPET to JAGGAMPET. Service number 2866 on[protected].

          I received a message with driver name and number P VEERA BABU [protected]. I called him before 5 minutes and he is not lifting any calls and picked once then I asked him about the status.. He is very rude and shouted me.

          And immediately he switched off the phone..

          I felt very tense when the time of reporting and I don't know whether the bus left.

          I suggest to don't choose APS RTC ELESWARAM DEPOT buses.

            I have started my journey from kavali to chittoor in bus no AP16Z 40 with service no 3723 around 7:15 pm a gudivada bus depot super luxury bus. when asked to give ticket to chittoor the conductor hesitated to issue ticket to chittoor . Instead he issued ticket to tirupati. The ticket no is TNA104327 a cat card ticket. After reaching tirupati i once again approached for ticket to chittoor but the conductor first told me it will not go to chittoor and it Will go only through byepass and i agreed for that too then he scolded me and asked me to get down of the bus. I asked the reason why he is letting me down and he scolded me saying that he will only board passengers for Bangalore only. My claim is i have travelled from kavali to tirupati with a ticket value of rs.222 and yet a ticket value of rupees 82 to my destination a total of rs. 300 he illtreated me and forced me to get down the bus but has issued a ticket to copassenger to palamaner with a ticket value of rs.147 from tirupati. Also i have to wait for more than two hours in tirupati bus stand from 12 am to 2 am. I request the forum to kindly do justice to me in this regard

              I called to APSRTC Online Service customer care on 25-dec-2015. They Said
              wait one more 15 Minutes. They had given Driver Mobile Number. I called to that mobile Number. Driver Said I am in home town. 6093 Service was cancelled. After that I called to Customer care. They Had given Controller Mobile Number. That Person had given Bangalore Controller Number. That controller Said We merged this Service (6093) in Early Morning Service. I didn't get any message and update also to my mobile. Driver also didn't call to me. Could you please put in CC Proddutur Depot Manager. Can I get Revert back Money to my account. I faced many problems on that day. Is this Good ? Please let me know. If you have any doubts Please call to me [protected]. How many days to take reply to this mail. Please find attached document for Your reference.

                Based on my recent experiences in APSRTC bus journey Bagalore to kadapa & Mydukur.


                I would like to complain on APSRTC Services... Mostly on Kadapa, Mydukur & Proddutur Depo Buses. None of the buses are in good condition especially Super Luxury Buses. All dabba buses. Since January 2016 I have done 4 up & down journey... 8 horrible nights... I don't see any luxury in those buses, creates lots of sound, no suspension and windows never close... It's nightmare traveling in those buses During winter and rainy season... No words to say... I don't see any difference between palle velugu buses and super Luxury Buses operated by APSRTC.

                I request to take strict action on those Depo managers and responsible person for not providing good services.

                It may look silly complaining on APSRTC. But think from people's stand point. When doing long journey we look for comfortable journey. When you can't good service. Why do you put dabba Buses charge more money. Instead you just operate palle velugu Buses

                    Hi,
                    I did reservation from bangalore to satyavedu on 5th feb. I am waiting there in boarding point from 9:30 onwards. But I didn't found bus. I didn't receive any message regarding driver information. When I called him by getting mobile number from internet, he is giving so irresponsible answer and said bus had already left. He didn't even make call to me and scolding me like that's your mistake. For online reservation we are giving personal details like phone number. so please make use of those details. As a girl i struggled a lot that day. I am not bothering about money but safety is important. Please look in this issue and take action. Please habituate to make calls to passenger and confirm once when bus is leaving the boarding point.

                      Hello Team,

                      I was making a ticket booking through apsrtconline.in. on Jan 10, after successful payment the website has failed to generate the ticket.

                      But I did not receive full refund, when asked I got reply that the amount has been held for payment gateway charges.

                      I would like to file a case on consumer court.

                        This is Syam.I booked a ticket to my Father on 20th Night and the Date of Journey is 21st, Service Number is 5851, Ticket no is 49640922, Reporting time is 8.15.we have been there from 7-45 AM to 10-30 AM and the Pick up point is Lakdikapool, Telephone Bhavan.No Proper Information from Respective Enquiry point and the Customer Care .

                        When we are asking they are telling that Service got cancelled and we missed out to give information

                        and Surprisingly when iam checking in Cancellation Services.It is showing it was not cancelled

                        This is very Riduculous information from Customer Service and every time when we are calling they are saying different stories

                        Iam Expecting a clear explanation on this and my Money was not refunded till now and no information on this

                        When iam trying to cancel in Website, It is not cancelling

                          As Government announced 43% Fitment to all the employees of APSRTC.For People who are in service can be benefitted by giving their arrears during the time of their retirment.But they should immediatley release the arrears for employees who are already retired as they do not have megre source of income for their livelihood.So requesting from Consumer Forum to release their arrears immediatley.

                            My name md.nisar pasha I am from ramnagar hyderabad sir I got surgery to my left I able drive bike but I used to catch auto rickshaw daily but today I didn't got any auto today because of this I catch today metro bus no ap 11x 6248 I gave to conductor rs 20 from rtc x road to ramnagar it charge only 9 ..I ask the ticket he asked me change the change I told I don't have the change ..He told me to get the bus..when conductor already he have change ..from where I use to get the change...This kind of worreSt behaviour with customer..I am not expected 'I catch the bus at 6pm today..The behaviour is not good ..because this kind of behaviour I use to come walk from rtc x road to ramnagar. ..I guess it should be revert...or I am going do viral in social media the bus pic and details..what happened with me...my phone [protected] I can't able to upload the photos

                              Bad services from kurnool to banglore and vicevera routes.Even Indra sevices not taking banglore highway and moving in off routes taking more duration and inconvient for passengers.

                              APSRTC is not eligible to drive buses to Bangalore as they dont have state permit. So they are driving illegally.
                              Same happened for me. I am going to lodge a complaint against APSRTC the reason being they have charged 12 rupees as toll gate even when they used a road which does not have Tolls.

                                  I am a frequent traveller using APSRTC bus with route from kadiri to Electronic city and alight at Hebbal ring road bus stop.Today (8/1/2016) at 10 PM bus driver (AP 29 Z - 3811) stopped the bus well before almost 1 KM before ring road bus stop and asked me to get down, I asked him to stop the bus near the bus stop since it is very risky and dangerous to walk in the night, because there is no pedestrian way there and it is a place for frequent robbery, for that both the driver and conductor abused me like anything and warned me not take APSRTC bus in future, I said this is the third time I am using the same bus in last one month and it is a regular bus stop, every time without asking driver stopped the bus near the bus stop. Can the authority concerned here can take appropriate action against this rogue Conductor and Driver, they literally behaved like rowdies and demotivating the people, not to travel using APSRTC bus. Thanks in advance.

                                    I rise a complaint for refund my amount on DEC 8, still they have not refund.
                                    They tell wait for 48 hours, when I call to customer care, like that they telling from last one month.
                                    you how long I need to wait for refund my money, for this I have spent another 100 rupees to call customer care, who will paid that amount, tell me .
                                    APSRTC is a bogus corporation, they are working to loot my money.

                                      This is Fraud from APSRTC. if there is a fault in payment gateway how can you charge us 2.5%? i have tried 3 times to book the ticket, just because of mistake in the payment gateway 3 times got failed, is this not a fraud to charge customers without providing any service ? 1) if the mistake is from the customer side you may charge 2.5% but just because of the Bogus & Worse Gate Way used by the APSRTC you cannot charge 2.5% from the customer. 2) if at the same time 1 Lack people try to book the ticket from APSRTC and just because of the problem in the payment gateway do you charge all the 1 lack customers with 2.5%? 3) I HAVE TRIED TO BOOK THE TICKET 3 TIMES AND THE 3 TIMES TICKET GOT FAILED BUT THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. THAT MEANS THERE IS THE PROBLEM IN THE GATE WAY. 4) After continues calling to APSRTC after 26 days my money was refunded but with deduction of 2.5% Service charge for each transcation ( i.e total 3 times). 5) "THIS IS NOT FARE, PLEASEANS TO MY POINT NUMBER 2" - RTC SITE IS BOGUS SITE.. RTC PEOPLE AND MANAGERS ARE BOGUS WORKERS. DONT USE RTC.
