I rise a complaint for refund my amount on DEC 8, still they have not refund.
They tell wait for 48 hours, when I call to customer care, like that they telling from last one month.
you how long I need to wait for refund my money, for this I have spent another 100 rupees to call customer care, who will paid that amount, tell me .
APSRTC is a bogus corporation, they are working to loot my money.

    This is Fraud from APSRTC. if there is a fault in payment gateway how can you charge us 2.5%? i have tried 3 times to book the ticket, just because of mistake in the payment gateway 3 times got failed, is this not a fraud to charge customers without providing any service ? 1) if the mistake is from the customer side you may charge 2.5% but just because of the Bogus & Worse Gate Way used by the APSRTC you cannot charge 2.5% from the customer. 2) if at the same time 1 Lack people try to book the ticket from APSRTC and just because of the problem in the payment gateway do you charge all the 1 lack customers with 2.5%? 3) I HAVE TRIED TO BOOK THE TICKET 3 TIMES AND THE 3 TIMES TICKET GOT FAILED BUT THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. THAT MEANS THERE IS THE PROBLEM IN THE GATE WAY. 4) After continues calling to APSRTC after 26 days my money was refunded but with deduction of 2.5% Service charge for each transcation ( i.e total 3 times). 5) "THIS IS NOT FARE, PLEASEANS TO MY POINT NUMBER 2" - RTC SITE IS BOGUS SITE.. RTC PEOPLE AND MANAGERS ARE BOGUS WORKERS. DONT USE RTC.

        The incident is of 23/12/2015, bus was from bangalore to kavali . (departure time 9:20). me and my friend was travelling to kavali. I was first time at bangalore majestic bus stop. i had to catch bus from there. Since i was very new to that place i was searching for the bus. my friend got the bus and he told to driver to wait for just 2 min as i was near by 100 meter, but they were very rude . they rudely replied my friend to get down from the bus since the ticket was with me. so from 100 meter i missed the bus, and even my friend was insisting to wait for just 2 minutes. i have been travelling by other buses before but never felt such a harsh experience. nothing is organized at APSRTC bus stop, specially for non speaking telugu people. After missing the we went to APSRTC TICKET counter at bus stop, they also barely replied. I want my money back from APSRTC and please educate your staffs.           I boarded the bus at 10.30 pm on 23.12.2015, to go to Tadepalligudem. The conductor SRINIVAS refused to issue ticket to Tadepalligudem stating that there is no halt upto ravulapalem.               Sir from srikalahasthi to sullurepeta buses are not coming in time I'm waiting since 7am now 9:30am no buses . please see this .and take a action .here in the notice board they r mentioned every half an hourly one bus but here no bus.

                  Right now I am travelling in an APSRTC non stop bus from chittoor to tirupathi.. But I very much doubt it if I would reach tirupathi safely..because the driver though seeming like an in-experienced one, driving irratiously in the middle of the road, missing 5 accidents already, that too in fraction of seconds. Sir.. Plz look into such matters immediately.. So that you can avoid having des disasterous mishap.. Plz take necessary action to curtail the speed limits. We rely on RTC for safe travel.. But some of your drivers are shattering our expectations BUS SERVICE NO : AP03Z5942 Please use caution while employing the drivers who are vital for your institution..I request you to make AP ROADS HAPPY

                      I came to eluru bus station at 4 15 pm on 08/12/2015 and was waiting for narsapur bus . the bus was scheduled at 5 pm and came at 5 50 . and bus which came, could not accommodate even 1/4 th of the people who are waiting for it . .from passengers I came to know that some of the buses that were supposed to be operating in this route were taken off

                        2 times 1303rs + 1303rs got deducted from my account but the ticket booking failed. there is just a customer care but no other option to raise the complaints to higher levels. information provided by the RTC customer care is always not complete and wrong information. faced the same problem many times.                           In CHENNAI from last 15 days heavy rains are happening. Because of this heavy rains road are damaged worstly. As the road are not safe ASRTC stopped the services from CHENNAI to TIRUPATHU and TIRUPATHI to CHENNAI. Really this is appreciated by APSRTC, Because ASRTC savING government property as well as humans life. But the people are facing issue with APSRTC site.In ASRTC site still bus availability is there in both routes. If the buses availability is not there in both routes why in APSRTC site buses are available. Really this is not expected from APSRTC. People are thinking like buses are available and they are coming for chennai bus station. Finally they will come to know like there is no buses in both routes. In CHENNAI we are spending almost 6hrs to reach bus stand with lot's of difficulties. Once we reached the bus stand, If buses are not available again it will take 5 to 6hrs to return home in CHENNAI. If services are not running, Please don't display in the site. Thanks...

                              On 22nd Nov i went to gtr to attend a marriage. For my reurn journey frm gtr to vsp i wanted to catch d bus in d afternoon. On my enquiry i was told there is a bus at 2-45pm to sklm via vskpm. I reached d bus stop by 2pm and waited upto 3pm . There is no bus . When contacted at d enquiry counter i was told that d conductor signed by 2-45pm and d bus will be at d point . I came back to point n enquired d controller who told me that d bus has not come to d point so far. Waiting for another 15minutes i wanted to contact d stn mgr .i asked fr d no of stn mgr at d enquiry counter, but she denied to give me d no. I called d rtc call center hyd who replied that there is no bus frm gtr to sklm at 2-45pm as per schedule n gave me gtr depot mgr no. When contacted d depot mgr asked me to cotact d stn mgr. When i called d stn mgr he has also not responded properly. Ultimately i was compelled to catch a bus frm vijwada to vskpm n reached by 4am on 23rd. It is a horrible experience especially for a man of 61yrs. I request d authorities concerned to take appropriate action against d staff to avoid such hardship to passengers in future

                                I booked a ticket in markapuram of prakasam dt to bangalore on 17th nov. In super luxury and bus leaving at 5.30pm and reaching time 6.30 am bangalore. This super delux bus reached bangalore at 10 am in bangalore . And this bus took 15.30 hr to travel a distance of 545 km. It mainly because bad driver who drive at a speed of 25km to 3okm in type of road. Even tvs xl is over taken this bus. The driver is useless person who spoiled our duty time in bangalore. Please kindly mention correct reaching time in bangalore or change the drive who maintain the correct reaching time. It is bad service from apsrtc bus. Thank you nagendran (passenger)

                                  Dear sir, I complaint against Visakhapatnam steel city depot Route no 38 K Bus no 6346 of APSRTC bus. I travels from Gudwara Jn to Old Gajuwaka Jn Daily and return back to day ir on[protected] while returning back I took a ticket to Gudwara jn conductor given manually ticket Rs 20/- instead of Rs 19/-. actually fare is Rs 19/- I asked to conducter, he told i dont have ticket of Rs 19/- So I request you to look into the matter and provide to Rs 19/- tickets.                                     I have booked my Ticket from Tirupati To Hosur with my Family members.
                                    When i book the ticket itself i have informed in the reservation counter to give seat for my family 4 memebers together. But reservation person done the mistake he given seat no 4, 5, 6, 13.

                                    I Have requested to give 7, 8, 9, 10 for me easy to sit on 2 Separate sheets to travel my family.

                                    Due to this Before the Bus Departure i have requested to conductor to allocate this atleast one seat for me to sit instead of 13 seat no 7 conductor refused He sold the ticket with excess amount to one Unreserved passenger. He is not ready to listen me. After this i have gone to the reservation counter they have said this conductors Rights. This is very sad in my life one of the worst experience.
                                    Seat No 13 Another family book with their children less than 5 years . The problem is Due to conductor irresponsibilty me and other family 2.5 persons Total 3.5 persons travel in 3 seat . Conductor behave very rough he is informing
                                    me where ever you can complaint i can not change your seat.

                                    I was Dissatisfied with your staff worst Behaviour kindly take necessary action. Please inform me regarding this case otherwise i will go to Consumer Court for Legal action i was lost my comfort in the entire journey.

                                        Hi, Recently from 28th October 2015 the bus fares were increased to 10%. The bus ticket fare from VIZIANAGARAM to VISAKHAPATNAM was 47 INR as on 28th October 2015. However again the bus fare was increased again within 7 day, its most expensive and terrible to charge 50 INR for the same route from VIZIANAGARAM to VISAKHAPATNAM from 2nd November 2015.
