My ticket no is 41024809. The person who gave me ticket told that the bus will start at 5:45 PM in Kakinada and it will come to Sarpavaram junction at 6 PM. I came to Sarpavaram Junction at 5: 55 PM and waiting for the bus but the hasn't come till 6: 10. I approached to the Ticket counter stating the same, the employee in the ticket counter told to wait for another 5 to 10 mins. Bus came at 6: 20 PM but this is not 5: 45 PM bus, the bus which came now is 6: 15 PM bus. So the employee who sitting in the ticket counter itself doens't know which bus has come and went. The actual scenario is 5: 45 PM bus has left at 5: 50 PM which I missed and it is not my fault because I mentioned the reason above. Two guys who are sitting inside Ticket counter didnt helped me at all. 6: 20 PM bus has 2 seats available but didnt allowed me to sit in that. I've called to enquiry they didnt pic the call. Initially, the employee argued with me a lot and latter he told that he is not the employee just came and sat here, the actual employee went out, his name is Chinni and he will come in few minutes. A lot happend at that time but I cannot mention u everything. What bloody is this... I was really frustrated... I am helpless... I need an explanation on this... Please take care neccessary action... If pos call me on my number Ill explain u clearly... But Please do something to the person who gave me wrong info while buying ticket from him in the afternoon... Also please do something on the person who argued like a dumb with me in the evening... Waiting for your Action... Thanks in Advance Raja

    This is kalish kumar, Recently I was reserved 3 tickets from rajahmundry to vijayawada date of journey 06/05/2015, in 9.30 AM express bus and its service no. is 24853, ticket no. is 40894667 and seat no's. are 21, 22 & 23 (M, M, F) uid no. is 4599 but today when we reached to rajahmundry to catch the bus, at enquiry counter they told all apsrtc buses were canceled due to strike. My Andhra bank A/c. No. [protected], A/c. Name : Y Kalish Kumar, Branch : Medarametla, Prakasham Dist., Bank Name : Andhra Bank, my bus ticket money deducted amount which is mentioned earlier, now iam in Hyderabad, i am not registered e-statement at andhra bank, if you want to know my identity then verify my account details.       hi, i booked a ticket from tenali to dilsukhnagar on 10th may for 11th may, first the ticket was booked properly after that the bus which i booked was cancelled, i got a sms to my mobile telling that the bus cancelled & i cancelled the ticket through APSRTC website but my money was not refunded yet .         I, CV Rao, booked two Tickets, on 24.4.2015, from Rajahmundry to Visakhapatnam by SRVC No. 3488 for 27.04.2015. The Ticket No. and UID are 40460152, UID- 2759 respectively. The said tickets were cancelled on 24.04.2015 itself. But the Refund amount after cancellation had so far been not credited in my Bank Account. Please look into this and see that the amount is refunded at the earliest. Regards, CV Rao

          WHAT ACTION MANGEMENT AND GOVERNMENTS ARE TAKING? WHEN WILL BE THE STRIKE CALLED OFF? IT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF GOVERNMENTS TO SEE THE EARLY SOLUTION. LET IT BE SOLVED BEFORE GOES LONG. IN EARLIER CASES, THE STRIKE BY APSRTC EMPLOYEES WAS VIEWD AS SUCH IT IS INCONVINIENCE TO PUBLIC AND IMMEDIATE ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN. NOW WHAT HAPPED? NO SOLUTION THOUGHT OF EITHER OF SIDES/PARTIES.             Sir, I have stopped the APSRTC Bus at Pathikonda (between Palamaner & Nangili) along with my family including small chiildren. Bus No.AP03 X7659 which was aheading to Bangalore from Chittoor.. The conductor has demanded the bus fare according to his whims and fancies.As usual I have agreed to pay charges from Palamaner to Bangalore since I have boarded at Pathikonda Village. But the arrogant conductor demanding bus fare from Bangarupalem to Bangalore, though I am supposed to pay from Palamaner to Bangalore. When I refused to pay as per his demands, He has forced me to getdown in the middle of the road along with my family consisting small kids and luggage. After harsh words I was foced to getdown at Mulbagal after paying heavy bus fare which is not relevant. I have informed him about the proposed complaint about excess fare during the bundh period. He openly challenges, and said no body can taken any action. He concerned authorities may take my complaint and to take appropriate action against this extortion during the bundh period.

The details are Date of TXN:10/04/2015 Mobile NO:[protected] Txn Amount:451 Even after 2 or 3 remainders the amount is not credited to my account. pls look in to the matter as urgent and do the needful.                 I will be travelling from Bangalore to Nellore and vice-versa in apsrtc non ac buses. There is no proper maintenance in buses.Seats are full of bedbugs which sucks your blood like anything. Couldn't able to sleep also, very irritating to travel.Before increasing the charges please make the seats proper free from bedbugs. This is my kind request.

                  We travelled from Markapur to Bangalore via Kadapa service which will start from Markapur at 7:00 PM every day. When we boarded on to the bus then we felt very bad about the seats condition, all seats are dusty and smelting very badly. No neat ness and looks very bad to travel in that bus for 10 hours. This is Markapur depot bus and minimum care to be taken. I ever see a interstate bus like this condition. In addition to that above situation another twist in the bus when running, we found some insects are coming out from the seats and sucking our blood. We identified those are called in telugu is "Nallulu". I think you can request the either DM of the depot or RM of that region to travel in that bus for one night, then they will know how the passengers are feeling. please take care with minimum casualities before staring the service.

                    apsrtc provide reservation fecility any place to any place.but not impeliment some bus routes.please provide gudiwada depot gudiwada to bangulure service 12.30 and 13.30.i am going to kavali to gudiwada to my child studing at gudiwada.so meny times iam traval but not reservation.please arrange this fecility.

                        Sir, on 29 th april i had booked a INDRA bus ticket for next day(30th april) from Rajahmundry to Vijayawada the bus timing was 3.30 pm. .My ticket number is 46035140 and its Service number is 35104 the bus is from vizag and UID is 8902. i paid totally Rs.302 . But the bus did not arrived they said that the bus was late i had waited for more than one and half hour. at 4.30 pm i called to bus driver and asked the details about bus then he said that the bus was cacelled and they had arranged another new bus i asked him about the new bus details he did not said any thing. They did not cancel and refunded my money (Rs.302) or provide me a seat in a new bus.

                          Dear Team, I am highly dissatisfied with the service because of the behaviour of the staff in the bus. My concern is about the following 1. Confectioneries were sold for higher rate in the bus 2. Bus was late and was stopped at one parlour in the night at 10 pm for dinner who served non edible condition food for higher rate, drivers were taken into some air conditioned room for a special treatment by the hotel staff 3. Driving was very rash not at all professional, I felt driver was drunk 4. In vijayawada, after filling the reserved seats, rest remaining seats were sold for higher price in black. I really felt so discomfort about strangers boarding bus, what if my belongings were stolen and who is responsible for them?                               Good day, This mail is to lodge a complaint against conductor on account of misbehavior and verbal abuse. Today, dated 21.04.2015 My sister boarded a anakapalli bus depot bus bearing number AP11z 2121 at kothavalasa along with her kid about 10years. She has submitted the pass for the kid (for which conductor has refused to accept it for travel. Instead of explaining her of any problem in accepting the pass he started shouting on her that the pass is invalid and demanded her to purchase a ticket. Extending to this when she asked whats wrong with this pass, he started humiliating her and verbally abused her. Later on he also warned her that, he will slap her if she speak any more. Also apart from verbal abuses in a bad way he asked her whether she is chandrababu naidus wife. Also he started raising his hand and humiliated her in front of fellow passengers. This bus ticket is of just 6 rupees. Money doesn't matter but the way he behaved was highly regretted. What right do this conductor has to warn her of slapping and raising his hand? Being clear on our side with a proper valid bus pass, we still expect these people to help passengers in a better way but not verbal abuses and humiliating in front of fellow passengers.                                 Bus number APZ9293 falaknuma - boduppal 71B, we gave 100/- note for 2 tickets conductor asked for 2/- change while we were searching he went back and when he came we asked for the ticket he said he has given, he was talking very rudely, then i asked i[censored] have given the ticket you will have rigesterd number in the machine, asked him to show he was like why will i show you cannot see that.. and he was using very dirty launguage (donga munda kathal padak) and then we said ok if ticket checking happens we will pay to him as we dont have ticket but he was telling with out ticket you cannot travel, simply i will get booked, but he him self said he has giveni ticket he has the proof of registered number then y he is so worried... finally i had to ticket as driver was not starting the bus conductor and driver both were shouting at us.. We lost 22/-, i request govt to take action on this.

                                    sir/madam, This is Madhukar iam daily travelling to Rajahmundry from Anaparthi and i have a session pass. I inform you that the problem is iam really irritating with route 501 buses mainly kakinada dipo buses.iam dialy waiting 2 to 3 hrs for 501 buses because no buses is not avalible from rajahmundry to kakinada 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm not only me all passenger suffering with 501 buses.SO Kindly Request you to Please drives buses on shedule timeings.Thanking you.

                                      The bus timings from Bangalore to Hyderabad(MGBS) in SUPER LUXURY buses is 10:00 hours for few and 11:00 hours for others. These days its taking more than 12hours to reach Hyderabad(MGBS). We plan accordingly and select the respective bus, if the buses don't reach the destination on time all our plans get upset. So please make sure the long journey buses reach on time to the destination. Additionally you give a benefit of travelling inside the city without ticket for next two hours after the long journey. But this is not valid if the buses reach the destination late.

                                        Hi RTC complaint team, I already booked a ticket on 30th march 2015 from Chittoor to Bangalore on that time i spoke to the conductor when the bus reached to my stop please inform to me, but the conductor did n't inform anything. So, i miss the bus and also i loss the money. This is Conductor Irresponsibility, he is careless person about passengers.
