    Respected Sir, Iam Sapna. i have travelled from Kanchipuram to thirumala in Bus No. TN-A 61480 - express bus from 11.00Am - Puthur Depo.I am really depressed of the bus maintenence which is full of cockroaches, Vomiting and uncleanliness of the bus. Passengers are unable to travel comfortably due to bad smell and running of cockroaches. . Kindly take this complaint as emergency and take immediate steps. Thanks, sapna.

      Respected sir i have found that many of the tarnaka hospital staff are misusing the sick leave. there are some rtc employees who approach the hospital staff and by paying 2-5 thousand to them and they are taking sick leave for months and months.

        i shaik gaffur ahmed complaint about gannavaram RTC terminal staff, i suffered and lose my commitment time because at gannavaram RTC depo manager appointed two eployes in front of the depo they dosent allo the auto in front of depo it is the good thing but the auto driver drope me in front the depo the two people make deisscution with the auto driver one person told to auto driver take the auto out off hear another person stand in front of auto doesn't allow to go, iam not bothered about auto driver not with RTC employee who are in duty but i bothered about my time and commitment i think i will inform this nuisance thing to depo manager i entered in to depo some RTC employees present in the office i ask for depo manager one person said i am in charge he ask me what is the matter i told to him i make a complaint against the two people who are standing in front the depo then the in charge sir ask to me why should we take your complaint we only said and clear the traffic and appointed two employees for that job that is the good thing but where is the courtesy how we believe RTC people Suggestion :- The vijayawada traffic police make E Chilean system please inform in police station and appoint one constable with camera the constable take pictures who make traffic rules brake The road is public property every body use the road some emergency service only get permeation to no parking or no stooping sign boards with out proper sign board you don't stop any body to use the road

          THIS IS PRADEEP KUMAR. I HAVE TRAVELLED FROM GIDDALUR TO HYDERABAD ON 16.03.2015 IN A SUPER LUXURY BUS SERVICE NO. OF THE BUS IS 5963 AND BUS NO. IS AP28 Z 5392. THEY ARE CHARGING HIGH AMOUNT FOR THE TICKET WITHOUT PROVIDING MINIMUM FACILITIES IN THE BUS. WINDOWS ARE NOT CLOSED PROPERLY, EVEN IF WE CLOSE THE WINDOW, IT GETS OPENED WITHIN 5 TO 10 MIN. WE HAVE SUFFERED A LOT WITH COLD AIR COMING IN FROM THE WINDOWS AND WE COULD NOT SLEEP FOR WHOLE NIGHT FOR THE SOUND COMING FROM THE WINDOWS AND THE BUS AS IT IS VERY OLD. THERE IS NO TV PROVIDED FOR THE PASSENGERS, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, AN ORDINARY PALLE VELUGU BUS HAS OVER TAKEN THE SO CALLED SUPER LUXURY BUS BUT THE BUS FARE IS ALMOST Rs.375. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE MORE FARE WHEN YOU COULD PROVIDE MINIMUM FACILITIES IN THE BUS. EVEN PUSH BACK IS NOT WORKING IN SOME OF THE SEATS. I DEMAND REFUND OF AMOUNT FOR NOT PROVIDING MINIMUM FACILITIES IN THE BUS

            Dear Thirumala depot DM, can you change the driver and conductor for the service 5536 which runs on Monday early morning from tpt to chennai. It seems, this bus driver and conductor are running their own bus as per their wish and they are taking things for granted. They are not reaching the destination on time. This is a express service but it is not running as express service. Conductor is stopping the bus on each and every place and driver is not exceeding the speed more than 30 KM/H. It looks like driver is sleeping while driving. Apart from this, they are taking more breaks... 30 minutes for Tea break and another 30 minutes for collecting tiffen packets for entire APSRTC people who are in chennai (it seems this bus driver and conductor is doing side business i.e. Selling tiffen packets...only this bus driver and conductor will collect like this and none will do this)... because of these reasons, people are not able to reach office ontime.This is happening for long time... request you to change the driver and conductor.

              Sir, While traveling from Mancherial to Adilabad on 15.03.2015 by RTC Ticket No. TNA39877 (Driver No. 850125 & Conductor No.301213) I was lost my DEL Tablet in the bus. I enquired at Adilabad bus station but the controller available in the seat informed that the bus came from Mancherial depot hence we could not make any efforts. i am enclosing the bus ticket from which i travelled.                 It seems RTC is Running Bullock Carts, the cart Service No is 3531 Yesterday on[protected] I have travelled from Vijayawada to L.B Nagar, the bus started at 2000Hrs at PNBS, Vijayawada at L.B.Nagar dropped me 0300 Hrs of[protected] total 7 Hours Journey average speed is 40 Kmph is it correct speed? from Vijayawada to Hyderabad it is 4 Hours Journey RTC Buses are running in 5 Hours but this Service No 3531 travelled total 7 Hours and the bus condition also very bad, glasses are buzzing sound. Hence you are requested please make sure this will happen in next time, for some passengers time is also important

                  Hi Sir/Madam, I am frequent traveler between Tirupati and Chennai(weekly). While travelling from tirupati to chennai and vice-versa, All the APSRTC buses are stopping at SRI HARI Hotel. I have a complaint on that hotel. none of the packaged products are selling by MRP. they are hiking the prices 40 to 50 percent. Quality of the food is also not good and deferentially not worth for money. Why our buses have to stop there? Please take this as my complaint and request you to take action on this.                     Dear Sir/Madam, It's regarding about a APSRTC bus service number 3686.(Complaint ID : 245851) We have reached pickup point at 7 50 AM. Enquired in counter about bus he said bus not yet come. And started to check with online support with the number [protected] Finally they provide a driver number at 8 30 and driver said that he is at mgbs. How he went to mgbs with out a notice or call? And also he is given his mobile to passengers to speak with me.Is this a proper response? And also he said that there is no my number in spread sheet which is provided by depot ? I have booked my ticket through online how they missed out my number in spreadsheet ? He asked to me come mgbs through auto and he will wait for us. I reached mgbs through auto and he said that he left from there and requested me to come LB Nagar.how I moved with my family to all stops? And he said that you are getting late but I have prove that I reached at 7 50. Can you please consider above all points and revert me with a proper solution. Please provide a proper solution and take a proper action on driver as his behaviour very rude. And also i am contacting the online support for the same on every day and they provided vijayawada depot number and same draft they send me a lot of times.                       Dear RTC management, This is to inform you that i have travelled from HYDERABAD to KOTHAGUDEM to HYDERABAD dated 21/02/2015 and 22/02/2015 wide service numbers 8922/8879. In service number 8922 we found BEDBUCKS insects all passengers are in shock because everyone got iching. continuously.. even we complaints to driver, NO USE. After reaching KHAMMAM, we found station master sleeping. We requested to give a complaint form but the person who is sitting in enquiry court he refused to give the form, same situation we found in KOTHAGUDEM also.. And in 8879 service numbers bus window doors are open condition. just imagine 20 c to 16c temperature is out side. Almost 10 to 15 members not slept in bus. if you run like this automatically all the passengers will shift to PRIVATE service for better comfort. We found that TSRTC Management is not working properly.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        (PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHED FILE OF MY TICKET, SO THAT YOU WILL TRACK WHO IS THE DRIVER & CONDUCTOR AT THAT TIME IN THE BUS).

                        As i C.Srikanth rao [protected] yesterday i returned from the Yadagiri Gutta and before stepin the bus(YADAGIRIGUTTA TO NARAYANAKED) i (requested)asked conductor & driver that you will stop at gangaram. They said ok. later when iam reaching to my destination and i asked conductor to stop, he said go and ask driver to stop and i also requested to the driver. Please stop but he refused and said i will not stop, later i asked sir please stop then he said you have to ask again and again then only i will stop.

                        Sir my request is that just train the drivers & condutors how to talk politely with the passengers, because now-a-days there are many private transports are occupying APSRTC passengers(BY GIVING THE SERVICE EXCELLENT).

                        Train & TELL the service staff that they are getting the montly salary by passengers only, if they behave daily like these with five to six passengers (IN EACH BUS) automatically, who suffered like these next time they will GO WITH PRIVATE TRANSPORT ONLY.

                        So, please i am requesting train the staff.

                              sir, i have cancelled the tickets from shridi to hyderabad on 10/01/2015..but till today my amount has not been refunded to me. hence i request you to look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible. i am herewith enclosing the cancelled ticket for your reference. and also i am sending the current statement of my credit card as attachment in html format for your convenience. i have sent number of mails to the online.[protected]@tsrtcbus.in. but i have not received a single mail informing me about the status of my payment. it is becoming our illusion that APSRTC provides excellent support to commuters as the status of my payment is hanging in somewhere. i could not understand what all the officers who look into online sales are doing. and please tell me the recourse to get back my money. it is astonishing that even the top brass is not responding to the complaints of the consumers. it is very sad and very bad. please do enquire and inform me about the status of my payment or else i would be left with no option except to complaint to the consumers' forum. thanking you -satish kumar matam

                                Hello, I am appalled by the conduct of a lady conductor in the bus no-29Z1516 on 08/02/15, Ticket No[protected].I boarded the bus at Narayanguda and asked for a ticket upto Rajadeluxe.The amount to be paid was Rs-7 for which i genuinely had no change on me and handed a 10 rupee note.I always cooperate and keep change but when a passenger genuinely has no change is it not the duty of the staff to also cooperate?The lady conductor was most disrespectful, and threatened me to go ahead and complain as she doesnt care for the consequences and refused to give me change. She openly challenged me that she would only give me change after i complained !!! The defiant attitude and complete lack of duty shocked me.Add to it she was totally unapologetic and harassed me.I finally was forced to leave without my change.My question is would it have been ok for me to pay less than the ticket price in case of lack of change?When that is not possible then why should i leave without my money? and with harassment??? Hope my grievance is addressed.Thankyou.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the buses from JNTU to VBIT park(194H) are not passing through Hitech Railway Station, instead they are taking an alternate route via flyover to cybertowers.This is happening from the past few days. we are finding it difficult to travel from Hitech Railway Station to our offices.So many people have to depend on autos who are charging too much.                                     I want to book complaint against apsrtc.No customer care for online booking.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, It is the dangerous journey for the students and employees who are going to their corresponding job/studies to vijayawada at 8 : 00 AM because so many passengers are going by the only bus which is available at 8:00 AM morning that runs between Thulluru - Vijayawada. At the time the bus reaching PENUMAKA village it comes with already filled status. There are so many passengers yet to catch that bus in yerrabalem village, penumaka village, undavalli village, undavalli center, tadepalli. Kindly Run the extra bus during that time. I was waiting for the bus since from 9:00 o clock even i had emergency meeting on the next day i could not get any concerted person of RTC at GOOTY depot and at 10:30 pm a boy wearing white shirt and kaki pant has come and he was also not able to solve my problem i was continuously calling the customer care and Depo manager at the customer care people confirmed me that the service is not available . Later at 12:00am i started again with my journey.After all these things the customer care people informed me that the information about that service will be updated online by depo manage till this date they did not update and now when i am approaching these people they are not at having any information and they keep on talking on phone asking various informations.By all these situations i am very much irritated to travel in RTC this is my first and last return complaint in this issue, if possible try to solve my problem.
